They go out of their way with extra communication to get you to buy the warranty. Once you have a contract, it becomes close to impossible to get anybody to help if you have an issue. They don't take care of their customers

My ice machine stop working over three months ago. Home Choice has not repaired it. They tried 12 times and then just stop. I would not recommend it to my worst friend. They need to be investigate as to contract response .

Did not cover an obvious issue. Water heater leaked and they could not get a service person there for 5 days. I hired another plumber just to shut the unit off and disconnect it so they could drain it. As a result Choice said they could not determine the issue. Horrible.
