They lied to me about the coverage that I was to get from them. I specifically put in my pool equipment this year because they promised that it would all be paid extra for it and what will be covered and what's not. They did not deliver on their promises.

I've actually tried to use it twice for my home in Alabama. I haven't used Choice because of the availability of the vendors in the area. It was a bad choice to actually get a policy for that part of Alabama because it's not been a great experience.

They don't help you out. My AC broke and they refused to fix it because they were saying it was a prior existing condition when it was not so they refused to fix it. They have no customer service experience because they talk to you like you're a moron. I will never choose them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Although this type of failure wasn’t covered under our policy terms, this is only 1 out of the 15 systems and appliances in which we provide coverage.

I thought it was a good company when we decided to get them but I will be definitely canceling my contract as soon as it comes again. They didn't follow through with trying to do anything for me. I had to replace my air conditioning unit because it was a fire hazard and then they said there was nothing they could do for me.

Absolutely would never use them again. I've had nothing but bad luck with these people. I am still waiting for them to send me a check for my AC unit and I still haven't head back from them. One time I told them exactly what was wrong they typed in something that was totally the opposite in the work order.

Worst service I have ever received. Took over a month to get my garage door repaired and its still not done after 3 trips to my house. Never get a call or email as to when they are coming. They left the old parts in my garage. Door doesn't open all the way and apparently, that's the factory setting. Now it's five days for them to return. I'm done.

They don't cover the basics, my water heater started leaking and they would not fix it. When they sell you the policy the say the water heater is covered, but it was not. I cancelled my coverage with them immediately and they have not yet rebated the money I have coming, been over 3 weeks now.
