We have tried to use it 2 times and we didn’t get anything repaired or replaced. It has been really difficult to talk to a case manager because they are never there. We are not happy with the service as we haven’t gotten what they offered.

Two months ago my water hearer went out and it took a week for choice home warranty to get me hot water in my house but I still had to pay four hundred dollars plus the sixty dollars for the service call. Two years ago my AC went out and they had told me the year prior that they would repair it if they could replace it but then they would not replace it. They said it was too old. So I was without AC in Las Vegas in a hundred and fifteen degree weather for a week until I went out and found my own air conditioning company. I would not recommend choice to anyone.

Misleading advertising. Their ads say one thing, but when you turn in a claim, they point to fine print in contract that is not what their ad says they will do. They will replace appliance if it breaks down, but, not with the level of quality and with features that your system had. And then they offer you a wholesale price as settlement. Who has access to wholesale pricing on purchases? Not the consumer! I consider the warranty a joke and wish I had never bought it.

It took me forever to get the service we needed to get our air conditioning checked and replaced. We had no air for 2 to three week while we were struggling to get reply from the choice. We had a very hard time.

Customer service is horrible. I needed my ac system fixed and I called the company several times but heard no reply. I was so desperate I even tried emailing them in an attempt to reach contact. My son emailed them as well in order to see their availability. No one ever replied, no one reached out via phone call or email. I ended up having to pay out of pocket in full price because I was frustrated and desperate to just get ac in this summer heat

I had a great experience with the service. They quickly set up a repairman who arrived early and fixed my washer efficiently. Additionally, when my ice maker broke, they promptly replaced the part. I'm really happy with how everything was handled!

No emergency services. You have to wait minimum 2 days if not more for any repairs. Service tech has to wait for approval to repair on site before they fix the issue (choice warranty will not take the techs word)

4 day response on airconditioing, no confirmation of mutually agreed upon repair date, listed repair time at 11 to 3, actual vendor was 5 to 7, and said Choice tells everyone 11 to 3, after complaining, offered to waive $65 deductible, Vendir never informed, so had to pay, complained about that, and was told that the best they could do was to credit it on a future repair, that may never happen, when asked to talk to a supervisors boss, they said there was not anybody other than Alex, and he called me back with the same solution

They don't replace' kaput appliances. They gave me half the cost and I have to buy a new one. Then I have to pay delivery, installation and pay to haul away the old one. Not happy.

It usually takes about 72 hours to get service. Last time I needed the warranty, my oven went down and it could not be repaired. It cost me $1800 to replace and they gave me $700, which is not even 50%.

Horrible 1st time experience. A locksmith was to be sent out and apparently the lock zdx mith had questions about the contract and reached out to CHW but they never answered the Locksmith so I called the Locksmith and they asked me to contact CHW and ask them to call them, but that they never confirmed my service and I nearly lost a whole day of just waiting around to get results.

Stay away from Choice Home Warranty. I was under the impression that this was a good company. It has not been. I submitted a claim and they scheduled three appointments and it took the third or fourth for someone to actually come out. It took more than a month froe m to get assistance. They want to take your money but not cover what the contract says they will cover.
