Also limited roof repair promise but still it is not taking care always wrong excuse your company dealings with wrong wender for low charges ultimately it cost you more like roof wender is not a roofer he is highway robbery if you call roofer they are lot less than this quote so I already complain against AAA APPLIANCES

I filed a claim a month ago they sent one person out who did nothing did not send in report I was told they were going to send someone else out waited 2 weeks nothing. They were contacted again was told someone would be out within 24 hours finally heard back five days later. Ever-present sent out there is communication problems due to language barriers

I've had several claims denied due to baseless reasoning. I perform routine maintenance on all of my major equipment. However, there are times that they will still fail. The claims that are denied were done so based on claims that the items would not have failed if proper maintenance had been done.

It took a little over 2 months 3 different tech companies, 4 parts and countless days off work for visits and re diagnosis trying to get my washer fixed then they finally decided on payout and I'm still waiting on my gift card to be emailed which should take no time but yet 2 weeks later and still nothing and no working washer. I've put hundreds into the laundry mat for 3 months now that I could have just bought a new washer instead of having this warrenty!

Poor customer service. Authorization Dept. customer service rep was very RUDE! Services deemed necessary for repair by company's preferred venders were denied. It appears that the professional opinions of the vendors isn't valued if something needs to be repaired or replaced. I'm paying monthly for nothing! Contract does not cover most items in need of repair or replacement.

If you put pool coverage in your options how about could bring the equipment. I've had my pool for 4 years and now that the cylinder exploded in my face causing a crack in the case of the pump‚ you guys don't want to cover it? What do you cover, water???? I'm beyond angry since I added my pool so if I have something happen with the mechanics you would fix it.. shame on me. I'm looking for a new and better warranty company that has some pride in their word when it comes to fixing things. Shame on you guys!!!!

The form online asked when was the last time our "appliance" had been working! What kind of question is that? I bought your policy and was beyond the 30 day waiting period and needed a service.

I had a hot water heater problem and they couldn't get me a plumber. They told me to get my own, which I did. Every time they ask for something I sent it to them but they always wanted more. My heater broke on a Wednesday and I finally had to get it repaired on Monday night. They kept giving me the runaround. I'm not happy with them at all.

They are a huge rip off every claim I have turned in was either denied because they said the unit was to old and the 3 year old dishwasher they gave me 320.00 for saying the fine print in their contract states they can give you a cash amount instead of replacing the appliances how can I purchase a dishwasher for 300.00?? Go with any other warranty company

Difficult to get in contact with a person who will discuss claims. When I did , the agent yelled at me claiming they paid one of them . Would not even listen to me Have had difficulty cancelling my membership. Am in contact with Better Business Bureau in effort to end membership.

They really don't seem to want to help the customer. They definitely market themselves well, but fall well short of delivering their promises. I had a septic job that never got resolved by this group after I managed the problem myself you using a manual pump. They did nothing to try to speed up the repair. I will definitely be looking to go back to AHS when my contract is up. I would advise against them. You also will be talking to a call center in India for most of your requests and concerns.

Our swimming pool pump's motor was going out and we called Choice. They had a company come out and they said it needed to be replaced. We were waiting on Choice to approve the replacement, but then Choice changed the company to a different one. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and have been reassigned to this new company that won't get back to me. It's been 30 days now and it's still not fixed, so hopefully that gets resolved soon. I'm not pleased with Choice Home Warranty's horrible service.

Most recently, my water softener stopped working and the guy they sent to us never got the work order, so he showed up a day late and took about 3 more days for them to find someone to actually do the work. Most of the time though, they find local people who do good work. Overall, I will not be renewing with them.
