I’ve been with Choice for over a year now. I have always found them responsive and professional. The quality of people they have sent over have been good except one. Which leads me to a nice story. I had an issue with an appliance guy. He was unprofessional, barely looked at the equipment and (shocker) misdiagnosed. When I notified Choice, they didn’t give me excuses. They quickly sent over a new person, fixed my appliance and did not charge me for a new appt. Every company will encounter an issue. The good ones will react fast and fix it.

My refrigerator was not cooling so I filed a claim online. I got the claim # and notification that a technician will come in 2-3 days. Sure enough I got a call from the Tech on the 3rd day who also gave me the approx. time when he would come. He diagnosed the issue which involved problems with the compressor and leak. He reported the issue to CHOICE. They gave me the option of replacing the refrigerator since mine was not repairable. The credit would be in the form of gift card to one of the vendors, hoping it'll come fast before the labor day weekend so I can avail of the sales.

I have used my warranty several times. It is very useful and worth the price. My most recent claim was when my air conditioner broke down. It is not able to be repaired anymore and requires replacement which has been approved by Choice. Can’t tell you much about the replacement product or the quality of the replacement, process of getting it replaced because the job has not taken place yet. I know I will have to come out of pocket some but not as much as buying a whole new unit myself. It is annoying that they ask me to give a review before any service has been completed. The technician they sent out to look at it verified it wasn’t able to be repaired and seemed very good and knowledgeable. That’s all I know so far.

We have continually had great experience with Choice Home Warranty. We super happy we switched from a previous company. Our rep - Tamara - is an absolute doll to deal with. Exceptional. We just renewed, and Leo was wonderful. He had some excellent recommendations as to how to structure a new policy to be the most efficient and cost effective for us. We greatly appreciated his input.

I called to get a quote for my home warranty and spoke to Joe. He asked about my house size and what I was looking for, how long I wanted coverage, how I wanted to pay, ( monthly vs yearly) what my budget was etc just to see what my needs were. Joe is very knowledgeable and was able to assist me in a plan for the best coverage at a price that fits my budget. This was a excellent experience.
