Absolutely terrible customer service, no resolution, no response on two separate claims, blanant lies from customer service, no calls from supervisors/management twice when I was told I would be called, had to pay for our own new refrigerator after not having one for three weeks and no help, rude employees. In all honesty I'd like to be refunded my money and cancel my warranty after how I've been treated but I just don't have time because I spent so much time wasted on the phone during work last week.

Absolutely terrible service. Our refrigerator broke and someone was sent out to do diagnostics. Parts needed were never ordered. We asked to speak to a supervisor three times and one never called us back. Our claim was dropped and started again. For one month we have been using a cooler in our garage to keep our kids food and milk cold. We eventually just bought a new fridge. We will not be renewing our warranty and we will tell our friends to never use or get a warranty with you.

Repair mean side fix the dishwasher the first time and refused to come back to complete the work. It's taken a couple of weeks now and I still didn't see a new technician out. They told me to that I had 2 options, wait until they find another technician or find somebody else for reimbursement. They didn't meet their obligations and now I have to wait until someone else comes to do an estimate, submit it and get it approved. Absolutely ridiculous. I am very unhappy and can't imagine if it wsss something more serious like the AC.

It's ridiculous that after collecting thousands in upfront payment and requiring service fee for each visit, the warranty chooses lower quality items to replacements. Not same brand as the original. And places a $70 cap on purchases of parts.

Well, when you tell the contractor if it's going to cost more than $100 to not do anything!!! And the back and forth when YOU scheduled the plumber to fix the leak and THEY had no clue about the appointment is why I fixed it myself! Which is also why we will be dropping you come June 2023 and put money away for emergencies.

Choice Home Warranty send people out that are no good. Because of poor work I had to call Keefe air cond. out because the drain line came loose because the people it was not checked after blowing it out. It caused water to flood the hallway and caused vinyl tile to buckle . Now I have to replace the tile . The people you sent work out of the trunk of their car.

Hard to reach and it's difficult to find out for 24-48 hours to hear from emergency service. The firs outfit sent to my home through your service was not a licensed contractor. They worked out of a car and had no offices! He told me I needed many repairs and made sure they were not covered through your service! I filed a complaint with Choice and after numerous phone calls and emails no one would return my call.

This company is HORRIBLE! Do not contract with them whatsoever. You get the round-around when you call. Their agents do not speak English well. It is extremely hard to understand them. I have called 6 times over the past two wks to cancel . They are still billing me. Do not fall for ether lies. I have reported them to the appropriate agencies! Do not please go with these crooks.

I chose them because I thought they was gonna be pretty good. But after I had this issue with my house, it took 24 hours to get somebody, which I wasn't very happy with. When you live in the state of Texas with no air, I don''t think that's good. And then it took about 3 or 4 days before he came back to fix it. They bought the cheapest product. Terrible service.

Problem with icemaker on fridge was never solved. Took over 3 weeks with multiple tries to try and fix the problem, Service man told me that I need to call a GE repairman since he couldn't figure out how to fix it. I told him That I would then have to pay for that. Da that's why I have Choice! I was going to order Choice for my own home, but not anymore after this experience.
