My issue (toilet tank seals) was serviced by C-Force LLC, repaired by Mr C. It was done quickly and very professionally by Mr C. He did a super job and cleaned up after his work was done. I feel he needs to be recognized for the great job he did. Another issue (pool heater) has still gone unresolved. It took over a month for the techicians to diagnose the problem and submit for repair. Originally was told it was not covered but talked with someone at Choice and they seemed to agree it should be covered. Still being evaluated by the Case Manager. Very disappointed in how this has been handled so far. Would have a had time giving a 1 star rating. Still waiting for resolution. This issue makes it hard for me to recommend Choice to friends.

We have had Choice Home Warranty for a few years and have had to call three times for service. It is reassuring to us to know that we only have to pay $60 for a service call. Choice selects to repair company, If the item cannot be repaired, it will be replaced at no additional cost to us. We think the reasonable cost is well worth the peace of mind.

I filed a claim on line and had a response within 4 hours and although I was unable to be home for the original appointment time, the company (JAS) was accommodating and changed it to the following work day. The men called 1/2 hr. prior to arrival and identified and fixed the problem with our clothes dryer. They were professional and friendly, showed me the damaged wheels driving the tub before they replaced them. I recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Our central air conditioner just quit on us during one of the hottest, most humid times of the year ! Choice Home Warranty was AWESOME by sending us a very respectable and knowledgeable repair service-5 Star Air Conditining repair on 17th Street in Pittsburgh, Pa. They responded ASAP and the air conditioner was repaired quickly! Choice Home Warranty paid for all costs of the repair except for, of course, our deductible as stated in our contract.

I am very happy with Choice Home Warranty. This was our first ever claim and they handled it quickly and professionally. We live in a rural area and our previous home warranty company would often take weeks to get us help. CHW had an appointment for us in just 3 days. That vendor did not show up, which was disappointing but not CHWs fault. I called CHW to report the technician never showed and they immediately found another vendor. Less than 24 hours later my A/C was repaired. I am very pleased with CHW.

This was our very first claim with CHOICE Home Warranty. Our dishwasher was leaking, when we operated it. Oscar, with PUJOLS Appliances Care LLC, was terrific! Not only was he fast in getting to us, to fix the problem, but explained what needed fixed and how it needed done. I’d highly recommend CHOICE Home Warranty and PUJOLS! We’re happy customers so far.

Today, I called Choice to report my air conditioner was not cooling properly. I was immediately given a claim number and told that they would assign a repairman who would call me as soon as possible. Within an hour, I was called and my air conditioner was fixed by late afternoon. I am so grateful for such good and quick service on a day when the temperature reached 105 degrees. I just took out Choice Home Warranty today because they are 24/7. The company I've been with does not take phone calls, does not work week ends and hire people from across the globe I cannot understand. Thus...I've been w/o AC, in Florida, for since Sunday. They said they can't come until Tues. I have 2 dogs and I've been just giving them a spray down every couple of hours. Next time~ CHOICE is my 1st choice!!

When a technician that was sent out by CHW miss-diagnosed the problem that we were having with our dishwasher CHW reviewed out claim and totally reimbursed us for the money we spent getting our dishwasher repaired. Now you can't beat that! They stand by their word! The claim adjuster said that we were valuable customers and that they wanted us to be happy!

So far so good - this is my second experience with this company. The customer service rep was very punctual and understanding of my needs. The claim went out to vendors within a few minutes after calling them. Now I just need a vendor to contact me to set a time for services. I contacted them at 7:30 pm and only had to wait about a few minutes for the rep to respond back to me.

We just purchased our home & it didn’t have a home warranty. I was reviewing different companies on line. It seemed like I had just pressed the button when a very nice person named Jerry S called me. We discussed what we were looking for in a home warranty. Jerry was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions. We never felt pressured into buying anything. We did buy the 5 year policy. We felt very comfortable with this. I cannot speak on the service since we just purchased the policy yesterday. I can say that Mr. S was great.

I am not particularly satisfied with the service provided by sales person who called me back for me to purchase the warranty. He didn't seem to pay attention to the information I provided. I tried a few times to make it clear that I am a realtor and was purchasing the warranty for a client. I had to correct him a few times and still the policy came to me with a combination of my information and client's information. He got the property address correct. He asked for my billing address when I gave my credit card for payment which he put a the policy holder's mailing address. He also set up my email address as the username. I noticed these errors when I reviewed the confirmation email I received. I immediately called back to have corrections made but gave up after waiting 30 mins for my call to be answered. I will try again tomorrow to have the policy information corrected. I was assured that the policy start date would be changed to 07/05/19 when my client closes escrow on the property but would appear as 08/04/19 until it was manually changed tomorrow.

The experience was seamless. I went to the website filed a claim less than 12 hrs later a technician was at my house and fixed the problem. I anticipated a long process with piles of documentation, delays and debates. It was the complete opposite. I can’t express enough how amazing and effortless this process was. I was referred by a friend who also had great experiences with them. If you do not have Choice Home Warranty you must get it!

Great reliable home warranty company. I am with Choice Home Warranty since 2017 and have renewed again for 2020. Last three various claims (A/C, Water Heater & Garbage Disposal) have been repaired and resolved by this company promptly. Technicians, Choice sent to my single family home to repair, were very friendly-efficient- professional and knowledgeable. Every time I had a repair, I paid only for service call. UPDATE*********: They updated the settlement amount to 250 more for a total of 750. They made me update my review before they disbursed the additional money. Stay away from this company. I don’t recommend at all. *************************************************** Worst home warranty company to invest your money . STAY FAR AWAY! I had a refrigerator that went down. The repair guy came out to to repair but needed a part. Replaced the part after me being without a refrigerator for 2 weeks. Then one month later both the display and freezer side not working. I had to pay another deductible $75. The warranty deemed the part needed was no longer available so they offered $499.99 to replace my double door, stainless steel , with water & ice maker refrigerator. I stated that was not comparable for the my current refrigerator not to mention I sank $150 in deductibles for 2 home visits. Their response was the cost of repair was what I was getting to replace my refrigerator. Very disappointed in their level of service. American Home Shield has a better policy! When I signed up with them they stated a tech would be at home within 24 hours of my call. It took 2 weeks before an appointment was set up. The one tech scheduled an appointment but never showed up. Please don't waste your money. Check out American Home Shield UPDATE: They updated the settlement amount. My issue is resolved

I have had 5 occasions to call Choice and each time I received excellent customer service and equally as important great technicians. The most recent brought me to tears when my heater blower broke, causing a domino effect and causing my brand new AC to freeze up. All of this in extremely hot weather. Praise God Choice covered the necessary repairs. I’m forever grateful to Choice.

I called Choice Home warranty and was very impressed with their willingness to help. They saved me money and I now have a better plan with better coverage. Although claims are filed online, CHW responds quickly. Most contractors are professional and complete service request timely. My first claim was to replace ceiling fans and the first contractor dropped the ball and never returned. I went back online and updated the claim. CHW sent someone else out to completed the job. I'm not crazy about the replacement fans, but they get the job done. I recently called about my washer. I am happy with the service thus far.

I called on Tuesday 6/16/2019 about a malfunctioning air conditioning. A repair man came out the same day and fixed it. However on Sunday 6/22 the air conditioning started to malfunction again. They send the repair man out again on Monday. He determined what parts were needed. He returned on Tuesday 6/23 And install them at no extra charge to me. My only charge was for the first $45 service call for three repair man visits.

Offers come in bits and pieces. I ended up with two policies, one for $46.67 per month and a service fee of $75.00 with the other at $49.17 per month and a $60.00 service fee that was suppose to be an immediate offer for a lower service fee, but included a higher monthly cost.This was not explained from the start of application and a offer for a free month and an offer for $50.00 deduction in cost of policy was never accomplished due to the complexity of the application. All offers should have been on the table from the beginning!!! I have no desire to get into another policy and cancellation of other policies to try to gain these misplaced offerings>

It was very easy to sign up, Aiden was very helpful, prompt, answered all my question in a timely manner and I feel certain it will be all I'm hoping for. Reasonably priced, it covers so much on each appliance plus air, heat, and so much more. I would recommend it to everyone who desires such a policy.

Only used you twice on 3 different homes and both times were fairly recent and good experiences. One improvement you should make is allowing people to schedule with the repair company they are familiar with--ie-- if someone has multiple properties with you and has a good experience with a certain plumber or electrician then let us request that company with your customer service/initial claim representative that is spoken to.

All online. Tough to contact by phone. Slow to pay when they owe you money. Read the coverages before you buy. Not all subcontractors reliable. Usually 3 days before sub contractor shows up. If ordering parts involved, slow to authorize subcontractor purchase. Subcontractors may not have best relationship with factory parts suppliers. With that said, do the math. If you need $500 a year in repairs plus $65 per service call worthy investment. Or buying a house and not sure how well maintained the systems were, a worthy investment. It’s insurance, their business model is they collect more than they payout to make money. Your decision.

I was comparing quotes and terms and conditions between three companies. Matt called me and was going over and pointed out that one of the companies had a very particular clause about needing maintenance records. I called said company back and called them out on it and they said they would remove that line- I told them to remove whole paragraph and they said no. I noticed a leak under my dish washer, call the customer service dept. The agent was very nice, caring and helpful....scheduled a repair man from Pinpoint Appliance Company within 2 days to my home. The repair man called on schedule, in my home maybe 30 minutes, completely checked the dish washer, repaired the leak and cleaned up the mess under the leak. I'm totally satisfied and only had to pay the 45.00 service call.

My garbage disposal went out and was leaking water. I put in a claim and very quickly got a call that someone from ______ company would be calling me and they did and came out and replaced it with a new one of the same make and model and the only cost to me was the service charge. Very prompt and efficient just like they promise. I am a happy camper!

Shortly after, I received an email detailing the name of the company and the time they would come. The repairman came within the window of time and replaced the disposal. This is the second time that I have had to use my warranty and I am very satisfied with service.

1st claim and Technician was actually ahead of scheduled appointment time. Recommended repairs have been approved by CHW so everything seems to be working as it should. I am very satisfied with the CHW experience so far. Customer service was great when I placed the claim as I am hearing impaired and phone conversations are difficult for me but the CHW claim rep was very patient with me, I think next time I have a claim I will try using the on line claim service.

I called and they were quick to get someone scheduled to come out. When at first they were having a problem getting someone, they gave me the option of finding someone and being reimbursed which is nice. The turnaround was quick after the contractor left. I wasn't even back to work when they called to say what was the outcome. They decided on a buy out of my oven. The amount was a little on the "buy the cheapest possible replacement" but the warranty paid for itself with that one issue. Overall, I was pleased with everything.

I was able to file a claim online which was very convenient. CHW got back to me right away and I got an appointment within a week with the plumber who also called me to verify the appointment and to ask what the issue was. The guy showed up on time was courteous and friendly even to my cat and dog. He completed the job quickly and was gone. Thank you.

I am a licensed insurance claims adjuster, so I am used to dealing with many people with 2 of the same stories. 1) Thier glad that someone explained the value if coverage, and 2) they wish someone would have explained what's covered and what's not, and why. This policy that CHW sells, has so much value built in, that it would be hard not to invest in your home from the inevitable. Let's face it, something always breaks down, and mostly at the wrong time. Great value.

The first technician could not find why my washing machine was leaking. He ran the machine but it refused to leak. He left without doIng any more in his inspiration. The machine only poured clean water every six or seven times it is used. He left without offering a solution. He said call if it leaked again. This is not a small leak it pours water when it acts up. We put up with the problem because of the Covid-19 pandemic. My wife and I are 71 years old. This last week, the pouring water grew worse. So we called Choice Home Warranty. We were told tat to much time had passed and we would have to pay another $65.00 service call. The second technician, Tim from another company took the washer apart until he found a cracked seal. CHW determined the labor cost exceeded the cost of a new washer. That was acceptable. Then we were told we will receive a check for $299.99. We have already paid $130.00 In Service fees. So after having paid the $500, annual fee, it really wasn’t worth making a claim. The least expensive washing machine comparable to our present model is $499. If I had not just renewed my contract, I would not do so.

For the most part, the choice technicians are professional and capable of completing the work. It seems most of them don't stay with the system long. The have complained about slow payments and being sent on assignments that don't reimburse them. One even insisted on the payment before he would look at the problem because he knew Choice would reject the work before he got here. They don't get paid if the repair work can't be done. Apparently if there is a replacement of the appliance or system, they only get the $45 co-pay. As for the replacement of appliances, they are spotty at best. They have never replaced an item at replacement cost. I had an ac with several service calls, when it came time to replace it, they disallowed the claim as it had no maintenance, any rust or dust on the coil is reason for automatic dismissal of the claim. I had a washing machine that they couldn't get the replacement parts, average cost for replacement of the same type, $850. Their offer $350. Their explanation was that their cost to replace was $350. When asked where I could get this and the would not tell me. So to end on a positive note, if it is repairable then the warranty is as expected, regardless of age. If it needs to be replaced, count on less that 50% for the replacement cost,
