They were honest, shared their findings, and provided an immediate diagnosis without misleading claims. I have recommended it to my friends, and they are already part of CHW. They are also happy with the service.

I have been with this company for years and they always come thru. My latest issue happened over the Thanksgiving Holiday and I didn’t think they would get back to me until the following week sometime. They responded immediately and had someone come by first thing on Monday morning. I got my issue resolved very quickly. I could not be happier with their service and level of performance!

Decided to subscribe in Dec of 2025 because I heard great things about Choice Home warranty. Most of the warranties on my home appliances came to an end so I felt at risk if something went out. Within this first year I've had a refrigerator, garagedoor coils, and oven that needed repairs. The claim process has been flawless and efficient. Within the first couple days of filing a claim a technician was scheduled, the only waiting period was for the needed parts to make repairs. The communication with the different contractors has always been pleasant. When juggling work , kids and life this investment has definitely been worth it.
