Got someone on the phone right away to address my concerns with my whirl pool washer machine and a ticket was started promptly letting me know the date and time frame of the repair. They emailed me the night before of estimated arrival and I was called before the Tech arrived. The Technician was very courteous and prompt and knowledgeable and fixed my washer in a very short period of time.

I recently switched from your competitor ‘AHW ‘ because took them 4 days to find someone to fix my AIr but I had already found my own technician. Two days ago my refrigerator stopped cooling so I made a claim through y’all an the same day a tech showed up an got my refrigerator back up an running. In the end there was nothing wrong with my dryer except for the gas being turned off and the lint collector being plugged up but the technician taught me a few things about it I didn’t know so it was worth it in my opinion as I wouldn’t have thought to clean the lint collector myself and I couldn’t reach the gas on my own and didn’t know where it was.

I contacted them Saturday morning asking for a callback, I was called back within the hour and the woman gave me all the information I needed. She said they'd contact a local A/C repair company and we would hear back from them within 8-24 hours. We got a call a few hours later saying the company would come Monday morning. We only had to pay a $65 copay for the service and the company came out and did a great job just as expected. We were very happy with this service.

Choice Home Warranty will always have a reasonable resolution for what ever the situation. If an item needs to be replaced they will not just go with a bandaid fix to keep from replacing it. They will do what makes sense. If it makes sense to fix it they will do that. But, if it makes sense to replace it they will do that. It looks like Choice has a customer for life!

I'm extremely happy with this claim for my A.C. Neil Heating came the day after I made claim. Still waiting on 2nd opinion from their company. I like that they are contentious about possibly saving my unit. CHW also helped me replace a disposal quickly. But I wasn't pleased when I needed to have someone check out my refrigerator. They had me set up with a company. I called the day b4 to verify my appt. They never heard of me. I did let CHW know. And because I couldn't wait for a 2nd appt., due to being out of town, I had to replace my refrigerator myself. It was condenser that was shot.

Was very pleased with the response time after notifying Choice that u/s air conditioning was not cooling. Within a a few hours, they had contacted a repairman and an appointment was made to assess the situation. Gold Eagle AC ordered the blower motor needed and they returned once the part was received. Cooling has been restored! Thank you so much!

I have had choice for a year and a half. I have used them only for a couple of appliances that have failed. They send out a private contractor who does not work for choice home warranty and he/she submits their diagnosis to the choice. In the couple of instances that I have used the home warranty, they have opted to replace my appliance rather than repair. They have sent me a check to cover the replacement cost of a new appliance. The amount does not fully cover the cost of a brand new appliance, but in my experience has been enough to make it worthwhile. I have not had to use the home warranty for any issues such as plumbing/electrical or HVAC but would be very very curious as to how those types of problems are handled.

I appreciate the quick response from CHW. I've made two claims so far with this warranty service. The first claim went very smoothly and the Tech that repaired my microwave and refrigerator was wonderful. I'm currently in the middle of my second claim that requires a plumbing relater repair. The repair person is scheduled for tomorrow. I hope this experience will be as good as my first one.

Choice home warranty this time we have good experience in fixing our refrigerator, they send a good technician. Last time with my AC it was not a good experience, the kind of company which is the AC angel is not a good one, that company would just take your money snd won’t do anything. I have never used home warranty before, and only purchased it because I had to in order to close on my recent home purchase. Within 2 months, our motorized gate stopped working. It just so happened that earlier that day, my real estate agent checked up on.us and reminded me of our warranty. I was able to file a claim within a few minutes and a few days later a technician arrived and fixed the gate.

However you were prompt with getting an incredible service with All Pro Air . Travis D, the owner, was prompt, considerate, and very knowledgeable! Again Choice Home Warranty came through for us. We live in Florida and ourA/C wasn't cooling. After creating a claim, a technician was at our house within the hour! He diagnosed the problem, and uploaded the information to Choice Home Warranty. Within the next hour I was approved! Before the day ended an apointment was setup for the following day! Woohoo!

I like being able to pick up the phone when something breaks down and know that I am covered for a repair or replacement. There is a small monthly fee and a service fee for the technician to come out and inspect. After that, the CHW takes care of the repair or replacement. It is that simple. I have been with CHW for over 15 years. I love the service. Such peace of mind.

I had an upsetting experience with one of the service providers Choice uses. I called Choice and spoke with someone regarding the situation, however the representative did not have a listing ear. I pursued the matter and requested to speak with someone else. The person I spoke with was very professional and understanding. He handled the matter with care and I was completely satisfied. In fact, he won me over to continue being a Choice customer. I am happy with how Choice has handled all of my prior claims. I totally recommend Choice to all of my friends and family members. Excellent customer service. Quick and easy claim submission. My air conditioning system failed. I called to submit the claim. The person on the phone was easy to speak with and quickly got me through the process. Within a few hours I had a scheduled date for the next day to have a technician come out. As it was 83 degrees in my home, I called the technician to see if same day was possible. It was. A new air condenser fan later, my home is now 72 degrees Great service all around. K & L Heating and Air Conditioning came to the home. Their technician was fantastic.

I declined an offer provided by CHW to replace my non working 12 year old microwave. Original offer was way less than what I paid for my microwave. I found 3 prices and offered up the lower one. My agent was very helpful and gave me an offer that I was happy with. I will be out of pocket maybe $30.00 for my over the range microwave but I still feel it's better than being out of pocket $200.00.

The technician was great - came early and fit the issue the first time. However, with that said the Company that came to my house did not except credit cards, only cash or check. I think as a customer that I should have been aware of that policy. What if I did not have $75.00 cash to pay the technician. The technician did not even have an Invoice or a receipt book. I had to type up and Paid Receipt and have him sign it to show I paid cash.

The customer service is amazing. I have received prompt reply to my claims; fair pricing for replacement of unrepairable appliances; easy instructions for processes; and quality services contractors at my home. My husband was disgruntled to say the least when I told him I purchased a home warranty, now he reminds me to make sure I renew when our original term is up. We have both told numerous friends about Choice and the benefits of having a home warranty.

My representative was courteous and professional and prompt to return my call. Choice is more affordable than many of the home warranty plans and when I make a claim, I get a call from a service provider pretty quick, so I can put that issue aside and deal with something else. I like the quick response to my email when service is needed. Always the technician is able to fix the problem. What I don't like about Choice Home Warranty is the exclusion to not fix the seal on my washer, which is just a rubber seal. Secondly, the past issue with my dryer not starting, was that it needed a small plastic part to make the contact on the door work better and the technician didn't have the part. It's a soft plastic piece about the size of a quarter and weighs .03 ounces (yes, I weighed it) and he had to order it. Didn't have any with him. The technician ordered the part and had it delivered to my house. It came yesterday, but the tech isn't scheduled to come back for another week. For that reason, I can't give the 5 star rating.

I have my first experience absolutely great, the waiting time on the phone was less than a minute, customer service was very helpful and professional made the entire process comfortable and a pleasant experience. The same day the Repair company contact me and in a day they came and repair my dryer. I call late Saturday by Monday 10AM my dryer was repaired. Absolutely amazing.

I really appreciate Choice Home warranty especially during these questionable times. My air conditioner stopped working right when the hot temperatures are unbearable. My hope was very limited as I wasn't sure if any one would be willing to do repairs. I placed my ticket on Sunday evening with very little expectation. By Tuesday afternoon I received notice t Tristar HVAC & Maintenance would be there later the same day. Beyond my expectations. Thank you Choice Home Warranty!

Water Heater was replaced, the plumbing Company, Riley Corp. were very professional, clean but could not complete the job till they received approval from Choice. we had to wait five days, no hot water till they could get our new water heater installed. I think Riley could had gotten the work done fast if they could had they funds and approval faster.

This claim so far is fine. Waiting on part to fix my washer. Previous claim for A/C was very bad. Sent a company to repair my A/C and the guy did nothing. Told Choice that he could not fix it and my unit was never maintained so you denied the claim. It was a lie! I called the company I normally use and they came right out and fixed it for $119.00!! This is the company I use to do my yearly maintenance on my A/C. The company Choice sent out only wanted to sell me a new unit! They badgered me about buying a new unit! It's been a year and my old unit is still working fine. Very disappointed with that claim.

The response was prompt (same day), and a technician was assigned, scheduled. whole process is seamless and hassle free. More importantly, the repair were good and in high quality. On Wednesday, July 15, 2020, I completed a claim form online which was fast and easy. I received an email reply almost instantaneously saying that my claim was being processed. I then received another email within 3 hours saying that I had an appointment with an CHW Technician which was scheduled for Friday, July 17th. On Thursday, the repairman (Shawn) called and said that if I was available he could have the job completed a day early. Shawn arrived a day early and did an “Outstanding” job. I switched from the biggest warranty company to Choice Warranty because they work 7 days a week, repair 7 days a week, and only charge one service fee (for instance: a plumber comes once and fixes 2 or 3 things instead of just one). The other company did not work on weekends, did not repair on weekends and charged a service fee for every item that was fixed).

The company is so fast in handling claim request. Dryer went out Saturday night, filed claim online that night and 30 mins later repair company was assigned and scheduled for Monday. Dryer was repaired Monday and back in operation with warranty cost was $65 service fee, without it repair guy said repairs would be around $300... THANK YOU CHOICE. :)

I was at work overseas in Saudi Arabia, my wife contacted me and let me know we had a water leak in our newly bought home. I then contacted a choice representative and explained my situation and I told not to worry we will handle this for you, and it was handled the next day. I was expecting to pay a large sum of money as a deductible or some additional charges, but was shocked as I only had to pay 65.00. Thanks again for your excellent service.

Choice Home Warranty has covered my home repairs as expected. They have partnered with good companies and good technicians. I recently requested a quote to replace a cartridge on a shower faucet thinking it would be a fairly small charge. I was told it would be $220. I then realized how much Choice saves me on these routine repairs, so I called them and they sent two very professional plumbers who took care of the job in no time. I'm glad I have a home warranty through Choice.

Choice responded and handled the claim fairly promptly. I still don't understand why Choice continues to falsely advertises that Choice will replace a product if they can't repair it. I had a product that Choice agreed and stated that it would be less expensive to replace than to repair, but Choice would not replace my product, but pay me cash at less than half what it would cost me to replace it. It's not unreasonable not to replace every product that can't be repaired, but why do you continue to advertise that you do. Even the email I received said "Congratulations, Choice has agreed to replace your product". Very poor customer relations.

To be fully honest I bought the 6 year plan even though I plan on selling the house and aside from the great value it afforded me, because of the way I was treated on the phone. She was so energetic and bubbly and mentioned she came in to work on the 4th of July because you she loves her job and believes in the product. It was really blown away and assumed this was the kind of support I would be getting when I needed to use the product. I’m excited to be covered by Choice Home a Warranty.

Recently I've had to call on Choice Home Warranty for a couple of systems that suddenly were in need of repair. The representatives were pleasant and very helpful. I received follow-up details in a timely manner as to when a contractor would come out, as well as a 4 hour window. Their system is very responsive and I didn't feel like I was left hanging. We had a dryer knob situation. Lester from 1-1/2 hour away took care of it in the first 5 minutes of his visit ....identifying and ordering the part. The only issue we have is that it will not come in for 1 month, at which time he will travel again the 1-1/2 hours to replace the knob. He was very professional and we appreciated his knowledge and assurance that our issue can and will be fixed as soon as the part comes in.

So far they have been very easy to work with. I go online anytime, day or night, to open a claim, and they respond very quickly. Most recently, I put in a claim for my AC not working around 1:00 in the morning. By 2:00pm that same day, the repairman was at my house, working on my unit! And fixed it, thank goodness!! :-) Kudos to both CHW and Imperial Heating!!

Professional and courteous and the service contractors chosen do an exceptional job to repair. Over the years, Choice Home Warranty have replaced most major appliances . I couldn't ask for anything more, CHW have been prompt. Because of the great service I've shared with family and friends and have encouraged them to switch over to CHW after sharing with them what CHW service I've gotten.
