The customer service is amazing. They make me feel like they care and I feel like I've gotten the best value for my money. I think there's a lot of coverage for many appliances.

They really helped me out. My AC wasn't working and the only thing I had to pay was the service fee they covered the rest. The technician was very professional and explained to me the situation and why it happened. I tried to use them for a leak but they said they didn't cover that.

Our air went out. It seems like they don't want a technician to come out on the weekend. So we didn't have air the whole weekend. Another time my plumbing was bad and they said I had to wait until Monday. That's the only problem I have with them. Other then that they are pretty great. They send people out who know what they are doing.

I had an appointment set up with a plumber and he did not show. When I schedule I expect service. I went to file a grievance and got another company to come out. They were super I really liked them.

I've had several calls and 2 of the people the sent did not provide acceptable service, but the majority have been professional, efficient and productive. Most of the services rendered were excellent. It seems like what choice does is try not to pay but I've had some pretty good service people that were able to convince them it was under warranty.

Great response time . Excellent job very professional.it was in the 100 and my ac was out. Had my appointment made same day of claim, took a few days to get to me but it is Texas and summer so expected that.

The service providers that come through Choice are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The timeliness of getting appointments is a bit less than desirable, especially when it came to HVAC and plumbing issues - it took a week for both. No air conditioning in 90 degree temperatures was not a good situation.

95% of my stuff was new when I bought the contract. The last two times they came the contract did not cover my parts or labor, money out of my pocket. My fault I'll check closer next time before buying because I paid to much to have to pay out of pocket

Very pleased with personnel as to ability and friendliness. Efficient service and problem was resolved on first visit. I was even given opportunity to call those I had previously used for service.

They are really helpful. Hassle free when we filed a claim on our 20 year old washer. They mailed me a check in 3 weeks to replace it since the repair guy said it is unfixable! We are very pleased with choice home warranty!

Very satisfied, we've had the service for a year now and they do what they say they are going to do. Just recently we had a problem with our washing machine and they came out and fixed the issue. They did great.

They're very helpful and do great work. They're great at helping us and it doesn't take them long to check in to double check. My dryer's timer was broken and the man that was here did a great job.

When I had to call, they were right there trying to find someone to come out and fix what I needed fixed. It is well worth it for the prices I pay, they basically cover everything.

Always on the ball and have the right answer and get back to you. Always polite and professional. I was without air conditioning and they had somebody here the next day. Sometimes the quality of service that comes here is not always on par but 9 times out of 10 it is.

I had a frustrating experience with customer service. They offered a gift certificate for a delayed replacement, which took far too long. Additionally, my hot water heater was leaking, and my washer broke. They promised a gift certificate for the washer but failed to communicate the lengthy wait time. Overall, I’m disappointed with the lack of timely support.

They have put in two claims and so far there have been no issues. The only negative is the pay out was kind of low to replace the dishwasher. It is usually pretty quick, though t was hard to get a hold of the claims person with the dishwasher.

Putting in a request is easy. No problems with anything that I even thought was an issue they addressed really quickly. I submitted a request for my AC and had a company show up the next day and fix the problem.

It covers everything that's necessary to run a household and the service fee is reasonable. The process was ok but the fact that there are no individuals to speak to regarding claims is frustrating. I used them for the first time in almost 3 years. The process was smooth but I had some questions unanswered because there was no one to speak too.

The first technician came out twic and did nt resolve the issue with my A/C. So Choice sent out a technician from another company, who qiuckly knew what the problem was and resolved the issue. I was noot happy that I had to pay three service charges for the same problem.

Customer service is quick and they get a person out to come at the house and good at communicating the process to get reimbursed. Everything has been great. My blower fan went out and I called Choice and took the reimbursement option to get another company to come out.

I've used their warranty twice. The first time it was not repairable and they cashed me out. The other time I got prompt service and it was fixed in 15-20 minutes. They do what they say and are prompt. I'm wholly satisfied.
