You can never get hold of anyone and if you do, they transfer you to the recording “Leave your name and number and someone will get back with you asap.” This DO NOT HAPPEN! Also, they are only paying $194 of a microwave that is only 4 years old but the panel blew during a storm. I’m told that I can only go to Lowes Home improvement for a replacement. I found only one same brand at Lowe’s and when I went to buy, after accepting their HCW offer, I would have to wait up to 30 days for a gift card. Not a good company!!!!!

Customer service is awful. They are confusing. It took two weeks for them to complete a service repair referral. After the repair company could not fix the appliance, it took 30 days for them to send the money for a replacement appliance. I called several times reporting that I had medication which needed to be refrigerated. That did not rush the process of processing the claim. Choice home warranty is very slow to fix needed repairs or replacement replacements.

I was not able to get my Reimbursement Claim resolved. I was told the technician had to submit the information and the company said that's not what they do. They send the client the pictures and the client sends the pictures to Choice Warranty. No one was able to tell me how to submit them.

Terrible, I put in a claim over 3 weeks ago for my central air. You guys sent a tech out to see what's going on obviously he didn't know what he was doing because he claimed that it was the transformer that didn't have anything to do with the problem. The tech claimed that he had to get a $70 dollar part and never came back. Good thing I was able to figure out what was going on or me and my family would be baking in this heat. So with that being said this service is terrible.

the contractor they still have not provided me with the invoice that I paid 500.00 I paid that the warranty didn't pay for. They left me with no warranty info, or the model number, they did not program the other remote and without a model number etc. I can't even do t myself. I have called them, text them and emailed them over and over so I called the warranty company they sent them an email they responded and said they would contact me but they have not. This still isn't resolved it been over a month.

I had a hot water heater bust water all over my garage. The tech came and called in the claim, but didn’t have the money to pay for a new heater. So I said that I would pay for it if Choice Home Warranty would reimburse me. That was at noon today. The company said that they would get back to me. It’s now 9:00 pm and they are still deciding if they are willing to do it. What kind of Company is willing to take 9 hours to decide if they can pay me versus the technician? I’m sorry that they have decided that money is more important than customer service and satisfaction!

What I liked was dealing with my case manager Ciara G. What I dislike is I still have no idea if step one of uploading documents has been completed, even after calling on several occasions. I have not been told yes or no once. Please provide me an answer soon as I have been left hanging.

My Samsung washer is 5 years old and won't start balanced. My claim was denied. They determined that I had to have been overloading the machine. I am that consumer that read the booklet. I know how many jeans per load how many regular towels verses how many large bath towel. How to fold like a fan and larger bedding. And never cider the blue dot in the center. How dare you deny when I had a 3 year plan with your warranty company

The sent you handyman and not specialized techs to deal with your claims. Including electrical plumbing issues. They only approved replacement is for the lowest level of appliances which they consider builder grade but it is far inferior than it. Definitely not worth it.

Worst company ever! Freezer compressor went out, Choice couldn’t find a repair company in our area so told us to find our own? Then to have the repairman submit diagnosis and cost prior to repair, but the food is spoiling fast and I had the repair company proceed, because of this Choice denied the claim and would not pay? So do I let my thousand dollars of food spoil or proceed forward? What would you do? Worst company and customer service ever

Their construcion expert's opinion for the current claim was twisted to deny our claim. He mentioned a "what if" that he could not verify by is obsevation though he did believe the problem was caused by wear and tear. The Previous claim for replacement of a failed appliance was approved for money that did was much less than our cost to replace the appliance.

I've written 3 times already through your customer service email with NO RESPONSE. The water heater replaced is one of the lowest quality and the plumbing company that your company dispatched left a mess in my garage (floors and walls) after the installation. Also requested an itemized invoice of the $455 I had to pay and NO RESPONSE. I pay my monthly charge on time through direct debit and I would like better quality of the products installed, without an additional cost.

I have three policies with you and I am looking at other warranty companies to join. As soon as I find one that does not have a bunch of hidden cclouses. My recent interactions have been disappointing. Most recently we have been dealing with a broken refrigerator I was supposed to receive a letter from Choice telling me what the next steps would be as the refrigerator is not repairable and needs to be replaced, we have been dealing with this fridge since early May and now when I call they said it is still in review even though I was told I would no later than June 17th. Boo!

I had to hire another electrician to complete this job. I want to cancel my contract and receive my full amount that I paid which was $1,575.00. I can’t get anyone to call me back when I contact Choice Home Warranty. I have left numerous messages with no results. I could not get the Electrical Company to answer the phone except to leave messages and they don’t return calls or emails. I tried for two weeks to get this circuit breaker fixed either no results. The refrigerator was tripping the circuit breaker every day at least once per night and day.

Light was not installed properly, so wasn't covered. Heard the same excuse given to two other of your clients who were nit covered for breakdowns. Seems to be your answer as to how to get out of coverage. How does a customer know if something is not installed properly? My light worked for two years and now it isn't working. What does not installed properly have to do with it not working two years later?

Terrible company. They made myself and my hvac vendor jump through hoops during my claim process. They dragged on for weeks while my family was without heat during the winter. They ultimately denied my claim for repair on our hvac stating that it was still under warranty. My home was 19 years old at the time, and our system was not under warranty. Don’t waste your time or money.
