They have not refunded the money from my refrigerator! They would not cover the parts to fix it ! I had t purchase a new refrigerator! I was then told that they would send me a check to cover the part that they covered! This was all supposed to be taken care of by my case Worker? No check! They are very hard to work with! I have had a claim in since November 28 it is now January 14 my heat has still not working . First repair person did not show up second repair person could not find parts still cold in the house last night 23°f . Not shure what they are doing but it's not getting my heat repaired.

Because I was stupid and actually believed a customer service rep that promised me I would never have a problem finding a vendor. My washer hasn't been working since June or July and I still haven't had anyone come out. They even lie and said they've been to my. Worst service ever!!!

It is very difficult to do business with this company. It took 5 1/2 months to get a resolution and fix on my refrigerator and currently we are 7 weeks into a washing machine repair that is not completed. Communication and clairity is difficult with their customer support team.

I thought they were a great company, with a great price. I have found just the opposite! They work very hard to deny the claim and many times will say the appliance is not worth repairing and will give you a very low reimbursement even though the contract says replacement with comparable appliance.

I will not be renewing our warranty next year. I would look at other plans. We got a run around with service the first time we used them. Look at the choice warranty facebook page with all of the complaints and bbb issues. Its horrible when you read all of the complaints.

I've been a client for 2 years and still haven't had my issue resolved. The warranty isn't worth the money I've paid for it. The technician blames the warranty company and they can only do what they tell them if you can't fix my problem what am I paying you for. When my warranty expires will not renew a total waste of money I don't have.
