Not allowing enough time or resources to accurately identify the problem. A simple procedure could have identified exactly where a short had occurred but was not allowed by Choice. I still had to pay the service fee without knowing that the technician would not be able to identify and correct the problem which was the main reason for the claim.

Your agent determined not to pay the technician to fix my issue. The 2 main wires of the AC system were burned. I have to pay with my own money to repair or it will become a fire hazard. Your agent determined not part of the wear and tear. I am very disappointed at this decision.

I am a paying customer for choice home warranty. Every time I make a claim, it gets denied because it's not covered under certain section of the policy. Not only I lose the service call fees, I'm paying for a warranty that doesn't cover anything. From this experience, I will never sign up for another home warranty company ever again.

One of the most unhelpful warranty companies in the business! Once my contract runs out, I won't ever use them again! You always have to pay money for a repair because they always have a loophole about something is not covered.
