I've used the warranty once and your communication could use an upgrade. I was told by 3 people at 3 different times , that you would call me back when a tech never fixed the issue or responded to you or me. That was unacceptable and effected my view of your service. You finally sent a different tech out that fixed the problem in 5 minutes but, it took a month to happen.

Its a great service and for the few repairs we needed, the techs were on time and requesting service was easy. I would suggest that your organization recruit more local techs especially in the HVAC field. We had to wait a week for service, then cancel because of family matters and then wait another week.

They are very helpful, the problem comes with the provider who's coming out to do the repair. I had an issue with a dryer and Choice sent someone out immediately. He patched up the problem instead of fixing it and now the same thing keeps happening over and over again. He makes appointments and then doesn't show. Choice home warranty is a very good warranty company and I'm not going to judge them harshly because I've had a bad experience I think that when everything works they do a great job.

It's really hard to call and talk to anyone. My microwave went out and they sent someone over the next day and he fixed it. Then my ice maker in my refrigerator had to be replaced and that's working fine except that the parts are back ordered so we're having to wait on that. Quality service from the people who come.

We had an issue last summer, and it had to do with one of the contractors who did not provide good service. In the end, Choice did a really good job in refunding us so I'm very satisfied. It wasn't Choice, in the sense of it was the contractor that did not make it on his promise but Choice came through and so for that I'm really thankful.

because I have a bad taste in my mouth for Choice Warranty. I bought a 3 year contract, last year my Jennair wall oven was not repairable so instead of replacing it they bought me out so they didn't have to buy a wall oven because it was about $1800.00 to replace. instead they paid me a quarter of what it was worth, $550.00 and I had to paid the rest out of my pocket. I never had this problem with American Home Sheild. I will switch when contract is over.

AC wasn't working. Choice sent a tech out who did a quick fix but did not find the leak. We paid another tech to take a look and he found the leak and found a twisted copper pipe in the attic which was keeping our ac from functioning properly. We paid him out of pocket, $200 for his service. I think Choice needs to pay these Techs more $ so we get the cream of the crop.

On the first contact for a claim the contractor came out and inspected the appliance, stated it needed to be replaced and that Choice would be in contact with us. We had to make several phone calls and each time we were told we would have it resolved in 24-48 hours. It never happened, on about the 4th call they tried to tell us we needed to submit a new claim and pay another repair call fee. I had to threaten to report the organization to the FTC before I was transferred to a resolutions contact. Once she handled the call it went well and was resolved. The issue was it took from the beginning of June until the beginning of September to have a microwave replaced. What if it was my air conditioning unit??

We have had a couple of experiences and it has taken a long time to get what we need fixed. We are super worried if a furnace goes out in the winter time that it will take at least a two weeks or a month to get someone to fix it. In which, we might i have to pay for it to get fixed ourselves and that defeats the purpose of this warranty. Also we had a contractor who didn't even come at his appointment time. So we called and he didn't even know he had a appointment and we took time off from our job to be there. Super disappointed in the availability of these contractors and the unprofessionalism is ridiculous. The customer service when i call choice home warranty is great and I appreciate them as they are understanding and helpful. If they are able to hire better contractors this would be a great program.

The quality of service depends on who they send. Some people that came didn't know what they were doing. This last man who came was excellent. I was very happy with him and I'm hoping that if I have to use my warranty in the future they will send him. He was clean he was nice he knew what he was doing. He was excellent. My only problem is that the washing machine had to be replaced and I was supposed to get a check for that and I haven't gotten it yet.
