I've had problems with choice home warranty. My latest problem was not the last one but the time before that I had a problem with my tank drainage. I had an experience with the technician that came out that wasn't professional. He ended up giving me false information and told me that what I needed done wasn't covered under my warranty. I found out that he overcharged me and he lied about everything and he refused to come back. Choice didn't take responsibility and they didn't show any sympathy. I feel like they're not on your side and I feel like they don't listen to what you say. This guy was not a professional and he really ripped me off.

Very positive so far. They are very gentle. My dryer was making noises and they had the company give me a call and they looked at the dryer and ordered the parts that needed to be repaired and then came back. I also used some for my refrigerator and they were able to come out and take care of the refrigerator.

The people were very quick to get someone out here. They offered the best deal money wise. My air conditioner quit cooling about a month ago and they had someone out here the next morning to fix it. They just did an excellent job and their service personnel was very polite and did his job well.

I called them and they came that day. My air conditioning and my heating unit both weren't working and when they came they said that it needed a filter and they charged me $45 dollars and also $85 for the filter that they purchased and I don't think that was right. I thought they covered everything.

Responded right away, I may not have gotten service right away but it was very good service. I got an email on it and read through it and it looked really good. Good coverage for a low price. My refrigerator/freezer went out and they got it fixed.

This was my second year with choice. Regardless of what the question was, someone was always able to communicate and they explained things well. Cell communication has been very positive. I definitely appreciate that I could always get in contact with someone.I just recently had my refrigerator repaired and I was able to put in a claim online and within an hour or two there was a technician here and everything was fine.

We always get very fast responses. Everything is handled very fast, we have never had any issues. I chose choice many many years ago and I'm just staying with them. They always came through every time I needed them. I had a leak in my Jacuzzi tub upstairs. I called them up and they came in and repaired it no problem.

Everything was done in a timely manner. I was unaware of the extra fee that we would be paying at the time of the installation. When I replaced our water heater I thought I was going to pay the eighty five dollar fee and that was for three years.

Though it took some time to get a technician to take on the job, he was extremely friendly and very helpful. He was able to get my appliance up and running again in no time as well as help me work around the issue when i was waiting for the parts to come in for him to fix it.

I had 2 different issues, my washer went and I had a plumbing leak. The leak was fixed within a couple days and in less than 2 weeks my washer was fixed. Very pleased with how quick the repairs were done. And the service people they sent out were very nice.

Had a dryer issue. As it turns out the dryer was fine but the tchnician was able to tell me what was wrong with the power feeding the dryer. Even though he could not fix it personally, I was able to replace a faulty breaker at the panel and allbis well.

My AC wasn't working properly early this year and when I called they came out and I got a repair right away. Every time I call they've been right out and repaired what I needed repaired. I'm happy and pleased with their service.

The price is outstanding. They were very fast and very professional. The first time I had to use my warranty was for air conditioning service so they came out very quickly and they completed the job one hundred percent. I appreciate the contractors that they deal with.

My refrigerator ice maker was broken and the stove stopped working and they were very prompt, very friendly. The staff that took my case and then the service people that came over were very friendly too. The only thing I had a problem or an issue with with doing the claim online.

They make the appointments like right away. The last time I had to have somebody come out I had an appointment set for me that same day. I've had some pretty positive experiences. I've had to call them out three times and every time they resolve the issue. The first experience wasn't that good but the issue was resolved within like a week, the rest within a couple days.

I am so happy that I am a customer of choice home warranty and I will remain one for the rest of our lives. I needed a new hot water heater and it was provided in a very timely manner. Very professional, courteous, and friendly contractor. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I will never have a large bill for replacing or fixing things.

Yes the young man that came out, Danny Cove, was very positive and had good energy. I love the spirit. He is good and a very nice guy. He's the only one I would like to come back out if I had any issues. Very straightforward, he came out really quick and got the job done.

Sometimes when I call I can't get through. The first time which (three to four years ago) was very very bad. They sent a guy here he wouldn't look at the washing machine he said the probem was the wiring on the house and never looked at the machine and said they wouldn't pay for it. I had a fight with choice to change the guy and it was a whole mess. Now it's much better, the technicians that have come out and assisted have been helping. Sometimes I have to wait a long time, but when I call them they'll come sooner.

I really haven't seen any value for my money. I've not got anything done from it yet but I have paid a lot of money out of my pocket for them. It's costing me more to have a warranty and to pay for the services and I still haven't seen a repair done.

The technicians that have been sent to my job have been professional, and addressed the problems promptly. In addition, any problems that could not be fixed a received a check to replace the item. That's exactly what I wanted in a home warranty company.

There were some issues with the first technician that came out but after the actual problem was diagnosed properly by a new team, Choice worked with us to replace the HVAC unit and the overall charge was considerably less than what a new unit would have cost us without having the insurance. Thank you Choice!

Everything was great except my claim about my AC. The company you sent attempted to scam me. I had to hire another previous company I had used with another warranty company that was trustworthy and reliable. They showed me how the report of your company was fraudulent and they took care of the very minor problem at my cost. Your customer service did nothing when I reported this.

Took 21 days to get someone to come out to my house to check out ac unit. I don't even know if the guy was a licensed hvac guy. So un professional and did not even know what the problem was after 2x coming to my house. He yelled at my husband and told him to do it himself. He made whatever issue I had way worse bc he was not capable in doing this job that choice home sent to my home. He did whatever he wanted to do. And now I am waiting for another "company" so called licensed person to come and see what is wrong with my ac. I have 2 young kids and we have to suffer in heat for about a month and I complain and they keep saying sorry sorry blah blah there is nothing we can do no just have to sit here keep paying every month and wait for a person to come to see if they know what to do. I used choice for my dryer and frezzer and it was wah better service. Maybe they can not deal with these types of issues but they should at least credit me somehow for my troubles and being patient.

When I called about service to my exhaust fans, I was immediately told it was not covered. I had to explain that I have a contract stating this fact. He continued with I will send you a copy of your contract. He later checked with a supervisor who approved the claim. He stated some nonsense about the stated claim was not in the area of the contract it should have been. After the claim was approved the service techs came out and did a great job.

Had to wait for 10 days for our refrigerator to be repaired. Once the repair came and worked on the refrigerator everything was good. He did an excellent job and pointed out the cause of the problem and how to avoid it from reoccurring. He also looked at another problem with the refrigerator door, ordered the part and a week or so another technician installed the part.

Super fast response to my claim and was able to get an electrician scheduled, not easy, within 2 days to repairs. I've been extremely happy since having CHW coverage that has covered 100% of 5 different claims over 7 yrs. Absolutely 100% worth the small monthly premium and copay.

We have had a Choice Home Warranty since 2016, we have used the service a handful of times and only needed one appliance replaced, our garbage disposal. The smartest thing you can do is get this warranty and have COMPLETE PIECE OF MIND!

I don't really speak to any humans, I did everything online. But I got an answer or response rather quick. I really had no issues. I probably would recommend them. Our air conditioner died probably like two weeks ago and we contacted them and then they sent someone out probably the next day and that company fixed it and that was it.

We've been waiting multiple weeks for them to repair air conditioner. We've had the companies reach out to them. They have failed us miserably. Our renewal comes up here in the middle of this month. I'm very doubtful we're going to stay with them. They are not trustworthy at all. I would not recommend them at all. We are going on four weeks now that we've identified this was a problem, it's still not fixed. It is not customer friendly. It is not simple and it's bureaucratic. It's not focused on serving the customer. They are not honest.

The two claims that we filed were handled professionally and very quickly. They call me more often than the other company. The first time we used it was when our AC went out in April. And then in seven days we had a new unit installed. We are happy we chose Choice.

It is the most economical warranty. I was trying to find a repairman. And I called in. And for some reason I got the wrong company and I went back and forth with them. And finally the guy I was talking to said. "well, it's not us". And when I hung up, I looked at the number and yes, it was them. I'll always dread calling them but the people they bring out to your homes are good people. And I have no problem with the repair. It's just the way you have to go through to get help.

I would not recommend them at all. When I needed to use it which was over a week ago and this is not their fault. But you couldn't get technicians to take the order. Finally someone who I knew personally took the work order. And he come to our house. Otherwise, I guess we'd still be waiting for somebody. And I had sent an email and told them that I thought it was totally unacceptable. All I got was an apology and and that was the end of it. I don't understand Why I'm not getting more money on this claim. It sent me an email saying something about how that's all I qualify for the payout. I get no answers for nothing. I even asked somebody to call me and no one has.

I like the rate. My refrigerator and freezer went out and it was out for almost two months before it was repaired and they never explained to me why. They just kept telling me to get someone else to do it and they would reimburse and never explained it. We later found out they didn't have a refrigerator person to do the job but they never told me that.

Very responsive. Any house fix I needed to do was scheduled very promptly and so they respond pretty fast. I signed up about five years ago because they had a good price and good coverage. I used the warranty once to get my microwaves fixed. There was a little bit of miscommunication with the air conditioning. I assumed that everything on the air conditioning was covered. But for the air conditioning coils, they do not cover it.

The first time I worked with them it was quick. It has been a wonderful experience. It's a very competitive price. I am happy to recommend them. Only thing I would like from home warranties is to do a pre inspection before offering policy. This way there is no dispute of what was already pre existing or not.

I just used it to repair the water going to my refrigerator. And the person they sent out was very knowledgeable and in his craft he found the problem almost immediately and took care of it. I think anybody that signs up really needs to read their contract very carefully because there are things that aren't covered that I thought were covered and so that since I signed up for five years it kind of upset me that I wasn't getting the kind of support that I needed.

Mostly everything has gone right with them. I like the pricing. About a year and a half ago or two years my washing machine went out and the people that they sent out did not do it and then it sat there for two weeks before that. It took forever to get the washing machine fixed and I had other problems with air conditioners and garbage disposals and everything and I fixed it pretty quick.
