They are very professional and I only had two incidents where I needed to call them. At both times they provided me with professional people within a day's time-frame to fix my problem. When my broiler went out in my oven they were there the very next day with parts and repaired it. Now it's in working condition.

It's very good. I've had to use it several times, one time my kitchen disposal broke and I called them to make a claim. They got me in contact with one of their providers and he came out, exchanged it, and replaced the disposal. It was just a 45 dollars service cost for me and the rest was covered. It was perfect and very easy. I do recommend them.

I've used the service twice since I got the program and everything has been fine. The first incident was a poor heater. I had asked initially if that was one of the things that were covered, and they had said it was, but I found afterwards it wasn't covered. They did end up covering a small portion of the cost though. The second situation was a washer and they responded immediately and everything was handled there.

It's the more cost effective way of doing repairs for the house. They've been helpful and it's very convenient, you just make a phone call and then they call you back to give you your assigned technician for the repairs. We had a leaky toilet, made a phone call, got a ticket number, and then they told me who it was that I needed to call to schedule a time. They were able to accommodate us and get it done.

I have 3 homes and I appreciate that they give me a discount for that. In fact I was able to negotiate with them and get a better price for having multiple properties. Customer support is really quick and I can make claims online. It is quick to make sure everything was set up and they will also follow up to make sure that their contractors show up. The contractors themselves come when they say they will and take care of things in a timely manner. I paid the call up fee, gave the check to my tenant to pay, and got no negative feedback there. They meet my needs for the properties I own.

I had a bad experience awhile ago when I had some water leakage. I called them and set it up for the guy to come to my house. I lived in Crawford, and he called saying he'd be in my house in 10 min, that he was in Crawford Ville! I told him that my house was a lot further than that and asked to be sent someone from my city, there's people there that can do it. He said he'd contact the company and they would let me know who would come. I waited a few days and nobody ever contacted me so I got somebody else to fix it. When I finally talked to them they said they would refund me the $100 that it cost, which they did and I appreciate that. However in the meantime my air conditioner broke and I had to contact them all over again.

I've had some good experiences the last couple of times I called them. It took them 2 to 3 days to get out here to us. If it's an emergency I can't really wait so I end up calling someone else, which is kind of disappointing. The last time I remember using their service was for my air conditioner. It went out on a Friday afternoon in the middle of the summer, and they couldn't get someone to us until Tuesday. I had to cancel the order that I put in because I couldn't wait for that long. Aside from that whenever we call they work fast and fix things quickly.

So far so good. I've had to call them during the summer to fix the AC unit. It wasn't working properly, but so far they have been excellent. The only time I had some problems was when my oven light broke. They sent a technician, he came out, looked at it, and said he'd be back to fix it later since he needed a part to repair it. After a month of not hearing back, I called them again and again. Eventually they sent me a new guy who came and did it instantly.

Basically I'm very happy with it. They come when they say they will. Usually in less than 12 hours I hear back from them, and within 24 hours they usually have someone at my house taking care of the problem. I'm so happy with them that I paid for my daughter to have them for a year as well. I did have one bad experience, but other than that it has been good.

My garbage disposal was not working right, and the technician that came over determined it needed to be replaced. The best part was that it was done right there and then. I've had to use it a few other times as well, and they were very good about taking care of the problem in a timely manner. They also followed up with me, so I've had a really good experience with them. It seems to be a very efficient thing when you call; your problems are quickly taken care of.

The service and professional respect for the customer is exceptional but i feel their coverage is too limited whereas if i need to repair a washer, dishwasher, and refridgerator in the same year i am only covered up to $500 for all repairs. Which just will not cover 3 appliances. I just believe they should cover what the repairs cost as they promote without the "fine" print.

I've only used it once, and it was great. The A/C wasn't working on Friday, and they had someone come out the first part of next week to take care of the problem. I've been very happy with how they handled the issue. I was kind of surprised on how quick they were, and with all the emailing and texting and follow ups. They did a great job!

It's been 6 months since I used it, but they sent somebody out within a short period of time to fix my refrigerator. He called, made an appointment, repaired it, and went away just like that! I just think they should stop sending me emails asking me if I'd like to buy Choice Home Warranty, since I bought one till 2020. I haven't used it very often but when I did it seems to be not too slow, it seem to be fast enough to get the job done.

Everybody at Choice Home Warranty seems knowledgeable, and they get the job done quickly. You just have to call the 800 number, give them the information and that's it. Somebody comes out, and they set up a time when they come out. I have no complains about it, it's been very good so far. I've even recommended it to other people.

Overall, I think they're doing a good job with their customer satisfaction and speed of service. I've never had to wait more than a day to have a professional assigned to my case. The reason I went with Choice Home Warranty was because of their price. They are the lowest one I've ever used. I did have one particular incident, where my A/C stopped working in mid-July. The technician's diagnosis was that it was malfunctioning due to normal wear and tear, but Choice Home Warranty said that it was due to lack of maintenance. After many phone calls and hours on hold, our claim was denied, and considering it was over 100 degrees outside, we paid $3,000 out of our pocket to replace our A/C. The small claims are usually no problem, but overall, they're not there when I needed help. It's not right for someone to sit in an office hundreds of miles away, without looking at the unit, and say that it's not covered.

My water heater wasn't working well, and the water heater company was going to replace it, however, they weren't going to pay for uninstalling it and replacing it. Choice Home Warranty pay for that. What I didn't like was that they don't cover electrical wiring. That was very disappointing for me because the whole point of the electrical system was the wiring. Besides that, I can say that their customer support is excellent.

We were not satisfied with our previous home warranty company, which the coverage just expired. So, we narrowed our choices down to three companies; Choice, AHS, and Select. Although AHS and Select thought they were making us offers we couldn't refuse (sorry for the Godfather quote), Michael L at Choice was the only one that did not sound like a used car salesman, was patient answering all our questions thoroughly, and more than willing to work with us extensively on price and service fees. This is why we went with Choice; price, coverage, and customer service. Hopefully if we ever do have to file a service request with Choice, we receive the same OUTSTANDING customer care, service, and support that Michael L. provided!

Ive had the warranty for about 15 months and never used it until last week. I had to file 3 claims due to ice snow storm that hit. Took out proper function of furnace, electric in one full room and part of livingroom and my oven doesn't heat up to set temp. The day after claims, heater repair showed up and got me fixed. Less than a week later, the electric came and fixed my electric issue. I currently have appt for the oven for Wed but I will have to reschedule as I cannot make their time. Ive had two issues fixed in a weeks time, paid only $75 so far and my third issue has appt. They have been great to set appts and notify via email. I need to be better to check email daily as technicians were changed and I was like Who are you lol. I haven't had any major appliance issues that couldnt be repaired so I cannot speak on replacement, only repairs. With that, so far with claims, Im satisfied with my coverage. I purchased a 4 year plan paid in full at signing. I would recommend this company. I have had no trouble whatsoever.

Choice warranty is very unprofessional. Despite paying for my warranty in FULL I have been waiting for 5 plus days for a water heater replacement. I have to get a hotel room so that my son can take a shower so that he won't smell anymore at school . This is so unfair. You pay for a service and what do you get as a customer treated like CRAP!!!
