I have had a horrible time getting the company to approve an AC fix and then when I was on the chat feature (which they point you to use) the chat bot closed the claim after 4 days. I sent 6 notices that the bot did this when I was asking to talk to a customer service representative. I get an email this has been fixed, but then go online and can't get any information because the BOT still says it's closed. I call, get disconnected. I call, I get disconnected. I call, I get disconnected. 3 TIMES!!! This company is TERRIBLE TO WORK WITH.

I got this home warranty when I purchased my home. The air went out. They got back to me quick enough. A tech came out and accessed the problem and gave me a temporary fix. The reality is it needs to be repaired or replaced. Choice told me that it wasn’t covered or their responsibility. So basically I have a home warranty that doesn’t cover what’s needed. What’s the point???
