The price is pretty reasonable. They didn’t raise the rates when we renewed it. We actually get a free visit. We’ve had three issues and they’ve gotten some one out really quick to fix it. It took a while for the last one because of corona virus because everyone is busy, it took a week and a wlf to get the leak fixed.

Their copay is reasonable for the amount of services they provide. I wish there were a couple of more options and more vendors to choose from but they are responsive and process claims quickly. My only issues is they kept sending me the same vendor that I requested they not send me because for a couple of things they were not good. They did finally send someone different and I was happy with the service.

It took a while to get someone to come out the last time I needed them when I had water all over my floor and the man they eventually did send out was very young and didn’t know what he was doing and was hard to get a hold of. That was very frustrating. That is the only problem I’ve had with hem. Otherwise they have been very good.

Choice offered me a fair deal. I worked with American home shield for a couple of decades but their prices kept rising and their customer service continued to decline. They were not friendly or helpful. Choice are very knowledgeable and professional and kind. They took care of my problem and I appreciated that.

Customer support is very efficient. You put an order into the computer and the email you back with a vendor. They call to set up the appointment for you so it is smooth organization. They follow up. They do what they are supposed to do and they do it well.

Very happy with the repairman that came to my home and their follow up to see if everything is working. I have a trouble with my washing machine twice and the same guy came to fix it both times and he was very cordial. He stayed until he knew everything was working properly.

I am probably spending more money than I would if I waited to call somebody because I don’t have many breakdowns but they do things quickly and the technician they used did much more than he actually had to do. He cleaned the outside of my dryer when it went out. I have never had a problem getting something set up promptly.

I need to use my warranty to have my air conditioner fixed and they were unable to find a tech in the area. They did say they would be willing to use one that I could find in this area and they would take the bill and I would have to submit to them for approval and I would pay them and they would reimburse me for based on what the fee is worth.

The service is been pretty good. With Covid, responses back to the email are sometimes a little slow but we did get eventually get the help that we needed. After a couple of days being in the house the refrigerator broke so we had to get somebody that used Choice Home Warranty to come out. Once we finally found somebody that would agree to look at it, it was too much to repair so we had to get a new refrigerator.

They try to take care of everything. It takes two days to get service, but when they came out here the repairman was real good. "We were with American home shield I was very unhappy with them and so I started researching and I saw that Choice Warranty was another option, so I decided that we would try them. When we had some issues, we asked them to have a specific company come out to do our repairs and they wanted to pick the person that they wanted. I thought they would allow us to choose the one we wanted and I think that's kind of important. The only problem that I do have with Choice Warranty is the fact that there's not enough people to take the calls."

Good communication good service and good engineers. I'm very happy. The fridge was over freezing and we called your company. They promptly arranged an enginee who came out and tested. We had to wait for parts for a day or two, which is not a problem, and he came back and fixed it and it's all working great

Customer support is usually very responsive online but if you call them, you have to wait a good time. I think it is a great value. I got the 5 year plan. It had already paid for itself. I had to use my warranty to fix my AC. They quickly assigned someone. We got the parts ordered without out of pocket expenses. They are very efficient.

So far I’ve had a good experience with Choice. Anytime I need them, they are there, whether it is a weekend or weekday. The pricing is extremely reasonable. Not everything is covered. They don’t beat around the bush and let you know if something is covered and if it is covered, they take care of it.

Choice seems to be top of the line service. They’re dependable, reliable, and trustworthy. The people are polite, courteous, and understanding. Once my garbage disposal wasn’t working and they came out and saw that the old one wasn’t installed correctly and made sure the new once was installed correctly.

I wasn’t happy with the last company I had so I switched. It’s all been positive. I have no complaints. The price is good. Sometimes it is hard to get things fixed right away because I live in a smaller area, that is my only complaint. but when my dishwasher was leaking they set someone up to fix it in a few days.

I made a phone call and they repair company had an appointment made and the came out then ordered parts and they put them in and now everything is fine. The response was immediate. It was only a week later and everything was cared for.

It has been my experience that the technician they send try to find things that would exclude an appliance or system from coverage; often claiming that a problem is caused by some part of the unit that is not covered. It is a roll of the dice whether it will be covered and you have to pay the service fee for someone to do the diagnosis only to tell you that your appliance or system had a malfunction that is not covered by warranty. I was told that my AC unit was not old enough to have a problem; an AC unit that was 14 years and 10 months old. They said it needed to be 15 years old. The tech claimed that the compressor shorted out but the compressor is still working, just not efficiently which is why I filed the claim in the first place. Another time a broken tank on a toilet was alleged to be a problem with a flange. Yet to see an item that is actually covered.

The technical people they partner with are very good, very professional, and very knowledgeable. Customer service is always responsive and accurate in a timely manner. There is less than a 12 hour turn around. I have used my warranty a number of times, the last with the ac unit, and it was resolved less than 24 hours later.

It's a good company to go with. I have recommended to several people. It’s not the absolute best customer service but it has worked out for me and for the most part everything has gone smoothly. I had an issue with my stove and the repair man actually ended up causing more damage to it. I had issue getting it replaced but eventually the decided to give me a few hundred bucks. I had used them before for my AC and the company they sent for that was phenomenal. Most things the service has been fairly decent and they stand behind things.

They’re fabulous. We’ve used the warranty several times, one time for our dishwasher and another for our garbage disposal. They were able to fix it both times because they people knew what they were doing and did a good job. They are able to find people quickly too.

Occasionally when I call customer service, they are hurried and not friendly. I don’t think they give enough allowance to fix things properly, for example I paid eighteen hundred dollars for a cook top and they would only gave me five hundred dollars to but the some other brand. I was pleasantly surprised when I filed a claim on the weekend for the toilet and they got someone out on Monday.

Cost effective and so far they’ve done a really good job. When you put in a claim, they respond within an hour or two with a contractor. The people that come are qualified and certified. It’s affordable, not much to spend every month, and when a repair man comes out you pay a minimal fee.

i am disappointed in the misrepresentation of if we can not fix it we will replace it when in actually it is if we can not fix it we will give you what is would cost to get the same item which in my case is not possible since it is no longer made. and does not include delivery and instillation.. But with that being said it is better than the sears protection plan.

I have had many experiences with them. The first time I needed my warranty was three days after I moved into my home when the washing machine was broken. The first person they sent me was very bad and as soon as I informed them, they took care of it and set an individual up to help me. Since then they have sent very efficient people. It is worth the money you pay out each month.
