A claim was put in, service was performed and within 10 days same problem. I had paid the $75 service fee but second time was told by Choice it was waived due to second call. The Sears Service has now turned us into COLLECTION. I reached out to Choice and they have never responded. Now the microwave is broken again.

I switched form AHS because of poor customer service. Parts were ordered and received 2-3 weeks ago through CHW. Had appointment scheduled for 3/12, only to find out that it has been rescheduled for 3/17. No one called or texted to notify me of the change. I guess no one provides excellent customer service nowadays. 😕

turned in a claim for my ice maker in my refrigerator. A guy came out, told me to put a new filter in and it will work. Paid him $85.00, put in a new filter, and nothing, Sent you a message stating the resalts , I've heard nothing in response. So I will be canceling. I've already put in to much money and gotten nothing.

The quality of the service people they send out is generally subpar. English is not their primary language for the most part. The process isn't easy to navigate, and they don't tell you that something isn't covered. I will not renew my contract when it expires.

My pipes were clogged and it took a week to get A Plumber out to my house and it wasn’t fixed . The plumber left and it took another 4 days to get them out again and still didn’t fix my problem. I was out of service for over 2 weeks. I called another plumber and paid out of pocket. To get the problem resolved.

The sales pitch was good but Choice is a big disappointment. I have a claim for a bad water drain hose on my dishwasher and it's been over a month and the dishwasher has not been repaired. The part is available at home depot but my service tech has been non responsive. Very poor service.
