Received NO ASSISTANCE with our pool heater...they provided NO authorized service personnel to us. We provided a diagnosis to 2-10 and were told via email that payment would be issued. We received NO payment. We called, this time we were told that WE had to purchase a new heater and pay for it...THEN (partial) payment would be sent to us. Consequently, we are unable to purchase and replace our pool heater. Thanks for NOTHING, 2-10.

My AC unit has not been working properly since May. I called 2-10 in May and again in June for service. It was discovered that the condenser was leaking & needs to be replaced. 2-10 ordered the wrong size part and it sat in a warehouse for several weeks because they wouldn’t send it to my repair company. I am still waiting for my AC to be repaired! It has been very hot & humid & I have asthma. I don’t feel that 2-10 cares about customer satisfaction. I will not be renewing my contract with 2-10.

Unreliable vendors and no sense of urgency from anyone at 2-10 itself. First appliance vendor took our $100.00 deductible and never came back. Second vendor has taken a month and a half only to tell us that it would be repaired by LAST WEEK...still no refrigerator/freezer in our home. the "escalation department" is nothing of the sort. More of the same...no returned calls or emails. All the while, no working refrigerator/freezer for my family Wondering why I spent $500 on a home warranty with 2-10. If there was a negative star rating...2-10 surely has earned it.

My AC has been out for 8 days at this point and counting. I live in GA and with the heat in August 90+ degrees and I keep getting delay after delay on getting it fixed. I was told I was prioritized was placed on the "will call" and my AC would be fixed within 3 days. On day 3 I was told the supply house they requested the part from does not have the part and it would be an additional 3-5 days. 3 days later, told the part was on back order an they will email me when the part is available. Customer service is horrible as well as the warranty.

They were my first home warranty company. I didn't choose them, the buyer did. The contractors were some of the worst but their escalation process resulted in my AC finally being fixed. I may or may not give them another chance.

I had 2-10 home warranty when I first purchased my home. When it was time to renew their rates were too expensive. Their customer service was phenomenal. I had one thing that I called them for and they were on it. I would recommend this company for those that can afford them.

Originally, I had nothing but horrific experiences with 2-10 and their "trusted service contractors". These contractors are the most unprofessional, unknowledgeable, inconsiderate contractors ever. It was not until the escalation process where I was able to get the service I waited weeks for.
