It has been so value of money investment for my home . I have used their warranty and it has been packed with all different types of coverage that covers home devices and mostly thing inside house , i feel it totally secured now. I worked outside most of the time and i was afraid to leave house by itself . Even security does not work since thieves just wear masks and can rob easily even with security and motion sensor there.

I had 2–10 warranty included with the purchase price of my new home. I filed a couple claims and they were approved and fulfilled. I didn’t renew the contract when it expired because I went with another company that provided the same coverage with a lower deductible.

Amazing customer service and top notch coverage if you get the supreme (recommended) they have saved us from so many high ticket costs by being covered. We just buy the warranty and pay a co pay when the techs come out. The technicians are legitimate, licensed, insured and reputable. Highly recommended!

2-10 Warranty has an easy portal to use to open and track your claim. They will assign you a vendor once your claim is submitted. At times I would need to follow up with vendors, if I had not received a call to set up an appointment. I was not as satisfied with that. Their prices are competitive in the market.. They offer really great customer service. Once we had a claim open for over 4 months and they tried everything to fix the appliance, however in the end they provided me the appliance payout to purchase a new model. I appreciated how they worked with us to bring the claim to a close.

They do NOT answer their customer service line! Ive called over 10 times trying to reach someone over the past couple of weeks and sat on the line for over 3 hours with NO one ever answering! They give a call back option but it just does a voicemail drop! I cannot even use the warranty that I paid for. NOT HAPPY.

RUN NOW CANCEL THIS COMPANY! We have been with this company for 3 years. We had an issue with our refrigerator. They have continuously send 3 contractors out to say this same thing 3 times. We haven’t had a refrigerator for a month. We try calling. We tried speaking to a managers. No one have help us. Horrible company.
