Have made two claims since signing on and neither have been resolved. The second one on my dishwasher has been back and forth and have had 5 seperate service visits with no resolution.

Upset

I understand the need to limit cost, however there is a limit when it comes to a unit that needs replaced. I should have never needed to wait 6 weeks for my fully broken silver to be replaced.

Nothing is covered in the warranty. Every time I call for a repair it's something that's not covered or if the vendor comes that I pay a $75 deductible, to be told that the problem is not covered. I've waisted $1600.
