Review for 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The contractors they employ are subpar, and their work has consistently been of poor quality. Despite multiple escalations, the escalation and management teams have been unresponsive and ineffective in addressing my concerns. I have experienced significant delays in the replacement and repair of appliances, even when these issues pose a harmful health risk and cause damage to my home. The lack of timely and effective resolutions is unacceptable and has left me frustrated and disappointed. I strongly advise against using 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty due to their unprofessionalism and inability to provide adequate service.

Fraud company. I have been dealing with this company for past 2 months for a single cooktop. The customer service tries to be really nice over the phone but you will not receive no services what so ever. I have left a review on google as well and received a message from the owner, so far I have not received no services. I have been eating outside because I don't have cooktop to prepare food. waste of money and do not rely on them. their technicians have no clue what they're doing and they all have lack of knowledge about repairing. They play with you to delay paying for the new appliance and make you tired at some point and you give up.

I am a 7 year 2-10 home warranty, they have great providers and have always helped my family keep my house in running condition. I would recommend them to anyone!

Best home warranty company all around! We’ve tried others and they were nothing but trouble and extra expense. 2-10 has always done right by us and they are the only home warranty company I would ever recommend.

My drain stoppage was resolved satisfactorily. No network plumber was available so I called a reputable local and paid out of pocket. 2-10 reimbursement came promptly and the 2-10 customer service folks were awesome.

Easy to file a claim, excellent communication, claim was filed last night around 6pm and today problem was fixed by 9:30 am. Tech was professional, knowledgeable and I felt safe

We've had several occasions to utilize our warranty for our AC unit, with River City Heating and Cooling being assigned to us each time, despite our preference for an alternative provider. Our recent interaction highlighted some procedural concerns. After a less-than-satisfactory service call where River City Heating and Cooling used a bolt to secure a damper switch, subsequent issues arose. When discussing this with 2-10's customer service, it was disappointing to find that details of our previous communication were not accurately recorded, impacting the resolution process for the broken damper handle. Ultimately, 2-10 declined coverage for the damper handle repair and advised us to contact River City Heating and Cooling directly. This ongoing reliance on the same service provider, despite recurring issues and temporary fixes, has understandably left us questioning the effectiveness of this partnership. Furthermore, our experience extended beyond HVAC repairs; we encountered similar frustrations when another assigned company failed to resolve issues with our dishwasher, despite the service fee paid. Moving forward, it would be beneficial for 2-10 to consider diversifying their network of service providers and implementing more robust protocols for evaluating and monitoring these companies. Addressing concerns promptly and effectively during initial service calls would significantly enhance customer satisfaction and minimize repeated complaints. In conclusion, while appreciating the coverage provided by 2-10 Home Warranty, we encourage them to prioritize service quality and provider accountability to better serve their customers' needs. Fast, friendly, coverage...everything is top notch. I've had 4 claims and each one has been resolved quickly and at minimal expense. I highly recommend this warranty company!!!

I have had this service for over 10 years. I have the supreme package which covers a lot. So if you have legitimate covered claim. Then $100 for someone to come out and solve the problem is well worth it.

Our Claim was handled promptly, and the repair company responded promptly as well. The technician that worked in our house was neat, clean, and kept us aware of the job status as far as part availability, work schedule, etc.

The variety of claim resolution options that 210 offers is beyond comparison with other companies. One way or the other you get the value of your membership to this company. After over a decade, I am very satisfied.

Easy process for service requests and over all quality technicians. I have always received prompt service and all of my repairs have been completed. Great overall coverage and not a nightmare battle for any claims made.

Our AC unit started to cut on and off randomly. We called 2-10 and they sent out a contractor. The contractor advised that there was a toggle switch/safety switch in the drip pan that causes our AC to cut off every time it fills up with water. He drained the drip pan and unclogged the pipes. He collected his service fee of $125 and left. Everything was fine until one week later the same issue occurred. Called 2-10 again, 2-10 called the same contractor to come out for a recall. The contractor advised it was the same issue. **FIRST RED FLAG: Filter Butler repaired the issue again but then proceeded to ask for the service fee of $125, after 2-10 advised us that there will be NO service fee if the same repair is needed. I had to call 2-10 while the contractor was at my house to explain how their lack of communication between each other caused unnecessary confusion. Another week passes and I noticed a leak in my ceiling, which I assume was from my AC unit, and sure enough, it was. That “toggle switch/ safety switch” was no longer working causing a leakage which caused water damage into my ceiling. **SECOND RED FLAG: That toggle switch/safety switch (keeping the drip pan from overflowing) was working fine until the contractor came out that second time advising “he fixed the issue.” Now we have water damage. This time I called the contractor directly and after further review, they decided that my AC unit was improperly installed. **My service agreement states this: “ …Modifications up to $250 per Service Agreement. Haul away/disposal fees. Items under manufacturer's warranty. Improper installation/repair/modification.” We reached out to corporate via email and they stated this: I understand that based on your current warranty you do have coverage for improper install, improper repair and/or improper modifications however we only provide coverage for those 3 when necessary to effect an eligible repair. **FINAL RED FLAG: NOWHERE in the service agreement did it state anything specific on what is considered an eligible repair or what qualifies as a covered improper install or modification. The vagueness and lack of specificity in this agreement seems intentional. The impact on the customer and the business relationship was not considered. NO ONE at 2-10 was able to assist with our issue. It was unsettling that no further attempts apart from simple explanations was made to reconcile the issue. We dread the fact that we renewed our warranty for another year spending close to $700, FOR NOTHING. We have been dealing with this issue for FIVE weeks now. And we are still left high and dry to find a company to fix our issue for a reasonable price.

Fair price for what’s offered for coverage. Immediate assistance on getting someone to respond. If there is no one in their list, you can call someone bonded/insured near you.

It takes a while on the phone to get hold of them and then it takes a while to get in contact with the service provider but once the problem has been diagnosed the service provider gets it fixed quickly of if not fixable 2-10 sends a check for a replacement.

My 1 1/2 year old refrigerator failed on July 13th and a service man came to look at it on 7/18. The motherboard was bad and it had to be ordered from S. Korea. It finally came in about 3 months later and when it was installed it was found another part was also bad. This was also back ordered and had to be ordered from S. Korea. After the second order I was at the point I had to purchase a new refrigerator. We are both seniors and going up and down stairs constantly to the old fridge in the basement was getting dangerous for my wife. It is now the end of November and the part still has not come in and the refrigerator is sitting in my garage. At this time I have not been contacted directly by 2-10 although I have called them several times.

I called to complain about being charged for a repair that was not a repair yes the technician came out my Fossett sprayer was Luis he tighten that and that stop the leak. The technician should have said I’m not even going to charge you for this I was in here Lestin two minutes idea call the company I got the runaround finally got somebody said the supervisor I believe his name was Brian was gonna call me back never received a callback to this day. As soon as I find another warranty program I am going to cancel this warrantee and go with somebody else .

our refrigerator stopped working, 2-10 customer service was very pleasant to work with. unfortunately the company sent out was very unprofessional, it has almost been 3 weeks and we still do not have the part that the repair company things "might" fix the problem because no one ordered it. repair company blames the warranty company and vice versa. we only get status because we call, no one updates us and there seems to be no one at the repair company or at the warranty company that has offered to make up for the error, even a rush delivery would have been nice if offered, since they never ordered it to begin with. repair company told me that it was on back order a week after they came out but then told us a week later it was never ordered. very disappointed in the service. Hoping future claims do not end up like this one.

Customer service was very responsive when I filed a claim. Company service man sent out was very respectful, on time and professional. Repairs were done when promised with full satisfaction.

The warranty was included with the purchase of the home one year ago. I was so glad as I took advantage of it several times. The service was prompt and they were professional. I ended up renewing the contract for another year.

Purchased a house 2 years ago that was a very nice house, but outdated. We wanted protection of the Home Warranty. Have had to use it twice now, and both experiences have been very favorable. Quick response time and friendly customer service.
