Very helpful. I've actually had to use warranty three times when I moved into this house. First time went really well with the plumbing issues the second time was the furnace going out and that when I had an issue with the tech not knowing what he wanted to do or how to do it and then he wanted me to pay and five hundred extra dollars to take a hot water heater out of the way because he didn't want the hot water heater there and I called and spoke to the two ten representative and her manager because the price is a mess on that. Probably about 2 and a half. I had to wait an hour on the phone with representative and then I had to talk to her manager because I had trouble with a tech that they sent out not knowing what they were doing.

Its very hard to talk to anybody if you actually have to talk to somebody about a problem. I had a big problem in my air condition broke and I cost me six thousand dollars and they pay six hundred dollars. They're contractually isolated and if there's anything gray you're gonna lose, but they do what they say in their contract thats nearly six hundred pages.

Just about a month and a half ago my oven quit working and they dispatched me to a local appliance service but the parts was backordered so I went a month and a half without an oven and that sucked. It's impossible to get in touch with an operator, you have to stay on the line and press multiple numbers for anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes before you actually talked to somebody.

Yes well I used it a few times and basically they've been okay pretty good. Except for the last time I'm a little disappointed because there was a part of the refrigerator that they could not get within a timely manner they just and I don't know the legal stuff but instead of just replacing the unit itself because they're the ones who couldn't find a part or whatever they just offer me the three hundred dollars for a three thousand dollar refrigerator so I'm still disappointed by that.

It's hard to get in touch with anyone and I've had issues with some of my calls in the past. My dishwasher just went out and it took over three months for me to get it fixed. Trying to contact with the contractor that wasn't responding and eventually found out it was on back order and then they were able to order the part instead of the contractor and then they got it fixed but it took too long to get it fixed.

They don't have local providers or service contractors so you have to get your own provider but then when the provider gets it they have to call for prior approval and sometimes I have to hang on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. I was told by one of the reps that I should call myself a half hour before the provider is expected. Every time I the warranty eventually they provide someone to come and fix what I need but it took us quite a bit of time and quite a bit and many phone calls.

They sent me to a company very quickly that had a good job. The basement flooded and all of the water was unusable and we needed the plumber. The company was very prompt and very courteous in addition to being efficient.

I've been with 2-10 for two years and ultimately the price is going up. Some of the contractors are better than the others. Our kitchen faucet leaked and I have contacted 2-10 online. The contractor quickly contacted me within twenty four hours and came up the next day. I had to purchase the faucet and upon purchasing the faucet the contractor came out the following day to install it. The telephone is not good, long waits. The online is good it's quick and fast.

The service is fine, it's just sometimes really difficult to get a hold of the people at the offices to get the service accomplished. I had to used my warranty for two items. The furnace and it's been repaired and taking care of, my kitchen appliance stove is still in the process of being fix and that one is a little harder to take care of because they had no repairman that was in network so it's an out of network repair so I'm gonna have to get reimbursed after I've paid for it. It is very difficult to get them on the phone.

Yes I had to used my warranty for my hot water heater and they sent someone out but the first people they sent out misdiagnosed it so I called 2-10 and asked them to send someone different and they did. It takes a long time on hold and such to get a hold of the representative.

Yesterday I needed to use my warranty. I was at work my computer system was down so I couldn't go on to the portal or call it's been over an hour and a half trying to speak to somebody never did. I made an appointment online through the phone, but had to cancel it because it doesn't really give you options to make several complaints with the same system, so for example if you have a plumbing issue and that's something wrong with your thinking your call it you can report and pay a one time fee but this is only allow me to report one, so when I called the company schedule an appointment like we're not going to look at your sink because not on the ticket. So they have taken away the ability to speak the customer service rep and everything has to be done online which is you know very frustrating.

Some of the contractors who have been sent out have been excellent but others have not been as good and I ended up having to ask someone to come back for the same problem again. Not enough clarity in showing what's covered and what's excluded. Once we noticed the toilet running constantly and so contacted 2-10 they sent out a plumber and fixed the problem.

I do think they are the best warranty out there. Wait time for the calls is way too long. The contractor they sent for the washer repair was very good. The service was set up promptly but they had to reschedule so both me and my husband had to take half days off work.

Too difficult to get in touch with someone in customer service when you have issues with the providers. I had my hot water leaking and the first person they sent was not showing up and not contacting me. I had to contact and they showed up and took my payment and didn't fix it. It seems like you always have to fight with someone to get something done. They have good contractors they send to your house but it frustrating having to fight to get things done that you have paid for. It should be a lot easier. We had to fight with them to get the air conditioner fixed and it took almost three months to get eh part. It took times as long to get an easy fix done.

It's difficult sometimes to get a follow-up based on the service or phone call. I needed to use my warranty and once they arrived I found out that the warranty had changed and they had changed some of their services and that was a little bit confusing and it was a difficult service procedure at that time.They really push their online service so its sometimes hard to contact to speak with someone when something specific is going on

I found a work order one time it took me it took me a month and a half to ever get satisfaction out of it. I wanted them to go to another company to do the work and they never would and the other guy would never return phone calls. I've used it a couple of times and except for that one time with that with the plumber they've been okay

My frustration is 2-10 doesn't require contractors to have admin assistance in "office" just voice mail. Calls not reand we have to call for appt. this case they finally set date/time and didn't show so I cancelled. all many times to set appointments and ask questions. Recently, on work order # 8913097 no one ever called to set appointment

I have struggled with the quality of service with 2-10. If there is a non-urgent issue, then perhaps this is a good deal. However, with urgent issues, we have had problems with contractor responsiveness. I prefer to call a local contractor directly and have a quicker response from someone I know of and trust. Most of the contractors 2-10 have sent are based 1+ hours away, and are poorly reviewed on Google. We even had a contractor take the service fee, do nothing, and decline the repair job, even as we were actively experiencing property damage. We ended up going out of network and paying less to a local contractor. It took multiple calls to 2-10 to get any help on the issue. 2-10 promised to give us the value outlined in the plan to help alleviate the cost, but the check is yet to arrive.

Overall very good especially for a first time home buyer. There was some back orders because of the pandemic and the last time I called, I don’t think the representative fully understood me because something wasn’t done. I used it for plumbing issues.

Customer service is very attentive and does their job. If they can’t cover something, they explain why. My hot water heater was replaced with no problems. I think they are better than other companies based on my research.

Most of the process is automated. I feel I am taken care of quickly. We had a leaky drain up stars and it was dripping into the kitchen. I called 2-10 and they had a tech out very quickly and it was taken care of that day.

This is the most economical warranty right now. We had issues with our garbage disposal and they sent a plumber out. It was a problem with the electrical component and they sent us an electrician and didn’t charge us for it. It worked out for us. They have answered most of our questions.
