I really liked it before, but things have changed and I don't like it as much. There's been multiple times where I've needed to use my warranty and it is a process, but usually they can fix whatever needs to be fixed by the company that they sent out. But if it's not fixed then they do send a check for the us to get a new appliance.

I've used 2-10 two times, one was a leak between our garage and our great room. And another one was for our air conditioning not working. There were a couple of times I had to call twice but I have been able to get questions answered and things taken care of so I've never had anything that was unanswered or unresolved.

Customer support is difficult. My refrigerator has had the same problem for over a year, they sent people out four times I ended up having to pay for dry ice plus a bunch of food and until it was finally resolved. They just need to make it easier when a customer calls in.

When I call them I spend a lot of time on hold before I get to speak to someone. Then I tell them what I need done and they eventually send someone to repair that the problem or to review the problem to see what needs to be repaired. Then it goes through another process and if things go well within a couple of weeks the problem is resolved. I have been trying to resolve something with the them they have not been returning my phone calls.

The overall experience has declined over the years. My last customer service experience was miserable. The young man I had on the phone I explained to him all the things I needed and he referred me to go back to the website and put my claim in online and then I was disconnected. So I had to call back to get somebody else on the phone so I could talk to his supervisor because it was such a negative experience. I just recently used my warranty to replace my faucet.

Sometimes we don't really get the support we feel what should be getting, one time that we had a problem they said it was from the previous policy and not the renewal and that was a big hassle till we got it figured out and covered. But last time we did use 2-10 they were very good. The technicians were excellent.

The price on the coverage was good for what I needed. To my knowledge I have never actually been able to get through to someone in 2-10 on the phone. This last time I tried to use it the website portal was down and I couldn't submit a ticket the correct way but I was able to do it through their phone automated service.

I have been a long time customer, and very satisfied until recently. I found myself rather dissatisfied with my most recent experience, not due to lack of service on the part of the contractor, but rather poor, inefficient and inaccurate communications on the part of 2-10 Home Buyers. So what would have been a 5 star rating is now a 3 star, and I have to consider whether to keep my contract for the upcoming year, which I have already made the payment.

It is extremely difficult to reach somebody that can answer questions in a concise accurate way. I have had many problems obtaining satisfactory answers regarding a microwave that is supposedly on order. I spoke to three different people and got conflicting responses. I still don't know who will actually will deliver the microwave or when. Very frustrating.

The first time I had to use the warranty was when a condenser fan failed in the refrigerator. I submitted a ticket online that day. I think within two days someone was on site and replaced all the parts it took to work.

Recently I need to use the warranty because my refrigerator broke down, initially they sent out an electrician feeling it was electrical issue it was not, so a little over a week later an appliance repairman come out replace that part and it was determined that the refrigerator could not be repaired and I needed a new one, so now I'm coming up on two weeks without a refrigerator and the decision has been made to take the replacement. Its too slow, but the process was just to spot in the meantime I'm having to get take out and it's getting very costly.

Was told what was needed to use an outside vendor and given authorization. So I thought. When I submitted the claim it was denied for not following a step. I've called requesting it to be reviewed. Back in August of 2021 I put in a claim for our HVAC system that wasn't working and finally got someone resolved although now we're finding that it is no broken again but it took what was it six months almost seven months for the work to be done because between the warranty company and the contractor no one would communicate with each other to update what was going on so it just kept going back and forth back and forth and I actually had to be the one to step in and do all the legwork of communicating back and forth back and forth and following up and I don't think that I should have to do that as the customer of the home warranty company I think that that should have been through the home warranty company and the contractors having a better communication process. You can never get through to talk to anyone the phone is always busy and I've been on hold for over an hour waiting on on trying to get a hold of somebody.

Its very hard to talk to anybody if you actually have to talk to somebody about a problem. I had a big problem in my air condition broke and I cost me six thousand dollars and they pay six hundred dollars. They're contractually isolated and if there's anything gray you're gonna lose, but they do what they say in their contract thats nearly six hundred pages.

Very helpful. I've actually had to use warranty three times when I moved into this house. First time went really well with the plumbing issues the second time was the furnace going out and that when I had an issue with the tech not knowing what he wanted to do or how to do it and then he wanted me to pay and five hundred extra dollars to take a hot water heater out of the way because he didn't want the hot water heater there and I called and spoke to the two ten representative and her manager because the price is a mess on that. Probably about 2 and a half. I had to wait an hour on the phone with representative and then I had to talk to her manager because I had trouble with a tech that they sent out not knowing what they were doing.

I think overall that's a pretty good job. We had to have our conditioner looked at and that took a little bit longer but It was also at a time where It was hot out so, I know a lot of people have problems with that here. I would say overall we've had a good experience. They were quick to get back to assign someone to have that company and call.

Yes well I used it a few times and basically they've been okay pretty good. Except for the last time I'm a little disappointed because there was a part of the refrigerator that they could not get within a timely manner they just and I don't know the legal stuff but instead of just replacing the unit itself because they're the ones who couldn't find a part or whatever they just offer me the three hundred dollars for a three thousand dollar refrigerator so I'm still disappointed by that.

Just about a month and a half ago my oven quit working and they dispatched me to a local appliance service but the parts was backordered so I went a month and a half without an oven and that sucked. It's impossible to get in touch with an operator, you have to stay on the line and press multiple numbers for anywhere from fifteen to thirty minutes before you actually talked to somebody.

Yes I had to used my warranty for my hot water heater and they sent someone out but the first people they sent out misdiagnosed it so I called 2-10 and asked them to send someone different and they did. It takes a long time on hold and such to get a hold of the representative.

The service is fine, it's just sometimes really difficult to get a hold of the people at the offices to get the service accomplished. I had to used my warranty for two items. The furnace and it's been repaired and taking care of, my kitchen appliance stove is still in the process of being fix and that one is a little harder to take care of because they had no repairman that was in network so it's an out of network repair so I'm gonna have to get reimbursed after I've paid for it. It is very difficult to get them on the phone.

It's hard to get in touch with anyone and I've had issues with some of my calls in the past. My dishwasher just went out and it took over three months for me to get it fixed. Trying to contact with the contractor that wasn't responding and eventually found out it was on back order and then they were able to order the part instead of the contractor and then they got it fixed but it took too long to get it fixed.

They don't have local providers or service contractors so you have to get your own provider but then when the provider gets it they have to call for prior approval and sometimes I have to hang on the phone for 45 minutes to an hour. I was told by one of the reps that I should call myself a half hour before the provider is expected. Every time I the warranty eventually they provide someone to come and fix what I need but it took us quite a bit of time and quite a bit and many phone calls.

Yesterday I needed to use my warranty. I was at work my computer system was down so I couldn't go on to the portal or call it's been over an hour and a half trying to speak to somebody never did. I made an appointment online through the phone, but had to cancel it because it doesn't really give you options to make several complaints with the same system, so for example if you have a plumbing issue and that's something wrong with your thinking your call it you can report and pay a one time fee but this is only allow me to report one, so when I called the company schedule an appointment like we're not going to look at your sink because not on the ticket. So they have taken away the ability to speak the customer service rep and everything has to be done online which is you know very frustrating.
