Called in yesterday because my dishwasher was making noise. A gentleman called me two hours later and showed up at nine thirty this morning and found the motor had to be changed. This is the second time this technician has come, the first time was for the refrigerator. He is excellent. Typically they respond very quickly and professionally.

There's been a lot of miscommunication sometimes when I'm having a problem and it usually takes longer to get it solved. Our hot water heater failed and it took three days to get someone to come out here and they did come out here but they had to go back for the part. They charged me while I was waited for the service. They were trying to charge me a second time or that initial payment and the hot water heater's part was the wrong one, when it was re-ordered I had to wait longer and then when they did get it working it didn't work that day.

Every time I call for something they’ve been able to get it resolved. They had a technician out the next day to resolve the problem with the air conditioning. The website is buggy on both the desktop and the mobile version so I typically have to call in and speak to an actual person to get a ticket opened. It is more expensive than other home warranties I’ve had for the same service.

This company is honest they listen to the problem that the service man called in with, and they’re willing to fix the problem rather than lie to you about fixing it. I’ll give you some excuse why they aren’t going to fix it. They don’t waste time like that. It’s easy to get a claim process. They don’t take two or three days to get you somebody to service you and then the people that they service are very professional. They do their jobs. They clean up their areas and they’re Gone. I have stayed with 2-10 since purchasing my home because they always take care of me. 9.5 out of 10 times the process is seamless. I would be lying if I said it was perfect because nothing is perfect, but they are close. Every time I need to submit a claim online is simple and when I’m unable to submit online the representatives have been wonderful. I love knowing they help me take care of my home when I need help because it’s hard to trust people nowadays. They basically do all the work to find the technicians/companies all I have to do is schedule, be there, pay the deductible. Excellent!

We are so glad that we renewed our warranty under 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. We had issues with our 4 years old Samsung washer and recently our HVAC in the second floor of the house. Filing a claim was easy and the employees are all very helpful, friendly and courteous. We were having this HVAC issue not cooling properly since we moved into this new house. Progressive Air System who built the HVAC system in this new house did a poor job and keeps screwing us up. 2-10 Warranty sent Max Cool Air Conditioning to replace the TXV bulb which is the root of the issue. We did not pay a penny for the TXV bulb repair. I don’t remember exactly how much Progressive Air System is charging us to replace the TXV bulb but I believe at least $3k.

This company is the worst when it comes to claims/repairs! I have been waiting since May for appliance repairs! I have a gas stove that doesn’t ignite on a burner as well as an oven that won’t stay on. I feel unsafe using it. Also with the Thanksgiving holiday approaching I will not be able to cook unless it is repaired. I have a refrigerator that leaks or over freezes and looks like the North Pole at times. When it’s not over freezing it is warm. I have lost foods due to this issue. They sent Sears home services to do the repairs but they keep on setting and then changing or canceling the appointments. Or just set an appointment and not show up! But 2-10 Home Warranty does not fail to debit the nearly $90 payments from my bank account monthly. Not to mention the $100 service call fees that I have paid to two different companies and still no repair! 2-10 and Sears Home Services both suck!!!

2-10 is terrible. Their contractors come out it seems just to collect your $100. Then, they are not allowed to actually fix the problem when they’re there. They need to call 2-10 to get authorization and then come back out at some point in the future to actually fix the issue. I’ve had various contractors out to my house 5 times and they’ve either not fixed the issue at all or took so long that I had to call an out of network contractor. Once my toilets didn’t flush for 5 days waiting on their plumber to get authorization from 2-10 before I bailed and called a real plumber. In addition, if you go out of network, they make YOU call them to get authorization to get a problem fixed and their hold times are insane. Today I was on hold for over 70 minutes! Seems the business model is: Collect your money. Don’t fix your problem (which will cost them). Understaff customer service to save on labor and create such pain from being on hold that inevitably some (most?) people will bail thus saving them money by not having to pay out for repairs. If you’re an investor, their business model probably works great. If you’re a customer, it’s terrible. F- for 2-10 Home Warranty.

Homebuyers warranty is phenomenal. They take really good care of you. When my air-conditioning went out, they help me out with a unit until my air conditioning got fixed and that got fixed the next day and they let me keep the ac unit. That’s service.! I won’t go to any other company.

I had to find my own contractor for my heating and air unit replacement, which led to a lot of exhausting paperwork. While the representative was nice and informative, I won't use this service again. They paid part of the bill, but not as much as I expected since it wasn't their contractor. It was better than nothing, but not a great experience overall.

I recently had a plumbing issue and contacted my warranty company, 2-10. However, I never heard back from the plumbers they connected me with. After reaching out to 2-10 multiple times, I discovered that the plumbers no longer work with them due to payment issues. This lack of communication and unreliable service has left me frustrated and disappointed with 2-10's handling of my warranty claim.

I had to use this service once due to an issue with my HVAC unit. The experience was not good. The customer service was unhelpful and rude, and the problem was not resolved. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I recently had some issues with my refrigerator service, but overall, my experiences with air conditioning and heating were positive. The company mostly took care of my needs promptly and efficiently, although there were some hiccups. Despite a few bumps, I am generally satisfied with the service provided by 2-10.

I only used it once for some electrical issues that I was having for in one of my panels. And basically got good customer care. Only took like 2 days for them to come out, but they would have fixed everything.
