Every time I've had to call with an issue, they've been pretty responsive. We have had it for two years, and just recently we had a plumbing issue resolved and it took almost two and a half weeks to fix a leaky faucet. I wasn't the most impressed with it because every time I've had to have something fixed it seems to take forever and I think that's more the contractor than the warranty company.

It really is convenient that you can call or log in and put in your service request and they are always there to quickly return your call. My washing machine went out and I had a service call and then the next day my dryer went out and they allowed me to add it to the same service request, which was very good. They are really easy to deal with.

It's affordable and they cover what they said they would, but the only negative thing I would say is just timeliness. Everything kind of takes two or three weeks. My refrigerator broke and they sent somebody out to fix the refrigerator. They told me they need to order a part and they would be coming back in a week to fix it, it's been about a month since they were last here.

The last time the dishwasher went out, they got a company out here and the company would not do its part so I called 2-10 and within a couple hours I got a call from another company that came out the next day.

I got 2-10 for potential protection if any appliance goes bad. Sometimes they do not respond properly and on several occasions they give me the wrong company. Once, the contact company said they don't deal with 2-10 anymore so that in itself makes a person wonder why. Also, I requested a plumbing service and no one ever responded, and recognizing the fact that the pandemic episode is going on now is the hinderance for it, I decided to be a bit patient but until today I have not gotten a response from a plumber.

Vendors take their time setting up appointments because 2-10 lets them. 2-10 should have someone tracking how long vendors take to do the job and let vendors know thier numbers are not acceptable. Vendors know customers are going to have to wait no matter how long it takes. 2-10 should have more vendors in each category. 2-10 should mange better.

The best experience I had was when the air conditioning stopped working and I got a quote from electrician for a certain amount of money and then I remembered I had a warranty and you guys were able to go in there and do the repairs for--I don't remember how much--but it was significantly less and it was repaired within a few days. The wait times on the phone can be pretty long and I have been told different things by different people, so I guess if they could give me the same information, that would be very helpful.

Well I've used my warranty a few times and sometimes it goes great but more often than not it's not really a great experience. Over a year ago, someone came out to fix my refrigerator and they said they would be back and they never came. So, I started to call them and they said that 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty never sent them the piece of equipment that they were supposed to use to work on it. My experience was very negative because I had a hard time getting in touch with them, and once I was in touch with them, I also had issues with them getting things done on time or in a sufficient way. They don't have much continuity, their way to go about things is constantly changing and they do it without informing you that is changing.

Our water heater was leaking badly and we got it replaced. Unfortunately, there weren't any providers in my area or any contractors in my area so I had to find my own and then I was reimbursed. The only way it could have been better was if there were providers in my area. They didn't quite cover as much as I hoped when we needed to use them and like I said I have to find my own contractor and pay for it out of pocket.

Within a couple of weeks after we signed up with them, we had a problem with our garbage disposal and the sink wasn't draining properly. They responded quickly and everything was fixed the day the contractor showed up. We had another problem with our door locks and they reimbursed us a percentage of what it cost to replace.

There's been a lot of miscommunication sometimes when I'm having a problem and it usually takes longer to get it solved. Our hot water heater failed and it took three days to get someone to come out here and they did come out here but they had to go back for the part. They charged me while I was waited for the service. They were trying to charge me a second time or that initial payment and the hot water heater's part was the wrong one, when it was re-ordered I had to wait longer and then when they did get it working it didn't work that day.

Every time I call for something they’ve been able to get it resolved. They had a technician out the next day to resolve the problem with the air conditioning. The website is buggy on both the desktop and the mobile version so I typically have to call in and speak to an actual person to get a ticket opened. We purchased our home and within a few weeks there was an issue with hot water heater and we called 2-10 and they got us an appointment promptly. The technician was prepared with the equipment to handle the situation. I would recommend them.

I have had a request in for my furnace and heater for over a month and have not seen a tech yet. After almost two weeks of my request being in I got a call that a tech would be on the way. They never showed. There is no resolution and they have not called to follow up. Just as sure as I have a 10 month old baby in this house I will be calling the better business bureau. I will also be contacting the corporate headquarters. This has been. The worst company to deal with. I just purchased a new home and here I am 2 months later dealing with a sorry ass warranty company about basic life needs damn heating and air.

I filed a claim with 2-10 Home Warranty in April after my A/C stopped working. It is now December, and the company they sent out has caused additional damage to my ductwork and my home. They repainted my ceiling a completely different color and have still not completed the ductwork repairs. I have escalated this issue numerous times to 2-10, and they have done nothing to resolve the problem. The process of trying to speak with a supervisor is awful — it takes weeks with no response. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself time, money, and additional damage to your home — do not choose this warranty company.
