I was very grateful and blessed with the coverage I received. They have exceeded my expectations. It took some time but it was the holiday season so that might have slowed things up a bit.

The customer service response time and ease of filing a claim are great. It has always been worth the money, and has saved me thousands over the last 11 years. However, not all their warranty contractors operate in a timely manner. About 20% of the time coordinating service appointments is difficult, and I have had to wait longer than I preferred. Still, totally worth the premiums.

Very good coverage. One positive over other warranties I've seen is that it covers coolant for HVAC systems whereas others charge you by the pound. When I've had to talk to people they've been pretty helpful in resolving issues. We had our HVAC system stop working and due to the severity of the damage they replaced the HVAC system.

Their guys are just really prompt and the technicians came out really pretty quickly. My house was built in 1990 so I have these little glitchy things that have to be addressed. Sometimes service calls during Covid take a really long time to get somebody out and very rarely was it any longer than 24 hours.

I was a little disappointed, I use them a few weeks ago and my contractor said this is probably not covered but I'm gonna submit it to two to ten, but I never heard back from them last time I had a claim. Several times they had to fix my Heating and air conditioning and my refrigerator they've not integrate with the plumbing the call since pre existing damage it wasn't covered, but I've used several times and I've usually been very happy, the contacts they send out are always very good.

With a few tweaks in certain things like communication it could be perfect. Communication is pretty good for the most part. Everything is answered in a timely manner and they are open. I had a couple issues with a plumbing company. They didn’t fix what they were supposed to fix. I was refunded the 25 dollar fee but it was frustrating. When my water heater went out, the person was sent right away and fixed it the next day.

I needed to use my warranty because the ventilation system the AC vents and everything in the house are not working correctly on one side of the house, I was told that we were outside of our year of builders warranty when in fact we're still within it because it was two years that was provided to us. I really haven't had any issues with the customer service person, it was just an issue with when I went to have some work done, they said that the one year warranty that I have with 2-10 as far as the business warranty was expired but it doesn't expire to 2022.and that was never rectified so.

We just used it for a dishwasher problem, placed the claim online and the contractor called us, and they were here within a day or two and ordered parts and then came back and do the repairs so everything was so smooth. All the contractors we've used were exceptional. One had been forced upon us. They are prompt and knowledgeable.

They are good the and then once you got a hold of somebody. Very quality contractors. A good contractor came out and did the work, I had no problem with their choice of contractors. I like the service although it's hard to get a get in touch with somebody, so you call it and spend an hour on the phone waiting, but once you get through this is good.

Service was done very quickly and it was just the seventy five dollar charge for the warranty. We had really good experiences with them. Not very long ago we had both the microwave and stove top problem and it was solved for us very quickly the parts were replaced.

I haven't really had any issues with their their customer support. I've actually had to use it several times but recently I discovered my toilet tank was cracked and so I had to contact them so that they could contact a plumber to come replace my toilet. I've been overall really satisfied. I would say I've only ever had like a couple of times where I had some issues with the service and it was more the contractors that they chose than the actual service itself.

Customer service is not too bad, it's responsive whenever I call most of the time. The first year I had an HVAC issue, air conditioning, so 2-10 people got my air conditioning fixed. They replaced the fuel pump, that was great. Since then I don't have any problems for a few years. The service quality is mostly good. I think it's good service company.

When you call, sometimes you don't get them and you leave messages. Around the 12th of April we called for the upstairs air conditioner. It still has not bee repaired and we call every week. They keep saying they ordered the parts and will be there next week. The next week comes but still nothing. The feedback loop is not very good so we are very frustrated with the service. We've had lots of struggles because of COVID, we make service calls and they don't get attended to. We've had service people come, like when we have the air condition people come look and have no clue what the issue was. They said it was electrical and electricians came and said the compressor was down. They called a different company and that company comes in confirms it was the compressor and we wasted time waiting for the service.

2-10 has done a lot of support for me whenever I've needed.They came out and repaired my fan on my air conditioner. It's been good everytime I've tried to use it except for a couple of companies they sent out that I don't care for that didn't do a good job, but they immediately sent out somebody different and they did a great job.

They were very nice and polite, just kind of slow in getting things moving. Customer service is great. There's a lack of communication between the different companies 2-10 has. Between the customer care and getting somebody out here and getting the parts here and all the different sub-sections of the company they don't communicate very well with each other. I needed to have my air conditioning replaced and that was an absolute nightmare.

The service is fairly simple. They are quick to respond and they have very polite contractors. We went through the warranty when our ac wasn't working in the middle of July. Normal providers were not able to get to us for a week but they had someone out in less than twelve hours. It is efficient.

I have used the service 6 times, its already paid for it self, calling customer service to create a new work order is a great experience, they find me a contractor quickly and the repairs always get done in a timely fashion.. great customer service.

They are very responsive when it comes to issues found. Never had a problem or issue that I recall about this product. Last time I called because the AC went out around nine in the morning and by 2 o'clock of the afternoon someone was already there, the same day, on a Sunday.

It's convenient and very cost effective. The service provider that came out to repair my unit was very professional. They had to replace the coils on the air conditioner. They seem to be right on the request when anything is turned in. They are on it and they follow up on it.

The most recent time we had an issue, with our water heater, we were told we'd only have to pay a nominal amount to get a new water heater. I missed a call asking for authorization, so I called back to provide authorization. I didn't hear back from anyone, called to follow up to find out the status only to find out that nothing had happened because the note added by the rep was not specific enough. I provided my authorization to the person I spoke with during my second call and asked to speak with a manager, none was provided. I was assured the issue would be resolved soon. No correspondence for a day and a half, so I called back again to check the status. This time I found out that the claim was denied, but no one called me! The reason it was denied was because the type of water heater needed (direct vent) is over the covered cost. The rep I spoke with was great and worked to get a check cut to cover a portion of the repair/replacement of our water heater. Communication when statuses change or things go sideways on claims is non-existent.

I rate them highly because we called in kind of an emergency situation when our heating system went out. They were very helpful and the techs they set us up for contacted us that next day and were also able to come out that same day and help us a lot.

They respond quickly and they get a service man out right away. I had issues with a shower faucet and they sent out a plumber who repaired it in a timely manner and it was resolved. They've done a good job, they have stood by and and paid the claims that were valid and I appreciate them.

Every time I've had to call with an issue, they've been pretty responsive. We have had it for two years, and just recently we had a plumbing issue resolved and it took almost two and a half weeks to fix a leaky faucet. I wasn't the most impressed with it because every time I've had to have something fixed it seems to take forever and I think that's more the contractor than the warranty company.
