Made me install $150 piece with the threat my alarm wouldn’t work anymore if I didn’t. Sent the wrong piece and now my alarm is nonfunctional. As of now will not let me out the contract, but still in discussions

Hi Sarah!

Fluent Home hasn't "threatened" anyone that their alarm won't work unless they install a device. What Fluent home has been advising customers, is that the FTC and major cell phone carriers are doing a sunset of 3G cellular communication. Some clients utilize cell units to transmit alarm signals to our monitoring station, and as a result of this 3G sunset, some clients will default into a communications failure. It is the clients responsibility to maintain the communication device, hence why you were provided several options to upgrade your system. My system is down more then it is working! They send incompetent techs who leave your peppery in worse shape then before the worked on it! Takes forever to get someone to service the equipment! Do not recommend!

Worst company that I have to be dealing with. They are charging me for a security system that doesn't work at all. How can they get away with this. We have been with this security service for 10 years and this is how they treat us when their system can not be upgraded to 5G. They offered us a new contact to sign again. No thank you.
