Hidden one year renewal in the initial contract, that will automatically renew every year., even though they tell you are on month to month. They will charge you to upgrade their equipment with another contract or money. Run from this company if you are a customer.

Trying to cancel with them is ridiculous!! After calling several times, sending an email, trying to respond through their on line text service, finally getting a hold of a supervisor, just to tell us we needed to send a hand written letter, before they cancelled it. We were also billed for two more months!!

Sales rep and installation were good. My contract expired and after jumping through all Fluent’s hoops to cancel said contract, they still continue to debit my account. I have sent numerous emails, which were ignored. I don’t have the time to sit on hold for hours, till someone finally feels like answering. Do not recommend this company.

Wish I could leave zero stars shady contract practices especially when your trying to cancel. No where in my contract says my contract will automatically start over if I don’t give 30 day notice. And you have to write stupid letter to cancel. How antiquated is that?!?!!!

Terrible company. Overcharged me for a panel. Installer told me it was a 36 month contract. In fact it’s 5 year. Will now be charged the full amount to cancel monitoring even though I am selling the building being monitored.

The absolute worst company to deal with. Dishonest, poor customer service, lack of care. Automatically renews customers after failing to address concerns for weeks. Giving people the run around. I am trying to cancel my service with Fluent and every time I get the same answer from customer service reps that somebody from (resolution dept) will call to cancel within 2 days and nobody calls. No professionalism. This company is not reliable. Don’t go with them.

Horrible customer service! I cancelled my alarm due to moving and they continued to charge me for the next 4 months. When I finally got my cancellation notice and refund they continued to charge me again and told me I had to contact API and it wasn’t their problem. So frustrating! Do not go with them.
