The inside camera isn't very good. You can't see the person or understand what they are seeing. They need to either come out and set up a system themselves or if they're gonna continue where you set it up yourselves they need to make sure that the people on the other line can actually explain what to do to set it up and not just keep put you on hold asking other people questions.

there customer service is usually available and quick to respond but it takes a while for them to debug system issues (they don't seem to know their own products as well as they should). additionally i find their e-chat feature extremely annoying since they time you out after <1 minute of inactivity

At first I was told that all the equipment is free.then later I was told that there is a one time fee of 250.00. Now I have spent between 7 and 8 hundred dollars and the system is still in it's infancy. Disappointed that I made the call , really

We had an alarm go off at 4 a.m. and customer service was closed so it's hard to getting help at that time. They should keep customer service open 24/7. The equipment works good but of the equipment they sent me two parts were faulty.

The equipment isn't up to the par I believed it would be. The motion sensors aren't supposed to detect pets under 50 lbs and my pet is only 18 lbs and she sets it off. So I can't really set it if I leave my dog in the house.

The customer service has been pretty crappy. when I call the three or four times nobody leaves notes apparently to let the new person know what's going on. I still haven't received my second Visa card payment for setting up a second alarm. The control panel is way too quiet it's hard to hear throughout the house and they don't have any upgrade options they said I would have to buy another panel which is ridiculous!

Their motion sensors keep going off as false alarms but they are really easy to get a hold of. I like that they are the cheapest and include the most product and the app gives you access to the alarms.

Setup was easy. I feel safe and protected. Unfortunately, the main panel volume is too low. I turned it all the way up. The only resolution was to offer me another product to buy for $100. That was not within my budget considering I just purchased the home security system.

The system makes me feel much safer, and is quite user friendly. The sensors are very accurate, and I like that I get a message when I arm/disarm the system. It reassures me in a way that makes me feel very secure.

Poor experience in installation. Spent too much time trying to figure out how to self install. Do not see a savings from changing from current, especially since I had to do all the installation. Was charged for equipment when it was advertised equipment was free. I paid the same amount to Vivint for equipment, they installed, I am currently paying the same monthly change with a 3 year agreement while I only had one year with Vivint.
