I am working with FDR a second time, and the experience is excellent. The only problem I have encountered has been accessing the Client Dashboard as a returning client. There is apparently a difficulty accessing the Client Dashboard since my first time around with this company. I would guess this is an IT problem. I have been choosing to phone FDR to work around my inability to access the Client Dashboard, and I normally work with a representative rather quickly and without taking much time.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of the program. My expectations were exceeded as my credit card debts were resolved much quicker than anticipated. I initially had around 6 or 7 credit cards to deal with, and now I am down to just one in less than a year. I am eagerly waiting for the final one to be resolved. I am grateful for the program and would definitely recommend it to others struggling with debt. It has been a great help and I would not hesitate to do it again if needed.

They give an estimate time frame of when your 1st debt will be negotiated and mine was in less time. I have only been customer since Feb '24 and they have already taken care of 3 accounts for me. I should have done this a long time ago instead of stressing myself out paying all those minimum payments. This is the best program anyone could ever enroll in. I stated the program in 2018 and I have graduated from the program. I was always notified of when a creditor wanted to settle or negotiate. We ran into problems with medical bills and couldn't pay a lot of our credit cards and stuff like that. I came across Freedom Debt Relief's number and I gave them a call, and we got all set up with them and they've been doing a great job since. They've been able to answer all our questions if we've ever had a problem. They've explained what we needed to do. So they've been very helpful. They've done a tremendous job up to now and there's kind of light at the end of the tunnel and I can thank them for that.

Freedom debt relief saved me tremendously! I was in way over my head 4 years ago making minimum payments on my credit cards :( I called them, they set up my program and I faithfully made my monthly deposit and they did the rest! They do charge their fees, but it's worth it. I never got a call from any of my creditors and they absolutely take care of all negotiations! I am so very grateful for them! I just graduated the program this month :) Now I am going into my retirement years pretty much debt free! Thanks Again FDR! I would recommend them to anyone:)

I saw their commercials, looked up their reviews and they had a good reputation. Freedom Debt Relief was always available, they did not waste my time. They told me what they would do and they kept their word. They would send me emails monthly and text me when they got to a point where they were able to make a settlement. And they would give me a call.

I can't say enough about it. I just finished the program early and I'm happy with everything. I was having some issues with credit cards and one of my nephews put me on to you guys, which was a good thing. I've been totally pleased with everything. Everyone that I worked with was a good experience. Any time I've ever called, I've been able to speak with someone.
The client dashboard was a big help. I could look and see for myself where things were at.

It's very good it helped me a lot. Maybe their fees are higher than I wanted. They always answer my questions and they respond quickly. They sent me a text or email, maybe both, letting me know that there's been update or if there's something I have to approve and where and what's going to be coming up next. They just they keep me updated ahead of time.

I get messages through my email as well as phone calls and letters always keeping up to date with everything if I need to authorized a settlement or anything the details. They get me the information I need it within a timely manner. They've always answered every question that I have, always available anytime I call and doesn't take long to get a hold of the customer service representative. I feel great about it. I had no issues with them, they do not bug they do not encouraged me to do anything that I'm not comfortable with I have nothing but positive and good dealing with them.

From my initial contact with FDR through almost 3 years in the program, I have never had a bad experience with any of the service reps. I have 9 accounts in the program and all but 1 has been resolved. They do what they say they will do. If you stick with the programmed savings deposits as required, their system works. Yes you should be prepared to take a credit score hit, but the program beats making minimum payments for the rest of your life. The $$ you are saving in the long run is substantial and you can control how fast the system works for you
