They're really good at keeping me informed. They give me calls, send me emails on every decision and everything that needed to be updated with me. They have done a tremendous job with my debt. They have made the process so easy and so very simple. It is a wonderful company overall. My experience has been good so far. I've been in the program about a year and have two settlements so far out of 6 accounts. It's kind of slow going but I am saving money with each settlement. My credit score took almost a 100pt drop at first but has come back up almost too where it was before. I expect it to be higher before the program is over in about 3 more years or less. The trick is to stick to the dedicated deposit every month, and any time you can add more, it will help. The amount is determined and discussed before anything is set in stone. The amount and length of the program are determined by how much debt you want settled. The payment in my case saved me $200 a month compared to what I was making in minimum credit card payments that were never going to get paid off. I was really close to filing for bankruptcy. They do not make monthly payments to your creditors. Instead, you have a dedicated account set up for automatic draft each month. Once your account builds up enough to cover a settlement and the fees, is when negotiations start. I think it took about 4 or 5 months for my first one but it saved me about $7,000. You will get calls, emails and sometimes threats from creditors while waiting for settlements to start. FDR will advise on how to handle those issues too as they come. For $12 a month, there is a separate service offered for legal advice should a creditor threaten litigation. All fees and services are covered in your dedicated monthly payment amount so the more you can put in, the better.

I got an advertisement and I called in and spoke to a really awesome representative. I was very worried about it because you're sharing financial information and all sorts of things on the line and he was very helpful and made me feel comfortable. We got everything worked out and it was apayment that was reasonable. I could have flexibility to increase it or put it towards something. They communicated on things I've done in the program. They closed out several, probably more than half in just a little over two years. They're wonderful to work with and very professional. They don't waste your time on the phone. They give you good feedback if you call to check on the status of some accounts.

I turned to Freedom Debt Relief to consolidate my debt and surmounting interest. I wanted to work out a reasonable solution to pay back my financial obligations in a timely manner. I was on medical leave for quiet some time and accumulated a deal of debt. I contacted FDR, and they worked with me, step-by-step, to make this possible. I have successfully paid off several creditors and have only one account left to pay off. You do your foot work and part in making your monthly payment to them, and FDR works out the negotiations with your creditors, regarding settlements and payments. This arrangement saves you money and time and restores your peace of mind and sanity. I feel like I was pushed into a corner and was trying desperately to figure out how to juggle this overwhelming situation. I found FDR online, and they have helped me. I also view my relationship with money differently. I try to adhere to a monthly budget to take care of my responsibilities, but I also reward myself along the way in small ways. Their Customer Service is outstanding, and they also offer legal representation just in case you should encounter any situations with your creditors. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a similar predicament.

When I signed up for the FDR program I was a little skeptical. In fact, the 1st time I called I declined to participate. About a year or so later I decided to give it another go and this time I felt it was time as I was doing a lousy job of paying off my debts myself. The person I originally encountered in my phone call was friendly, empathetic, and understanding to my situation. All future phone calls had the same result. My consultant went through everything step-by-step a couple of times for me to totally understand everything that was going to happen from that moment forward. And so it began. I followed all the rules as laid out for my part (yes, there are rules you need to follow) to make the program work for me. Freedom Debt Relief then followed through on their part following their rules as laid out for them. For the 1st night and all the subsequent nights following, I was able to sleep better and wake rested. No more tossing and turning. No more staying up through the night wondering how I was going to pay my bills. I could breathe again and have been breathing better ever since that 1st day of signing up. Now my journey with FDR is coming to a close with a consolidation loan to get all unresolved debt paid off with my creditors and I am ecstatic! I am almost 100% debt free and it feels wonderful. If this program could work for me, I think it could work for anyone in the same situation. As long as you follow the rules you will get results. Best of luck to anyone signing up. FDR has provided me with very good service to this point, however, I did not realize that my credit would take such a big hit, some work need to; be done to fix that, in my opinion that should be part or the negotiating process; also, it appeared that my balances with my creditors increased substantially before a settlement was reached, and I was not told that I would be receiving IRS 1099's and they come after my tax have been filed, then an amended tax form have to be filed causing a increase in taxes that causes a financial hardship. I suggest any 1098 or 1099 form should be sent out at the end of the year.

My experience was great. The iey to having a good experience is sticking to the program. The only time I struggled was when I EAS unable to stick to my program as originally planned. However we were able to go back and renegotiate the debts that were affected and I was able to complete the program. There is a fee and you could do this on your own, however they know how to deal with collections and banks and they were able to negotiate much better than I could on my own. Another benefit if you choose is to have prepaid legal representation if a bank decides to go to court. I EAS very satisfied with the program and I would definitely recommend it's long as you can stick to it.

my experience with freedom has been outstanding from beginning till now I still have one more year to go but I have to say I've never had an issue I would recommend this company to anyone who is facing difficulty with credit card debt they took all of our credit cards and made a payment to us that was so much more reasonable than if we had tried to pay them individually also if we have tried to pay the my minimum payments every month we probably be a hundred years old before we got them paid off so I am very grateful for their help figuring it will only take a total of 2 years to pay off over $30, 000 in credit card debt

Always helpful, polite and informative. The service and product are sound. I've had a lot of debt. I am not sure how they organize and begin paying off different debts and how they choose which one to pay first and last. I've had only one debt collector come after me after initiating service with Freedom Debt Relief. Freedom Debt Relief put me in contact with the national litigation Group which I guess handles there legal matters like that. So far I'm still in that process so I do not know how that will evolve. It was one of the companies that Freedom Debt Relief chose to pay later and I am not sure of what contact has been made to them. I am still waiting to see how that will be resolved.

I like the fact that I was the one who could approve the settlements that they made. It sounded like I still had control. They have a website you go to and you can see things are progressing. You don't know the specifics of the settlements but you know when they are made and what the arrangements are. And you can look at that website anytime you want, which is great. Their customer service really made me feel a whole lot better. Every time I've tried to talk with them they've been very helpful and great to me. Freedom Debt Relief are the people to call because you see a deadline of when you're going to be out of debt and everything will be taken care of. It makes you feel like you're actually making progress.

I saw an advertisement for Freedom Debt Relief and then I called them and I spent probably an hour on the phone with them and they were just super helpful and professional and knowledgeable and they just seemed like a a good agency to go to and that's been the case so far. For the most part they are very responsive, their communication is consistent and timely and I just find that when I need to speak to somebody I'm usually able to get in contact with somebody and they will respond to me in a timely manner. I've been in the program for about two and a half years and I think almost all but one of my accounts has been settled and it's been done in a timely manner so I'm gettin the resolution I signed up for. I feel very satisfied and I feel that they've done a very good job and I would recommend them to other people. The process takes a little bit of time, it's definitely worth the commitment and as long as you stay with the program it seems to be exactly what it they say they will do to get the job done.

I was researching online and found the company. I gave them a call and the person I talked to was so encouraging and they have such a good reputation so it felt like a good fit for me. Their customer service is the best. Inititally, there's a lot of paperwork, I kind of got lost in the beginning. But then you call the customer service and they encourage you and tell you that it's a slow process and they will explain the process step by step. Things start falling into place and the payments are coming out and if you have questions, you can call customer service, but they have the client dashboard that you can look at. If you have questions you can call customer service, but they have the client dashboard that you can look at all the time and it explains things. It's just a really good plan that they have if you are feeling fiscouraged you can read some of the reviews. Like I said, the customer service is the best. I just can't say enough about the customer service. Everytime I've called, they've been very helpful and encouraging and understanding. I'm just totally happy with everything about them.

After doing my homework and research, I found them to be the best company with the greatest results. Their customer service department looks up information to make sure they're getting it right. They listen well, and make any corrections or changes needed. They will send me emails letting me know if any settlements have been paid off. They also make you aware of any new things that are going on, if there are any incidents, and inform you about what's going on. I went with Freedom because they advertised that they get people out of debt in the shortest amount of time. My customer support experience has been great because they're always responsive. I like receiving my regular emails and text messages from them - I think that's really helpful. My situation is a little delicate, because one of my creditors sued me. Because I required special handling, Freedom Debt Relief took care of it all through the debt consolidation program. I'm pretty satisfied with them, but I wish they had brought up the debt consolidation program earlier so that the sueing from the creditor wouldn't have happened. I also wasn't fully informed about their fees, which are pretty excessive. Their fees are 23%, and they took an awful lot from my initial enrollment account.

They are always available when I reached out to them to get in touch and if I can't talk to them, they get back with me immediately. The employees that are working with them and the associates are very friendly, helpful and they never seem to get frustrated when you are trying to call in and asked them questions. They are always ready to answer your questions in a very clear precise manner. They notify me by texting me and told me what they were doing. They also print it on the dashboard and I go to that frequently to see what they were doing. It's been about 6 months and they have settled or else have it in the process of settling 3 of the 6.

I've been with Freedom Debt Relief now maybe a few years and I have no complaints. I think they're real good when it comes to doing what they do. I can always go in to the portal and find out what's going on with my case where other companies, you don't know what's going on and that prompts you to call in more often than if you had the computer you can look and see which really is going on and gives you a peace of mind. The professionalism that Freedom Debt Relief shows you that you're never too busy answer any questions. Just in a short period of time I have had two of my cards have been dealt with and have been taken care of and I no longer have to worry about those two cards. I do have several more to go but it was a very fast service. What they advertise what they say they'll do has already happened to me, like I say just an short, few short months here they have already relieved me of two debts which is amazingly fast. I was just buried in debt and there was no way I was going to get out of it if I didn't have the help of a debt relief company. I read reviews from different companies and Freedom Debt seemed like the best one for me. If you need a question answered, there's usually someone there to take care of that. They send you emails periodically to let you know what progress they've made so far. Of course, you can also always go to the website and check on things yourself. I feel good about going with them, I just wish it wouldn't take quite as long to get it done. Still, I don't know who else could've taken care of my debt the way they have been doing it.

I have a disabled child that needs a lot of caring and I wasn't really able to keep up with the payments I needed to do. That's why I went to them. They have helped me tremendously. They don't charge me any interests and, if I'm not able to pay on time, they are really nice about it and work with me. It has given us a lot of freedom. Their customer service is excellent. They keep me updated on things by email. I can also go online to see if I need to add or do anything else. They have closed a lot of the accounts for us and are getting offers from the others. It has been really fast. I'm pretty happy with the settlements they have gotten.

I'm 73 years old and live on social security. I was overwhelmed with hospital bills, individual debts, and credit card debts. I just couldn't pay my bills so I called them. I got on the phone with a fellow named John from Freedom Debt Relief and he explained what they could do for me. They could cut my payments down to $250 a month so I would have money left over to live on. I thought it was wonderful so I went with it. Every question I've asked has been answered. One of my bills is totally settled and the other one is still in negotiation. All of that has been done within 6 months. For updates they email me and I can also look online on the dashboard anytime I want. The most important thing was that once Freedom started handling my debt, all my debtors quit calling me. All that stress was gone. I'm very happy with it.

I went with them because it looked like a good, secure system that could alleviate all of the debt I had accumulated. They have exceeded my expectations. They are always there for me and can give me good answers that make me feel comfortable. For updates I had a dashboard and a phone number available to me. There were also email alerts when anything happened. They are very efficient and have worked in a very expeditors manner. They've been that way all the way through. I felt like this was a very good choice that has accomplished what we set out to do. We're just about done. It's going to be a big stress relief.

I went with them because they seemed to be the most honest and straightforward company. There is an online website that I can look at any time I want to check on the progress of things. If there have been any major changes, they will contact me by email, text message, or calls. Usually they respond very well and quickly whenever we call, but I guess they're not always as quick as I'd like them to be. I mean, they do a great job, but it takes them a long amount of time to get things done. There's just an inherent amount of frustration that comes out of this kind of situation. We might just be a bit impatient though. I still think this was the best choice. I'm very happy with it.

I had seen their advertisement and had read something about it. Since it seemed like what my husband and I were looking for, we went for it. I figured it would be a great system that would help us pay our credit cards in the long run. I have not had any problems with them as far as money is concerned. Whenever I called their office with a question they were very helpful and gave me the answers that I needed. For updates they had the dashboard that I can look at. They would also send me alerts through text messages when a settlement came up or something. We know that we have to keep our payments in order so they can take care of things.

They were recommended to me by a friend that was in a similar situation. I contacted them and since they were very professional, I went with it. I'm very happy with them. They've put my mind at ease. They always answer my questions. When anything out of the ordinary comes up I can just call them and they'll help me out. They are very professional and that really puts me at ease. I don't have to worry about anything. They send me emails from time to time to let me know what's going on. I can also log into my dashboard to see any progress they've made. From time to time I still get people coming after me for my money, but Freedom has really been able to step in and deal with them. They've made it a little easier on me. I would recommend it to anyone going through similar issues.

I did some research online and felt like they were the best company to go with. They are extremely customer-oriented. If they get a good deal they want to tell you immediately and don't hesitate to call, text, or email you. To check on the progress they make you have to check on the portal that they have. You have access to it 24/7 so you can always see what payments are being made to your credit cards or debts. You always know upfront how many months or payments you have left to finish something off. If a settlement comes up, you can see exactly for how much it's for. From there you can also see how much money is taken out of your bank account and what is paid to each creditor. I had an extremely high non-collateral loan that they were able to negotiate down by a good percent, I was amazed. With other creditors that I had they were able to negotiate things down by half or 3/4 of what the debt was originally. They really work for the customer. I feel very good about it I'm extremely happy I did it.

I was too far in debt at the time and needed some help. The man that I talked to from Freedom Debt, Mark, was very nice and explained everything in detail to me. They basically saved me from bankruptcy. It has been wonderful. Any time I need to talk to someone about something, they are right there for me. They help me with anything I might need and that's it. I am never switched between representatives or anything of the sort. I constantly get emails from them with updates constantly. It's wonderful. They check with me on things to make sure that things are done right. They're just fast and honest. I trust them completely. You pay for everything that you get and it gives you a lot of assurance. I feel great about going with them, it's the best thing I've done.

I was with a different credit counseling company that just wasn't right for me. it felt like they were ripping me off, so I decided to look around. Since Freedom Debt Relief seemed to be the best, I went with it. When I first signed up the gentleman that I spoke with worked with me. I was looking to consolidate my credit card debt to be able to pay for it, so I went to them. When I call them there's not a lot of hassle with automated systems or anything of the sort. Everyone there is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Every time they settle something they are quick to call me and let me know. They also have this sweet dashboard online where I can see everything about my account. They handle everything for all my accounts, I don't have to do anything. If a company summons me to court, they have lawyers and people that can take care of that for me. I feel great about it, it has taken millions of pounds off my back. Even though I'm paying money monthly to pay off my credit cards, they will help me pay them off in 2 years rather than 20.

I had a private business fail back in 2010. I went through a different debt relief company then and it was a nightmare. It didn't really help me at all so, when I needed something again, I did a lot of research and really took my time before I made a decision. The first person that I talked to from Freedom Debt assured me they were the best and that they could help me out. I don't quite remember how it went after that but I signed up and they have been wonderful. They work hard for you and are always on point. Any question that I have or concerns that come up are answered immediately. If they need something from me they will email, call, or text me to let me know. They do the same if they get a settlement and need me to approve it. I have a dashboard that I can log into to check on the progress they have made. Usually that updates on a monthly basis and they will call me to let me know when that happens. They've been absolutely wonderful. They really seem like they care about you and try everything that they can to get everything settled as quickly as possible. We'll be paying $500 before the end of the year for this to get resolved. Now I'm down to only one more credit card to negotiate and we have been going at it for less than a year. I feel like I'll be done in half the time that they estimated.

I saw them on a TV ad and since it seemed helpful, I called them. The person that I talked to explained that the process would be long, some 4 years, but that there wouldn't be much interest and that I'd just have a monthly bill. That's why I started with them. It has been a couple of years but I feel better with it, it has been good and helped me a lot. They keep in touch with me through emails and texts. Sometimes I check on the dashboard to make sure everything is good, there I can see what I'm paying, what I've done so far, and what's in the process of being paid. It's really comforting to see that everything is ok and that my credit card is being taken care of. Right now I'm just waiting for my 1099C form that the bank should send both to me and the IRS. After that I don't have to worry about anything.

I was getting up in age and didn't want to leave behind debt for my loved ones to take care of. It was time to settle that and get it out. So far they have done what they told me they would do. I provide the money and they negotiate for my debts to be gone. I'm able to check on their site any progress they make. I can look at my account and see how much I have contributed monthly and even get a statement printed out. They have been pretty much on track to reduce my debt. Provided I have the funds needed, everything goes smoothly. Sometimes I feel that it's going to little too slow but maybe I shouldn't worry too much about it. I really do want to reach my goal and be debt free by march 2019 though. I'm dead set in going until the end of my contract and I'm hopeful that then I will be debt free.

We did a lot of research. In the end, we liked talking to the people at Freedom Debt Relief more than anyone else, so we went for it. I didn't want to do it but I didn't have a choice. Their people have made me feel better about going with it though. They've always answered all my questions and reassured me in many ways. Once I learned how to use some of the things they offered on the computer, it wasn't as hard to work with them. Now I can go online and check on my account whenever I want. They also notify me whenever they successfully negotiate something for me. One thing is that I've had to change reps a lot, I imagine they got promoted or something like that. If possible I'd like to have the same person all the time. Other than that, I'm pleased with it.

Two years ago I was between a rock and a hard place. I had heard that they were an honest company and they young lady that I talked to was very nice, so I thought it would be the best thing for me to do. I had to wait a while before they could start negotiating. When they started settling debts 6 months in, I felt like it was the right thing to do. They have always answered any question I had. I was kept up to date through the dashboard that they have online, everything is there. At one point I noticed that there was some data that would just go up and down all the time, but they explained to me that that would normally fluctuate a bit, so I just let them take care of that. I don't really have to worry. They do everything they say they will do and, whenever they have a settlement, they call me or text message me to approve it. They're doing a good job so far. Years before I had had a similar problem where I just got a bunch of calls demanding payments, so this service is really worth it. I don't have to be nervous anymore. To be honest though, I don't know exactly how much they charge me for things. I know that once they settle a debt, they take some of that payment for their fees. They've been taking sips out of my checking account for that. I'm hoping that I only have a couple more years and that'd be it.

I looked into different companies and also at the option of filing for bankruptcy. Since my kids were going to college, I felt like paying my debt back was my best choice. In the end I went for Freedom Debt because I knew they would take care of things and it was a good choice. I had several credit card companies after me and they have been able to get them all to back off a little. They have settled a couple of them already and we're working on taking care of a couple other ones. They've been very responsive any time I've called. They keep me updated with emails and I also have an update system online that is very easy to use. Every so often I get a little annoyed with them because I still have to pay monthly, but they are saving me money. Maybe I should've filed for bankruptcy, but that has nothing to do with Freedom Debt. For anyone else that decides to use them, they should consider paying a couple extra dollars so they take care of your litigation.

I signed up some 2 or 3 years ago. I don't really remember where I found them, I think I was just going through services online that could help me with all my credit card debt because it had all gone south for me. Freedom Debt was one of the companies that came up, so I just went from there. They were right behind me every step of the way. Anytime I had a question I could call them or email them and I would get an answer or solution right away. A big part of it all was the law firm that helped me out whenever a creditor tried to take action against me. The client dashboard was awesome too. I could go there to know what was going on right away. I also got emails with updates whenever something happened. With them I got everything resolved a lot faster than what I thought it was going to take me. They also settled things for a fraction of what I would've had to pay. I'm very happy about it, I would do it again.

I was told what was going to happen and how they would do things, so I took the step and signed up. I did a lot of research and I found out that a lot of debt relief services were just fraudulent. From what I read in the Better Business Bureau, Freedom Debt seemed like a responsible corporation that responded well to their customer complaints, even the negative ones. Overall they just seemed like a good company, so I signed up. I'm glad I went with them. They really made the extra effort to make sure that I knew everything about the process, what would be expected of me, and even how to manage future situations. They have been very responsive to every question that I've ever had and they always return my phone calls or emails. That was the main way we communicated, mostly because I had told them that was my preferred method of communication. They were able to quickly help me resolve my financial issues. I feel like I got what I paid for. Considering what they negotiated for me it was worth every penny.

I was reading reviews and they were one of the top companies for debt relief, so I went with them. I'm happy with them so far. They are really good. If you have questions, if your creditors are bothering you, or if you need anything from them, you can just call or send them an email and they will take care of things. Honestly, I was having issues with one of my creditors. After sending them to Freedom Debt Relief they stopped hassling me and I never heard from them again. They actually take the pressure off of the consumer and take ownership of the debt. They really work hard to get things resolved for you as soon as possible. I get weekly emails to update me on things and they also have this online site that you can go look at and check how they're actually doing with settling your debt. You can see which ones have been settled and when the pending ones will be paid off. I would trust them with my life. Everything is confidential and they handle things the way they need to be handled. It's going to take a couple of years to get it all resolved but I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Between my daughter's lungs collapsing and my husband's medical problems I got behind on my bills. So, when someone told me this could work and help me, I called them as soon as I got home. It was the best thing that has ever happened to me. They're very friendly and courteous. Whenever I call to ask questions they check to make sure that they're talking to me and get me the right information. If they don't have the answer they put me on hold for a bit and get back to me as soon as possible. I love that. They really keep me up to date and let me know if I have to put more money into the account, if I need to approve anything, or if they negotiated something. At the time I was retired and working a part time job. I was having problems getting the hours that I needed to pay back my debt, so I signed up for a program with Freedom Debt to reduce the debts I had. A long time ago, about 18 years ago, I had to declare bankruptcy, so I feel good about going with them instead of going through that again. The people there are always helpful and able to accomplish whatever I need. Everybody seems to know what they are doing and they are usually able to help me out. If I want to I can check online to see how much is being paid, which accounts are being resolved, and just keep track of everything. It's a program that I can afford. I had a substantial amount of creditors and debt and this has been a solution that has worked well for me. I can handle it all without having a full time job.

I called several places and in the end I felt more confident and comfortable with what they had offered me. I love the service. One time, on a weekend, I got a letter and I had no idea what to do with it. So, I immediately called them and there was somebody there to help me, even though it was a weekend. I just faxed the information to them and they took care of the rest. Since then, every time I get correspondence that I don't understand, I can just fax it to Freedom Debt and they'll usually just take care of it. Whenever I get a notice telling me that I have an update I go ahead and check my account. I don't check my account that often, but I get those messages periodically so I keep up that way. Every month a modest amount is taken out of my check to take care of things. It's an amount that I can work into my budget and still live alright. This is better than me trying to divvy up my money between 6 accounts because this way the interests don't add up a lot more. Thanks to them I stopped receiving telephone calls from the people that I owed money to. They had told me they wouldn't ever stop but now I don't get any. That's a great relief. They have taken care of my debt and pretty soon that will be paid off. I'm very pleased with how they have handled my account.

I had seen it advertised and since I liked what they told me when I called I signed up. I've had very pleasant conversations with them. When I call them they are always willing to help me. I get all the information that I need: fax numbers, phone numbers, etc., I always get it. I really appreciate that because with most other companies you don't get all that information. They're just very cooperative. No matter who I talked to, they would take control of the situation and get things done. They keep me updated on what they're doing either through calls or texts. I can also look on board that they have online for that. That has all the information about my account. Sometimes I have to approve something for them to pay things off and they're always helpful with that.

I looked through different companies on the internet and, since they were well supported by their customers, I decided to go with it. My thought on the whole situation was that if I somehow couldn't pay the bills, if I got sick or something happened, someone would continue to take care of my bills. That way I wouldn't just stop paying, and Freedom Debt has done exactly that for me. They are always there for me and do their job to their fullest. With their help I can always figure out how to handle any situation. For updates they have the dashboard but they also send me emails whenever I need to approve a settlement.

I had a lot of credit card debt and was looking for a relief company that would help me alleviate that. I found Freedom Debt Relief and since they had a good rating with the Better Business Bureau I decided to take a chance. Turns out, it works really well. Since I signed up with them 2 years ago, they have settled 6 or 7 of the 9 credit cards that I came in with. Their customer service representatives are very informative and encouraging. They always remind you of the progress you've made and keep you going until you're done. They have always addressed my concerns and they're very efficient too. I would get updates via email or they call me personally if there were any settlements. Overall it's a great company. This is probably one of the best financial decisions I've made. I feel like they were instrumental in helping me manage my credit and get it paid.

I went with them because it was the most convenient and affordable way for me to get out of my situation. I got in contact with them and in a little bit of time I found out I qualified for a program with them so I signed up. I've been with them for a year and a month and so far it has been excellent. Their customer support is really friendly, professional and accurate. They handle everything and I don't have to worry or stress about the situation. They will respond any questions and resolve anything that might need to be resolved. I've gotten excellent results. They actually work to get you great deals so you don't have to worry about anything. Whenever something happens they email me and then follow up with me to make sure I know what's going on. The program has helped me a lot better than filing for bankruptcy would have. It has helped me get out of debt faster. They are doing an excellent job.

I was in a stressful situation because I could only make the minimum payments on my credit cards and I wasn't going anywhere with them. That's why I went to Freedom Debt Relief. Since they started working their way up my cards, the balance on my account has improved. They have kept me informed all the way through of anything that happens through email. It has been wonderful. I even received a letter from one of the larger credit cards that I owed saying that Freedom was taking care of the account. It was probably the best decision that I made. I'm getting ready to retire so being able to take care of all that is great.
