Hi, This is the first time using FDR and have no complaints at all. Customer service is tip top awesome. FDR will work with you, in every aspect necessary to help reduce your debt. All they require is consistency on our part to maintain a promising payment and time. FDR understands personal affairs do happen which a payment needed to be skipped, but it happens. Their is nothing negative about this program. I would recommend this program to anyone. FDR is by far #1 in my book!

Been 7 months and so far so good. The only negative experience , and this is my fault for not asking Freedom at the beginning of me enrolling, was I needed to find an apartment to rent. In CA you can be denied an apartment for having bad credit. Freedom did provide me a wonderful letter explaining my situation and enrollment in the program. I believe that letter was instrumental in me finally getting into a place to live.

I became a client of Freedom Debt Relief (FDR) a couple of years ago, in an effort
to manage credit card debt incurred as a result of job loss during the Covid Pandemic.
Their representative was very helpful in explaining to me the process and work which FDR provides, how the process works. Communications with FDR during this journey have been very good, very prompt. I have been very happy with their efforts and success in handling my debt. I recommend them !

I was scared to death when I first started with FDR because I was reluctant to give control over my payments with an unknown entity but fast forward to now. It was the best decision I ever made. It’s freedom from burden, freedom from stress and freedom from ridiculously high credit card interest rates. They have negotiated two settlements and are working on the third. It gives me peace of mind and that is a rarity this day and age! Their Customer Service is fantastic and always there for you! You won’t regret your decision.

Almost the best I could dream of. There was one customer service manager who just wouldn't budge on what we can afford, so over the past 4 months we've had to do reduced payments to ultimately consult with a bankruptcy attorney. Everyone ends at FDR has been amazing, though. Now that the bankruptcy conversation is happening, we were able to get planned reduced monthly deposits to avoid having to quit the program altogether.

I had a positive experience with the program overall. The lady who explained everything was helpful, but I didn't like how they chose which accounts to address first. It made my credit worse initially, but the program is working well and helping me pay off debts. It's just taking longer than expected. I wish they had a clearer process for selecting accounts to target. It seems they go from lowest to highest balances without a set order. Overall, I can't complain about the progress and benefits it's providing.

This was the best decision I have made. I wish I would have done it sooner! I love this company. If I need to ask questions there is always someone to talk to. When I signed up, it seemed like my graduation seemed so far away. But, it goes really fast.
I got all of my debt from being a single mom who didn’t receive child support on a consistent basis. I had no other choice. I always felt guilty about my debt and how I would pay it back. This company has taken me under their wing and help me see a light at the end of the tunnel! I check my dashboard daily because of how excited I am from all the progress I have made! If I could do a commercial for them I would!! 😊Absolutely love these people that I work with and this company! Thank you for being so kind and helpful and not making me feel like a loser! I called this company because I started having seizures and dislocated my shoulders because of the seizures. I can’t work and I’m not eligible for disability. Over the years of dealing with my health my debt climbed very fast. I was extremely stressed about my debt. The first phone call to this company gave me piece of mind and allowed me to focus more on my health than trying to make money to pay off the debt. They explained perfectly how they were going to handle my debt and within 6 months of giving payments they have already settled my debt for significantly less than I owed. My dedicated account that they set up for me doesn’t even have enough money to pay off those debts, but they were still able to settle my debts. Amazing company and amazing employees that truly care about improving your life!
