I have worked with Freedom Debt Relief in 2015. I was head over heels in debt with credit cards. I was a flight attendant and I spent money. Freedom got my cards negotiated and it was remarkably fast. I only had 3 debts this time and on has already been settled. Freedom is working on my second one now. I am so happy I went with FDR. They helped me pay all my debt. If it weren't for them I would still be paying on just the interest. Sometimes I felt like a bother to them, calling with questions, but they were so nice and answered every one I had. And you can choose how much you want taken out of your bank account. I would recommend FDR to everybody I know!!! Just an FYI, for anybody that is thinking about doing this and thinking its a scam, It's not. And I am so glad I did it!!!

When I reached my decision to admit I can no longer pay my Credit card bills. I researched on line for the best debt relief company. Freedom DEBT RELIEF is one of the top 2 debt relief companies. I am working with FDR a second time, and the experience is excellent. The only problem I have encountered has been accessing the Client Dashboard as a returning client. There is apparently a difficulty accessing the Client Dashboard since my first time around with this company. I would guess this is an IT problem. I have been choosing to phone FDR to work around my inability to access the Client Dashboard, and I normally work with a representative rather quickly and without taking much time.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of the program. My expectations were exceeded as my credit card debts were resolved much quicker than anticipated. I initially had around 6 or 7 credit cards to deal with, and now I am down to just one in less than a year. I am eagerly waiting for the final one to be resolved. I am grateful for the program and would definitely recommend it to others struggling with debt. It has been a great help and I would not hesitate to do it again if needed.
