The people have been very friendly, courteous, and willing to help. Definitely show a willingness to help, and show concern, and are available pretty much whenever you need them. Took me awhile to decide to do debt relief. The rep I worked with was very patient and encouraging. Once I made up my mind to do debt relief with Freedom Debt Relief my rep was very helpful and made me feel I was doing the right thing. Had my first settlement on December 30 2024, actually I had two. I like that they settle on a pay off amount then break that down into monthly payments, others don't do this. I would highly recommend Freedom Debt Relief I am glad I stopped procrastinating, one of the best decisions I ever made.

I am working with FDR a second time, and the experience is excellent. The only problem I have encountered has been accessing the Client Dashboard as a returning client. There is apparently a difficulty accessing the Client Dashboard since my first time around with this company. I would guess this is an IT problem. I have been choosing to phone FDR to work around my inability to access the Client Dashboard, and I normally work with a representative rather quickly and without taking much time.

I am grateful for the assistance provided by the person who helped set up my debt payment plan. Although I wish I didn't have to resort to this, getting a loan from banks was not an option due to financial constraints. The process has been smooth so far, with one debt already being addressed. While I initially hesitated, this was the only viable solution for me as I couldn't manage credit card payments. I appreciate the support and hope for continued progress.

I am extremely satisfied with the results of the program. My expectations were exceeded as my credit card debts were resolved much quicker than anticipated. I initially had around 6 or 7 credit cards to deal with, and now I am down to just one in less than a year. I am eagerly waiting for the final one to be resolved. I am grateful for the program and would definitely recommend it to others struggling with debt. It has been a great help and I would not hesitate to do it again if needed.

I feel as though I was extremely misled on this whole process. I was falsely told my credit score would go down only 6-7 points. It’s gone down 100’s of points. I was told they would reach out to my creditors. I’m harassed daily phone call after phone call and no one is helping me.
