I have a hard time understanding all the negative reviews. I enrolled 3 types of debt a when I started in the program last month and agreed on a twice a month deposit into my escrow account. I make my first deposit and BOOM, I get a settlement offer from my first enrolled account; 14,000 down to 6,000. People are complaining that there are fees. Yes, this is a buisness and given they're representing you with your creditors and saving you tons of money, it's worth it. I encourage more people to give beyond finance a chance.

I do not recommend anyone to go forward with this program. They did nothing for me and I still paid 5000 dollars for nothing!! They don’t tell you they have a 25% fee so when you decide to cancel they take all of your money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I am currently using them. They are not great find someone else. These reviews seem to be canned to start with. I had a starting amount for a 5 year payoff with a 6 month dip in my credit then credit would go up. Nope, first I had to pay 500 more a month now they are on another deal at 500 a month. how can I go from 1100 to 2100 which is more than I was paying. Sure without interest but still this is to make life affordable and it has not been that way. it is beyond sad and my anxiety over money is through the roof. I will end up now having to borrow from my retirement just to continue to get them to make this affordable. Also why if they are charging 25% fee can they not take it at the backend and why cant at 25% they lend out the money to pay off the creditors and just chage my my 5 year amount? I was schmmozed and lied too and will probably find a co debt company to take over what is remaining and get them taken care of outside of them so I Can get back on track. That or start paying my loans off again the old fasioned way.

Our average client saves up to 25% on their debt through their program. This is not including compounding interest and additional fees you would still be paying. Some people could continue to pay for decades while we estimate your timeline to 2-4 years when signing up for your program.

Your payment structure is ultimately decided by you and what you are able to pay every month. IT'S A SCAM!!!! BE CAREFUL EVERYONE. They charge monthly fee which is nothing of course and to get you lowered into the program without telling you that they charge 25% off your enrollment settlement, so let's say you owe $10,000 in credit cards and they can settle with the creditors for $6,000, then they will charge you 25% off the original loan you owe which is $10,000 without telling you that upfront just to get you in. They will ask you not to pay the creditors which is terrible idea that will screw you big time and it will take way too long to recover and then these accounts will marked on your record as CHARGED OFF ACCOUNTS or COLLECTIONS which is terrible because that will be on your record for 10 years and none can remove it. So if you're trying to buy a car or house that might be reason for terrible high interest rate or getting denied. DON'T USE THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!

Upon enrollment, we are upfront with all of our clients about our process, timeline and fees. It’s worth noting that even with our fees, our program is a money-saving solution that is considerably cheaper and faster than remaining in a continuing cycle of making minimum payments.

We’re sorry to hear that there was some confusion around your Dedicated Account. Your Dedicated Account is managed by a third-party bank and does incur a monthly fee in addition to the initial account activation fee which cannot be refunded.

One of the benefits of our program is that once a resolution is reached, you make payments towards that resolution instead of one lump sum, allowing you to pay off your debt without accruing additional interest while simultaneously building up more money in your Dedicated Account to negotiate resolution on your other accounts.

Absolutely terrible company to help you! Representatives are extremely pleasant. However, the procedures and fees are a complete scam. One of the debt amount I enrolled was just sent to a collection agency when Beyond Finance settled with them. I was not notified that the settlement was made with a collection agency so I agreed believing that the debt was settled at 50% off with the actual creditor. Once I learned of this, I withdrew from the program and decided that I will settle with my creditors on my own. After paying Beyond Finance over $700.00, Beyond Finance paid that collection agency $270.00 towards that settlement and they kept the rest of my money deposit towards their "Settlement Fee". Over 200% Settlement Fee? Really? Do not consider this company to help you because they will rob you!

Company is a predator the sales reps will tell you all you want to hear, they prey in your being desperate. I have fulfilled my 48 month term and was supposed to save close to $4000 I am on payment 50 now of the 48 yes you read that correctly, and they say I still owe for settlement fees. I was told by my sales rep that I would pay a total of 9600 on around 13k of debt now that I have these bonus payments that I am apparently obligated to make, because of some fine print, and when all is done I may save $900. I would never have done this program to save only 900 and that’s if they stop collecting. This is a predatory lender and they have unethical business practices

Beyond finance gave me a settlement offer and will not abide by it. I’m well versed now in the ways of screwing people because of how well the last 4 years went with beyond finance. I accepted an offer on feb 4th 2023 to settle on my credit card. I know there are fees involved at the end of the settlement. I was very specific in asking when will I be done paying everything off….the settlement and the fees. I was told July. I asked a couple of times to make sure we were in the same page before agreeing to this settlement. I said my last payment fees and all…I’m done ?? in July and was told multiple times yes. So guess what? August a payment comes out. I called 5 times - scheduled a call - and no one called…was told that someone called me earlier- lied. I live by my phone. And I finally received a call by someone who told me that another manager listened to my call and said basically this conversation didn’t happen this way and I owe all these fees. I said I wouldn’t have accepted this offer knowing I was going to be paying into 2024 and I was super specific about my questions. I asked for a copy of my voice recording and was told no. They can say anything they want and even though you know the truth it doesn’t matter. They got me to commit to a settlement offer under false pretenses. Again, I was good with the fees and understood the shady process, but I was told something and I agreed to something that was a lie and no one cares. Response: I want everyone to notice my concern was not talked about. I know about the fees- I’ve said it multiple times…my concern was the lie to get me to commit to a settlement. I was told an end date and it was wrong. They are not acknowledging the phone call and my questions and my agreeing to this agreement. It was a lie. False. The response says it all. I’ve called back and of course there is no one to talk to. The gave me the main line. Please read this. Read the response and make better choices. What they saved me was nothing - I could have done it my self but I made a bad decision. You don’t have to. On google and Trustpilot you can see the response. Ridiculous

While it's true that credit score typically sees a drop during the program, the vast majority of our clients report a completely recovered FICO score by the time they graduate from their program. This is because 30% of your credit score is based on “Amounts Owed,” so each time you settle an account, that debt is removed as an active line of credit. Also, “Missed payments,” the reason your score will have seen that drop in the first place, carry less and less weight on your credit score over time, and eventually disappear completely.

It can definitely feel uncomfortable to see a ding to your perfect record, but ultimately, this doesn't reflect on you as a person. And the good news is that with good financial habits, you should see that recovery in the end. Our graduated clients say that saying goodbye to their debt is 100% worth a temporary impact to their credit report.

I really dislike when companies ask for reviews before they've done anything but here goes customer service seems to know what they're doing and after reading the reviews I changed part of my contract and they didn't give me a problem so I give them kudos for that... It didn't change my payment at all so I'm only saving maybe $25 so far but if they can get my debt cut in half this journey will be worth it only time will tell I make my first payment next month and honestly I'm terrified that it will bite me in the butt but I'm glad that Beyond finances at least giving me a chance to try to rectify my bills. I'm only 36k in debt and on a very limited income I was hoping to get help with my entire debt but companies are only interested in credit cards for overcharging interest anyways. I'll update this later when I've had more time with this company and see what they actually accomplish fingers crossed

So far I'm a mixed bag, first a few things to note about the positive and negative reviews. Debt settlement is a mixed bag, and I seriously suggest doing your research before taking this route, it's possible they settle your debt, it's also possible the creditor just sues you to get the money you owe. This method is a risk, but it should only be used as a last resort to try to avoid bankruptcy. I'm here because I had to take out a couple loans, one from upstart and one from rise credit, totally to about 5500 dollars so far made a payment of about 70 bucks and was debating on canceling but the manager and the associates are super nice and to a extent they are right about a couple things, so I am taking the risk, and I hope this works. If your not wanting to go bankrupt but seriously in financial issues, it may be a good option, but otherwise I'd seriously suggest being careful with your money tightening up if possible and working to fix your situation before reaching to these people. So far I've been getting calls from rise. Upstart isn't until later in the month, but rise is the big issue. I hope the settlement comes quick cus I really don't want to deal with any of this. But honestly so far with the company y itself things are okay, communication has been clear, but based on reviews I'm keeping track of every payment and the totalled amount and keeping records. I would suggest everyone using it do the same, not because I seriously think they are stealing money, but necause I just want to be safe. I'll update my review after some time, but I just right now don't want to be like this company is amazing too early, or say it's awful when I also never gave it a chance.
