I dislike how I asked what was the interest rate and the woman told me there wasn’t one. There clearly was and it’s included in the biweekly pay but I wanted the numbers up front and she wasn’t telling the truth. Either way very friendly company. I am still a client.

This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. DO NO TGO THROUGH THEM. They use wording to confuse you all the while they DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT contact all of your creditors right away. I paid them on time, and all of my creditors dinged me for non-payment. This company waits to send out any funds and then claims the creditor only wants a minimum amount for months. I paid $595 to Beyond and that amount should have been divided up between all the creditors including their fee. Nope, that's not what happened. I arranged to get them paid off and made all the call to stop the last payment to pay them off. They put me on hold for at least 3 minutes and claimed that the payment was stopped. They DID NOT put any of that in the notes and drew the payment anyway. They DO NOT USE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTISED. Example: When requesting a statement, they send a screen shot claiming that they do not have the means to do statements. When requesting a payoff letter, they claim that they do not have a way of writing one and sent another screen shot. After getting an amount of pay off and they claim that there are no monthly charges, the number of payments left to pay DID NOT MATCH HOW LONG I ACTUALLY SHOULD HAVE. It would take 6 months longer than by calculating the amount and how many months came to. It is worth a small loan cost to get out from under these people. I will make sure my bank blocks any chances of them drawing any further moneys.

With the economy being as it is, I got in to so much debt that I just couldn't see a way out. So I seeked out this company for help as I had nothing to lose. It took only minutes for their response. They said that they could help get me out of the debt. I felt such relief. Like a ton of bricks was removed of of my shoulders. So if you like there's no way out, you should really give this company a try. Best decision I made for my debt.

I'm beyond (pun intended) happy for the way I have been treated as I begin my journey to be debt free from credit cards without declaring bankruptcy. I will be able to pay a good portion of my debt with the approval from debtors to reduce my amount owed. I certainly had many questions, maybe the same question many times with my financial representative, Holden R answering all concerns. His professional manner, understanding my situation and the phone calls to see how I am doing made me feel like family. Thank you Holden R very much.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of debt I had accumulated and saw no relief in sight. When I contacted Accredited Debt Relief I spoke with Richard M. He was knowledgeable, friendly and completely understanding. He took the time to go over my situation and explained the program in detail. It felt like a weight was lifted from my shoulders. I know it will take time but this is the first time I have felt hopeful about my situation. That is all because of Mr. M.

So far so good. My credit score has taken a hit and I have some creditors trying take me to court but I don’t have assets. It’s funny how credit companies and banks can take advantage of someone who lives in poverty. Someone who is making under 70,000 dot. Allow them over 6 credit cards and no one needs 13 -14 cards unless you’re wealthy and why would you use them if you have money? Anyways, the debts have been settled for half so far, however I don’t expect this to be the case with all of my creditors. I am very appreciative that Beyond was able to remove 25% of the anxiety caused by credit card debt. I will update reviews as the process goes along: I hope to be giving this company 5 stars by the end!

Wasn't sure if I wanted to do a program like this, because I always try and paid my bills on time. It is to the point where I am not going to be able to get a head. A lot of the problem is things that have happened to our finances thru the last few years. Edward went over many different things with me and took time to explain a plan that I might want to take.
