WAS ABOUT TO ENTER BANKRUPT PROTECTION . HAD MET DISCUSS MY PROBLEMS. .THINKING ITWAS MY BEST CHOICE STILL WAS RESEARCHING WHAT LAWYER HAD SAID WHEN SAW THREE WORDS "THERES BETTER SOLUTIONS". THOSE WORDS CHANGE MY DIRECTION IN WAYS I DIDNT SEE. NOW IM ON A PATH OF SOLVING A COMPLEX FINANCAL PROBLEM AM IN. BEST OF ALL WONT HAVE CHARTER 13 TIED TO MY NAME AN WALLET FOR LIFE.

I dislike how I asked what was the interest rate and the woman told me there wasn’t one. There clearly was and it’s included in the biweekly pay but I wanted the numbers up front and she wasn’t telling the truth. Either way very friendly company. I am still a client.

This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. DO NO TGO THROUGH THEM. They use wording to confuse you all the while they DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT contact all of your creditors right away. I paid them on time, and all of my creditors dinged me for non-payment. This company waits to send out any funds and then claims the creditor only wants a minimum amount for months. I paid $595 to Beyond and that amount should have been divided up between all the creditors including their fee. Nope, that's not what happened. I arranged to get them paid off and made all the call to stop the last payment to pay them off. They put me on hold for at least 3 minutes and claimed that the payment was stopped. They DID NOT put any of that in the notes and drew the payment anyway. They DO NOT USE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTISED. Example: When requesting a statement, they send a screen shot claiming that they do not have the means to do statements. When requesting a payoff letter, they claim that they do not have a way of writing one and sent another screen shot. After getting an amount of pay off and they claim that there are no monthly charges, the number of payments left to pay DID NOT MATCH HOW LONG I ACTUALLY SHOULD HAVE. It would take 6 months longer than by calculating the amount and how many months came to. It is worth a small loan cost to get out from under these people. I will make sure my bank blocks any chances of them drawing any further moneys.

RUN….This company is definitely out for their own profit! I enrolled over 18 months and only 3 small accounts have been paid and that’s with me calling and giving them more money. I really wished I would have just settled on my own and that exactly what I did. This being after I paid them over 4,000 dollars in fees! This place is legal fraud. Also, if you receive any judgements against you they don’t let you know because you sign over the right for beyond finance to get all the letters! Awful system and worst regret! Do it yourself you will save yourself headache, credit and money. You might even save your credit.

My experience was clear and was explain very clearly. Mr John H was very knowledgeable and walked me through the paperwork and help me set up my app ! I have never been through this process before and hope it will help me not to worry about my debt ! Just waiting on getting my agreement sent to me ! Hope it will solve my problems !

Jensen was awesome and help me explaining all through the process making sure the plan picked was the most accurate for me. He was very professional and understood my worries. When I finished the call it was a very nice feeling that I was doing the right thing. I still need to get more experience about the process and get to know how it works as time pass that’s why I give four start review.

My representative was very well educated at her occupation, she was great at explaining the program to me. She was super knowledgeable, and had great manners and patience with me as I tried following everything she was explaining to me.

It was a great learning experience speaking with Peter C.. He informed me and guided me to what I needed to do to set myself up for my retirement. Hopefully things will go as planned moving forward with Beyond Financial. Thanks
