From the very beginning of my conversation with the Beyond Finance representative, I felt very comfortable and at easy as he explained how the program worked. I immediately realized that this was the program that would help me pay down my ballooning debt and start saving me thousands of dollars and improving my cash flow situation. After I received Welcoming Kit and reviewed the Debt Resolution Agreement, I knew this was the program to resolve my current financial difficulties and signed up immediately. At this point they have been very transparent and I'm very satisfied with the program.

i have been overwhelmed because of health issues and paying bills. borring money. credit cards maxed i couldnt keep up and built up a preety hefty debt. i researched what was my best options. i also researched companies, i am not sure how this will work out, but the strees already is 50 percent less. I was hesitant to consolidate my debt, but after a quick internet search, I found this company. I worked with Terry H and he helped answer all of the questions one might have when they’re new to debt consolidation. I haven’t felt such a sigh of relief in years and I look forward to celebrating the next 4 years with all of the money I am going to be saving because of this company. I am grateful for this company for giving me my quality of life back and to not feel as hassled with credit card debt anymore. Cut the plastic and pay it off! This company will help you achieve those goals!

I have a hard time understanding all the negative reviews. I enrolled 3 types of debt a when I started in the program last month and agreed on a twice a month deposit into my escrow account. I make my first deposit and BOOM, I get a settlement offer from my first enrolled account; 14,000 down to 6,000. People are complaining that there are fees. Yes, this is a buisness and given they're representing you with your creditors and saving you tons of money, it's worth it. I encourage more people to give beyond finance a chance.

The first contact exceeded all expectations in terms of knowledge of program, interpersonal skills, direction and assistance in completing the documents. She made the experience enjoyable and satisfying. She was a total pleasure and reassuring. Very professional. The second contact was knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos to the entire process of the implementation of the valuable program.

I wasn’t sure about the call but the spokesperson assured me all was above board. She is very knowledgeable and walked me through the process When I realized how far in debt and the interest I was paying month I felt ashamed that I let it go that far. I feel like I can actually get out of debt instead of ingnoring my debt. I have hope for the future. Thank you.

WAS ABOUT TO ENTER BANKRUPT PROTECTION . HAD MET DISCUSS MY PROBLEMS. .THINKING ITWAS MY BEST CHOICE STILL WAS RESEARCHING WHAT LAWYER HAD SAID WHEN SAW THREE WORDS "THERES BETTER SOLUTIONS". THOSE WORDS CHANGE MY DIRECTION IN WAYS I DIDNT SEE. NOW IM ON A PATH OF SOLVING A COMPLEX FINANCAL PROBLEM AM IN. BEST OF ALL WONT HAVE CHARTER 13 TIED TO MY NAME AN WALLET FOR LIFE.

I would not recommend I started with Beyond about a little over a year ago. At the time I had 5 different debt areas totaling around $25,000. There were 2 large accounts with the majority of the debt, 3 others that had a total of about $3,000. They told me that the deal was I would pay $159 every 2 weeks for 4 years and it would be cleared. At the time of the consultation, I specifically asked about a few things: 1) my credit score was around 720 at the time, how much would this affect it and for how long? 2) Is that going to be enough of a monthly payment? Should I increase to cover the costs so its faster for the negotiations? 3) should I just not include the smaller accounts and pay those off? They told me with great confidence that: - I should absolutely keep every debt account on here. There is absolutely no reason to do hold anything back. - That increasing my payment wouldn't help because it only takes more money out of my pocket monthly and doing this payment plan would work great. -That I shouldn't even need to contact them as long as I stayed on my payment course. - That your credit score WILL take a small short term hit, but all of their customers report back that they see it go "higher than it was before" within a year. Now if we fast forward 20 months later. My credit score is 520, i can't rent a home. This happened because there were SO many delinquent payments from the first 3 smaller accounts that is sent my score down and is not climbing. Then I got a call that the bank is taking legal action and I need to come up with 10,000 in 3 months. OR I can just increase my bi-weekly payment from 159 to 659 dollars ($1400 per month) They mislead me on everything they said. I am sure that if you have a single credit line with a certain amount of debt, this company can help you get a lower rate. If you actually need a debt solution that doesn't involve years of Credit issues and the banks still coming after you in court, I would not go with them. P.S. this exact same thing happened to my fiance and now our household is under larger payments than we had before the program.

Absolutely terrible experience and borderline fraudulent. I was told to steop contact with all collection agencies for months as Beyond Finance would then start to go to work on my debt resolution. I started to notice barely any progress that they were making with my numerous debts. Then they started reaching out to me stating that they could not move forward without extended documentation and notarized letters despite going through a two and a half hour onboarding call, uploading all of my documentation. Now, they are demanding that I contact all of these businesses that they originally told me to ignore, with the impossible task of asking them to give me extended documentation when I am now beyond delinquent with the accounts. Customer service stopped responding and I was unable to get adequate help and have had my concerns dismissed. This company is fraudulent with their approach and promises to customers. Don't be fooled by them when they settle one or two very outdated and easy to resolve accounts. They will continue to take large chunks of money out of your bank and account and all progress on your debt resolution will slow to a crawl/stop. They have had 2K of my money for my "enrolled debt" that they are supposed to apply to debt resolutions which has been sitting in their pockets for almost a year now and they have still been trying to withdraw money out of my bank account on a bi-weekly basis.

So far I liked all of it. Everyone has been most helpful!

Jensen was awesome and help me explaining all through the process making sure the plan picked was the most accurate for me. He was very professional and understood my worries. When I finished the call it was a very nice feeling that I was doing the right thing. I still need to get more experience about the process and get to know how it works as time pass that’s why I give four start review.

My representative was very well educated at her occupation, she was great at explaining the program to me. She was super knowledgeable, and had great manners and patience with me as I tried following everything she was explaining to me.
