My experience at this point has been limited. I’ve just started and my first payment has been made to beyond. So far, everyone has been courteous, prompt, and helpful. The process has been explained, and I see my first creditor is being addressed as explained. Will see how it works over time. Support materials are also a plus and continue daily

He was very understanding with me and my problems that was about to happen to me. My financial situation was getting bad after years of dedication and faithfulness to my creditors. He was good to me in trying to see, what the best resolution would be for me. He got me a plan of action. He was fast, courteous, respectful of my needs. He needs a “pat” on his back. I was apprehensive after looking at a TikTok video but after a conversation with the representative and reviewing my financial situation Beyond Finance has relieved and saved me thousands in interest that I had not really considered but it adds up when you have multiple loans. I feel relieved and stress free and can sleep good knowing soon I’ll be debt free.

I’m new to the program, but onboarding was super easy, and more importantly, welcoming and compassionate! Other companies had turned us down because we were in too much trouble! We would not have had our debt paid down for 21 years by making minimum payments. Now we’re saving $1000/mo, plus we’ll be paid off in 48 months ! I can breathe again!!

I just enlisted the help of Beyond Finance. After speaking with their Representative, Joseph, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of me! Joseph spent over an hour + listening to my situation and concerns and guided me through the process. I declared bankruptcy once several years ago and did not want to do it again. I can now pay my creditors without having to pay the exorbitant interest charges and reduce the amount of time it will take to be completely out of debt! Now I can breathe! What a great service!

Nubia was such a pleasure to talk with. She was trustworthy, honest, and professional regarding uncomfortable topics like credit cards and money. I am usually the kind of person that suspects business scams and looks deeply into any business offer that crosses my way. She explained things so clearly and let me know how things worked both for me and for her company that it was one of the first times I didn't have to run a check on the business to see if everything was legitimate. Beyond Finance is the solution that I needed. My credit card debt had gotten out of control. I had been making my payments, but paying only the minimums because of income changes during the pandemic. The recent changes of interest rates mad things worse. The counselor that I spoke with was patient and articulate. I had lost of questions. Each one was answered in a way that made things clear to me. Now I can look forward to getting my finances back on tract. The solution will take some time, but will be well worth it.

I was with a different consolidation company and switch to beyond. I got great service, updated emails on my account and whats going on, as well every question I asked answered! I found out more from beyond of my choices ,and how to get rid of debt then I ever got from previous company I was with. All my questions were answered and they have great customer service.

When I talked to the representative, she explained things so well and allowed me to go at my own pace. She wasn't pushy and I felt she was genuinely concerned about helping me. Rodrigo G was the agent I spot to and he could not have possibly been better. He explained everything to me, took the time to make sure I understood everything, went over all options and was just truly a pleasure to speak with. I will say that being transferred to the other rep after speaking to him seemed redundant as she basically told me the exact same things he did. She was very nice, but it just seemed a little pointless as he told me everything she did beforehand.

From the very beginning of my conversation with the Beyond Finance representative, I felt very comfortable and at easy as he explained how the program worked. I immediately realized that this was the program that would help me pay down my ballooning debt and start saving me thousands of dollars and improving my cash flow situation. After I received Welcoming Kit and reviewed the Debt Resolution Agreement, I knew this was the program to resolve my current financial difficulties and signed up immediately. At this point they have been very transparent and I'm very satisfied with the program.

i have been overwhelmed because of health issues and paying bills. borring money. credit cards maxed i couldnt keep up and built up a preety hefty debt. i researched what was my best options. i also researched companies, i am not sure how this will work out, but the strees already is 50 percent less. The people there were awesome exspecially bianca t. i cant say enough of how nice and helpful she was, please the others i talked to. I pray this works.

I have a hard time understanding all the negative reviews. I enrolled 3 types of debt a when I started in the program last month and agreed on a twice a month deposit into my escrow account. I make my first deposit and BOOM, I get a settlement offer from my first enrolled account; 14,000 down to 6,000. People are complaining that there are fees. Yes, this is a buisness and given they're representing you with your creditors and saving you tons of money, it's worth it. I encourage more people to give beyond finance a chance.

I only started my journey with Beyond Finance a couple of days ago, but I have to say, it has been an extremely pleasant experience so far!
