I'm more than satisfied I'm relieved of stress. When talking with Kristina she made me feel at ease, she didn't judge my situation but instead she took control and told me it's going to be okay and would do her best to help me, I thought for sure I was going to be denied help again but instead came up with a plan to help me get out of debt. Now I have the chance to be debt free it will take some time but it will be worth it.

I appreciated the knowledge of Burke and the extent to which he explained the philosophy of how a GOOD program, such as this, should work for a consumer. I liked that our conversation was a no BS one-way "sales" pitch. Every question I had was answered, pretty much before I asked. Burke was very patient with me while I found items I needed to discuss, yelled at the dogs, let the dogs out, let the dogs in (LOL) etc., etc. He was good at providing the nitty gritty details, but also the big picture. He gave me precise instructions on what I needed to do on my part to make this program work for us.

Stephen was very understanding and helpful throughout the process and even followed up the next day.

Burke was very helpful and explained everything to my wife and I step by step on our journey to being debt free. We are so thankful!!

Calling Accreditation debt solutions was the best decision I’ve made. Debt specialist Nathan Stock is the best at his job! Not only is he knowledgeable and professional he’s thorough! He didn’t rush he answered my questions/concerns in the first few minutes of our conversation.

Overall I'm just beginning my journey with them but the process so far has made worried less about my debt and I see a future were I can accomplish all the goals discussed to get them resolved.

I was given information that was simple yet succinct. It was delivered to me by Christopher who was professional, caring, knowledgeable, patient, answered questions so I understood what he was telling me, he listened to my comments and questions and responded appropriately giving me the information I requested. The additional person I spoke with, Dia, was professional, knowledgeable, spoke at my level, and was willing to listen and respond as needed! This is a great thing I happened upon and I look forward to working with them over time!

I spoke to Nathan S., who was the most knowledgeable person in any industry I have spoken to in years. I called to get a personal loan; I was not interested in consolidation at all. He put no pressure on me and made an easy transition to just consider. I heard him, and it has changed everything for the better! He actually was able to relate to me in a personal way that no one ever could, he put all of my fears at ease (how to handle my accounts, how to deal with phone calls, what I needed to do, cost/benefit, full analysis, explained the law works and even helped me to research how this could affect my job, he confirmed everything he was not sure of and was honest about that as well!) My review of this company is beyond 5 stars! My wife is in the process of switching to another agency, and the way they explained the law will allow us to sever ties with them and bring her over to Beyond Finance as well. It truly counts when you care about your craft and helping people, and just let the product sell itself or not. He never pressured me, unlike other companies. I spoke to other agencies, and they spend 30 minutes on the phone with you just to pass you along to another guy who has to start all over again (sorry, Mario Lopez, your company needs to improve efficiency, knowledge, and care), NOT WITH BEYON FINANCE! It is clear they hire and train people who make a difference in people's lives. If you have found this review, I am not being paid for it. I am honestly telling you that you should just give them a call and listen, learn, and compare to how other companies treat you. Ask away; they won't rush you or transfer you to someone else who has everything, who doesn't care, or who doesn't relate to your needs and wants to help. Nathan stayed way over hours to help me, and it was never ever a concern for him. At the end of our long conversation, I knew more than ever, especially compared to other companies and felt confident in making the choice. Was told my dedicated account was mine and I could cancel at anytime. Was told only a small percentage of accounts end up in litigation (2%). When 25% of mine ended up in litigation I decided to contact a bankruptcy lawyer and cancel services. I am being given the runaround.
