I spoke to Nathan S., who was the most knowledgeable person in any industry I have spoken to in years. I called to get a personal loan; I was not interested in consolidation at all. He put no pressure on me and made an easy transition to just consider. I heard him, and it has changed everything for the better! He actually was able to relate to me in a personal way that no one ever could, he put all of my fears at ease (how to handle my accounts, how to deal with phone calls, what I needed to do, cost/benefit, full analysis, explained the law works and even helped me to research how this could affect my job, he confirmed everything he was not sure of and was honest about that as well!) My review of this company is beyond 5 stars! My wife is in the process of switching to another agency, and the way they explained the law will allow us to sever ties with them and bring her over to Beyond Finance as well. It truly counts when you care about your craft and helping people, and just let the product sell itself or not. He never pressured me, unlike other companies. I spoke to other agencies, and they spend 30 minutes on the phone with you just to pass you along to another guy who has to start all over again (sorry, Mario Lopez, your company needs to improve efficiency, knowledge, and care), NOT WITH BEYON FINANCE! It is clear they hire and train people who make a difference in people's lives. If you have found this review, I am not being paid for it. I am honestly telling you that you should just give them a call and listen, learn, and compare to how other companies treat you. Ask away; they won't rush you or transfer you to someone else who has everything, who doesn't care, or who doesn't relate to your needs and wants to help. Nathan stayed way over hours to help me, and it was never ever a concern for him. At the end of our long conversation, I knew more than ever, especially compared to other companies and felt confident in making the choice. Thank you so much for being real human beings, not a call center in another country, but real Americans who understand your issues. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed. My representative was amazing and was able to help with all of my questions. He provided so many resources if any questions come up .

Everyone was very clear on the information. I talked with 3 different individuals and all of them was sincere and made sure I understood what was happening. Makayla was great and gave me a ton of information right away but made sure to answer all my questions very clearly.

Our representative Andrea was understand, asked the right questions and knew why we needed this program to help consolidate our debt. We were surprised at the low monthly payment. This give us the opportunity to restructure our budget using cash only.

I like the way they understood what was going on. They help me complete and change my outlook on the way my life is going to be. Being able to get out of debt in 4 years instead of 20 plus years is great. I would highly recommend!!

I worked with Judith as my account debt specialist. She walked me through the whole process, and answered every question I had about the program. Even when I went a bit off topic she listened and supported me when I was struggling to make a decision. She was very compassionate & understanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to speak with with full understanding what was getting myself into. I also walked away with being able to save a couple hundred a month to get me out of the struggles I’m sure we are all in. Thank you!
