We are transparent about our debt resolution program, which includes being upfront with our clients about our process, timeline and fees. The contract you sign upon enrollment and your onboarding call with our agent gives a clear understanding of our fee structure and your deposit schedule. We do not take deposits out of your Dedicated Account without your consent. One thing to note is that we cannot, and do not, collect our settlement fees until we have successfully come to a settlement with one of your creditors, you’ve approved that settlement and you’ve made a payment to that creditor. Our program is able to save our clients up to 25% on their enrolled debts.
