This company is the worst of the worst. They have taken $6200 from me in one year and of that 2600 paid to creditors the rest are for fees that they take. I would not use them again if i was paid to.

Core to our program is ensuring that all of our clients fully understand how our debt relief program works—we regret that we missed the mark with you.

It's worth noting that we walk clients through their program fees at enrollment and our program fees are factored into client deposits. However, we cannot, and do not, collect our resolution fees until we have successfully resolved with a creditor, you’ve approved that resolution and you’ve made a payment to that creditor. One of the benefits of our program is that even with our fees included, working with us can be much less expensive than continuing to pay your creditors directly (due to their interest rates and additional fees).

Our program is designed to resolve debt, and as stated in our Welcome Kit and enrollment agreement, it can have a negative credit impact. Some debt relief methods can affect your credit score, but the drop is often temporary. Our clients usually see an improvement in their credit score as their debts are resolved.
