I consolidated debt with them on 1/2020 & just received a summons to go to court on 5/20/21 from Discover. They STILL have not settled with this company. It's now on my credit report as bad debit. NO ONE has ever reached out to me regarding this issue. It took a sheriff to come knocking on my door. It's now 3 days before court & I had to call them. I've reach out to their "legal" dept several times & NOTHING!!! Would not recommend using their services!! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!

DO NOT use this company. Please...there are much better companies that will help you. They are horrible and customer service is just awful, never had such a worse experience in my life. They will not help you in any way shape or form. if you have attorneys after you they will not help at all. Please look elsewhere, you will not be happy with this company.

I do not recommend anyone to go forward with this program. They did nothing for me and I still paid 5000 dollars for nothing!! They don’t tell you they have a 25% fee so when you decide to cancel they take all of your money. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Beyond collected enough money to pay off one account I did not accept the offer I felt the settlement amount was still to high. Then I asked how much they were charging and it was $900 at that point I fired them. They were only going to reduce my $28,000 debt by $6,000. .

Don’t use this Company, lots of hidden fees, you will end up paying double of what you owe. The so called dashboard is not transparent. Call your credit card companies yourself and negotiate, they are willing to work with you. Beyond is the worst of its kind.

We absolutely NEVER charge hidden fees. The one and only fee we collect is a flat performance-based fee on each enrolled debt once we successfully reach settlements for our clients. This is explained during enrollment.

The average settlement offer we reach for our clients is 50% and we collect a 25% fee, so you’re generally paying about 75% of what you owe. We are happy to walk you through each of the fees you paid so you understand where your funds went.

Though individuals can certainly attempt to negotiate directly with their creditors, our negotiations team has years of experience and has built long-standing relationships with creditors which allows us to reach optimal settlements for our clients. It’s also true that creditors often ask for the balance of the settlement within a few months, which can be difficult for someone with multiple outstanding debts to manage. Through our program, you’re able to pay down each settlement gradually, so you still have cash for your expenses and funds to reach other settlements.

We’re sorry our program wasn’t a good fit for you.
