We appreciate your feedback, Sandy. We strive to be transparent with our clients about our program and processes, which is why we review the credit impact of our program with each client during their enrollment.

Our program is designed to resolve debt, and as stated in our Welcome Kit and enrollment agreement, it can have a negative credit impact. Some debt relief methods can affect your credit score, but the drop is often temporary. Our clients usually see an improvement in their credit score as their debts are resolved.
