Beyond Finance is the solution that I needed. My credit card debt had gotten out of control. I had been making my payments, but paying only the minimums because of income changes during the pandemic. The recent changes of interest rates mad things worse. The counselor that I spoke with was patient and articulate. I had lost of questions. Each one was answered in a way that made things clear to me. Now I can look forward to getting my finances back on tract. The solution will take some time, but will be well worth it.

I have a hard time understanding all the negative reviews. I enrolled 3 types of debt a when I started in the program last month and agreed on a twice a month deposit into my escrow account. I make my first deposit and BOOM, I get a settlement offer from my first enrolled account; 14,000 down to 6,000. People are complaining that there are fees. Yes, this is a buisness and given they're representing you with your creditors and saving you tons of money, it's worth it. I encourage more people to give beyond finance a chance.

I am disgusted by this company. I called and spoke to a representative in April 2023, simply looking to consolidate cards that I had used for a business start up. I wasn't even looking to negotiate the debt, I just wanted to simplify my payments. The representative made this program seem wonderful, and they'd be able to negotiate the balances on my cards. I was told the negotiations usually take 3-6 months before an agreement is reached and regular payments begin. It's now April of 2024, and I still have one account that has yet to be resolved. I was told there would be a temporary drop in my credit score while they negotiated my debt, but not to worry!! It'll go right back up once payments begin. My score was mid 700s. I now have a score of 531. Any time i contact the company they have nothing to say other than some companies take longer to negotiate and there's nothing they can do. I was lied to in order to enroll me in this program.
