Customer service is excellent! The agent I’m assigned to is a great help (Brittney)as I’m going through the first step on this journey. Brittney answered my questions and explained everything step by step for me. I choice this company because of the outstanding customer service of Brittney and will be there to reach out to.

Well first it started with my contact with jodie and she was absolutely amazing She took care of my needs and answered every question. I had when dwonder if methodically through the program the agreements and everything else involving. This? Transaction and she was just absolutely fantastic to deal with. I you should get more people like her and then I talked with Pam afterwards and she was absolutely amazing. Also they took care of my needs. We're responsive to my needs and very professional about how they handle it. I thank you guys for having these. People on your team job well done

I reach out to Beyond Finance and they were very helpful and Polite. When I got off the phone I felt so much relief and stress lifted off my shoulders. They walk me through everything and never one made me feel ashamed. They keep me informed on everything and I can now see light at the end of a dark tunnel. I did great had a good credit score , they all at once lost my husband and my mom in the same week. Had to leave my job to move home with family. So to say I have been through a rough spot is an understatement, but because of Beyond I feel I can get back on my feet. So Thank you all for all your doing and have done this far. This company gave me back my Dignity. if you need help don't wait contact them . They can help you feel so much better.

Beyond Finance is legitimate and a wonderful option for debt relief. I just finished the process of freeing myself from debt of $45k. It cost me just under $700 a month, for 45 months, replacing the $2500 I was faithfully paying each month. I took the credit score ding in exchange for being able to breathe and live again. I followed every step they advised to the letter. Any complainers may not have followed all their advising or did not pay on time or regularly, or just don'tunderstand what is being done on their behalf. I was also chosen to be in a commercial ad for the company and gladly participated without pay because this program REALLY changed my quality of life. Free, at last! Free, at last! Thank you, Beyond Finance!

Well, it's much to early to give a qualified rating. However, so far, I'm please with this process and look forward to have a little change in my pocket. The last company I was working with was getting $260 a month to settle 5 accounts for me. They did absolutely nothing to resolve or reduce my debts. They merely took $4,000.00 from my bank account over a period of roughly 16-17 months. Beyond is taking just under $270.00 to work with 12 creditors of mine. I have one major creditor to deal with - my bank credit card, which I am able to pay off each month. With Beyond's help, I now have extra cash to enjoy life with once again. So, I'm very pleased with what Beyond has made possible for me.

While paying minimum balance, my credit rating went down subtantially and upon a costly divorce involving real estate division, I needed to recover financially avoiding tapping into my 401(k) as in a high tax bracket. Shopping around for loans, I was directed to Beyond Finance and did not hear before about that Debt Resolution program. I used it for 3 credits over a period of 3 years, graduated last month and joined again for two remaining credit card accounts as I was quite pleased with the program. One's situation needs to warrant that form of help, yet I don't have any regrets and where my FICO rating went from 845 to about 550 during that phase, it could recover within a few months once the original creditors are paid. I had very helpful and patient representatives and I feel that Beyond Finance can be a lifesaver if one can qualify.

This company is a rip off. They settled 2 accounts I paid $900 and the 3rd account took me to court they didn’t even try to negotiate with them I settled with that company out of court with a payment agreement. Then when I said this wasn’t helping me and I wanted to close my account they KEPT MY $300 I had in my dedicated account saved. Hmmm just seems like they’re just as bad as all those companies they talk down on about high interest you do the math they took $300 on $900 settlements that’s 33% they are nothing but crooks and are just as bad as high interest creditors they talk down on. Would NEVER RECOMMEND anyone to this company not even my worse enemy.

Please stay away. As a business owner myself, I tend to not give out negative reviews as I know how harmful they can be but if I can keep even one person from enrolling it will be well worth it. In December 2022 when I signed up, I wasn’t struggling with credit card debt, I simply wanted a consolidation loan to combine my several credit card payments into just one payment a month. I Googled “credit card consolidation loan” and Beyond was one of the first to pop up. I called inquiring about rates and terms. The woman I spoke with talked about how they’re a great option to escape debt and lower my monthly payments. Stupidly on my part I went ahead, it was then I was told that I’d take a “slight temporary hit” on my credit score, but nothing to worry because everything will be wrapped up “shortly” and I can move on from my debt. What an awful choice on my part. They tell you to stop making your credit card payments, and that you’ll soon be “contacted” by the credit companies and to “ignore them”. Well they hound you. Multiple times a day. They will contact your family looking to get a hold of you. Endless letters sent by US Mail and FedEx. And more and more phone calls to you and sometimes your family members. That “slight” and “temporary” hit to your credit score? Mine went from a 710 in December 2022 to where it sits in high 500’s in December 2023. So either I was lied to about “slight” or the definition of the word has changed at some point and I wasn’t notified. I had planned around this time to move, that can’t happen now because no way I’m getting any decent mortgage with a credit score in the 500’s. The true cherry on the top of this program, is that in July 2023 I was sent an email from Beyond saying something along the lines of “congratulations you will soon qualify for the Graduation Loan Program”. Basically saying I’ve done everything I’ve needed to and that soon I’ll be getting a code from Above Lending with an invitation to a credit consolidation loan. Hallelujah I thought, the exact thing I was looking for in the first place. I call Beyond to ask for more information and they say that you need to be in the program for 9 months and have 6 consecutive months of on time payments. Perfect, I never miss any payments, and within a few weeks I’ll have been in the program 9 months. It hits 9 months of me in the program, I call and ask about the loan, the person I speak with said I’ve met all of the requirements and I’ll likely be reached out to shortly. This was September, I call both Above Lending and Beyond once every 2-3 weeks for an update, and I keep getting the answer of “soon” and now in mid-December 2023, I’m still getting told “soon”. Meanwhile I was legally served with a lawsuit from one of my credit card companies and likely on the verge of another one. I’m living in constant anxiety that another server will be showing up at my door with more legal papers and another lawsuit. By the way, they never tell you about this until it actually happens. So let me tell you, avoid this program unless you actually like being served and having a lawsuit against you from a major corporation. I’ve spent several nights with tears in my eyes because of what this program has done to me financially, and how I can’t move to a new house which was something I had been planning and preparing for for years. I’m 33 years old and have never been a day late on a payment for anything let along straight up skipping payments. I’ve called both Beyond and Above Lending basically begging and pleading to get me that Graduation Loan, and no progress has been made. I’m under the belief at this point that it won’t ever happen, and that “slight” and “temporary” hit to my credit score is more like “crippling” and “long term”. Signing up for Beyond’s program may be the worst mistake I have made in my life, and unless you are in dire straights with your debt, please, please do not make the same mistake as me. I’m at the point where if I don’t have that Graduation loan by the end of January 2024, I’m pulling myself out.

If I could give no stars I would. I signed up for Beyond Finance about 3 months ago. Two payments went through for 1 settlement that they got for me. For two months I was paying that. For this third month they took the biweekly payment but I canceled one week later and my third month payment did not go thru yet. Just so you know I canceled because I found out I can contact my creditors and work this out with them and not pay high fees. So Beyond Finance took the money left in my account that was $178.00. They did not refund it and I don't know why because the 3rd month payment did not go through yet so what are they charging me for. Do not go through with this company at all. They told me when I signed up that if I cancel I would receive a refund of what is left in my account. They lie!! Stay away and don't bother with this company at all.

Friendly and professional staff, very helpful and informative. I tried so hard to get out of debt but interest rates kept easing into my payments so I’m looking forward to this much needed helping hand from beyond

I’m so satisfied with the service Beyond finance provided..They were able to guide me through the process in detail. Their customer service is the best I have encountered.. They have made my life soo much better since I signed up with them . I would recommend them to everyone who’s struggling with debt.

Agent develops a great raport with client. He explains things in understandable terms and if you don't understand, he very patiently explains again. He wants you to understand completely. He is empathetic to the client situation, lets you know that he is on your side and will do whatever he is able to make the situation work for you.

I just enlisted the help of Beyond Finance. After speaking with their Representative, Joseph, I felt like a huge weight was lifted off of me! Joseph spent over an hour + listening to my situation and concerns and guided me through the process. I declared bankruptcy once several years ago and did not want to do it again. I can now pay my creditors without having to pay the exorbitant interest charges and reduce the amount of time it will take to be completely out of debt! Now I can breathe! What a great service!

Nubia was such a pleasure to talk with. She was trustworthy, honest, and professional regarding uncomfortable topics like credit cards and money. I am usually the kind of person that suspects business scams and looks deeply into any business offer that crosses my way. She explained things so clearly and let me know how things worked both for me and for her company that it was one of the first times I didn't have to run a check on the business to see if everything was legitimate. It was one of the best financial moves I made. No more stress because of high-interest rates. What a relief.

Beyond Finance is the solution that I needed. My credit card debt had gotten out of control. I had been making my payments, but paying only the minimums because of income changes during the pandemic. The recent changes of interest rates mad things worse. The counselor that I spoke with was patient and articulate. I had lost of questions. Each one was answered in a way that made things clear to me. Now I can look forward to getting my finances back on tract. The solution will take some time, but will be well worth it.
