My agent has put confidence back into me and I have the confidence to watch the way I will be debt free. It’s easy to get into debt and with the help of my agent she has provided me with great insight on how to manage my finances better.

I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. I wish they would communicate a lot more and try to get more from my creditors to help me out, in other words them paying my creditors I still have a fairly large balance to pay afterwards. Don't get me wrong I really like that they accepted me and offered to help me pay my creditors off but I'm disappointed because they're not getting more out of my creditors than I thought so it will help me. My two most expensive bills that would that would take years to get those paid off the way that they are going about it so that's why I had a relative that offered to help me pay two of my creditors off.

I love that they were so impressionable, it was like talking to a friend rather than a robotic person reading from a script. They explained the process in terms that I could understand. Always kept updated about my account. All my questions answered by friendly and professional men or women. Americor makes me feel safe about making my decision to use their services! I increased my deposit amount so hopefully I can be completed with the program sooner than they stated. I worry all the time if I am doing or have made the right choice, and then later that day or the next I am receiving a settlement offer! I have 3 settled and 1 more to go. Me & husband felt like the ppl w/ Americor were not thorough on things involved, like I I asked if a creditor were to possibly try taking I I asked what happens if a creditor tried possibly suing us..we were told, " we have ppl n the co to take care of that for u"..it turns out we had to go w/ Credit 9, get a loan, to avoid this.. our payments r becoming $49 more a month, than our orig deps w/ Americor, of 302.71, starting 3/17/24, the amt is 351 plus ..we were told Americor can only do so much
