It's been very pleasant. I was all stressed out when I first call, but the associate, I think her name is Amanda, she calmed me down and I decided that this was the best way for me to get out of debt. When I tried to call to change my deposit date, I left a message on Saturday and she called me right back today when they were open and available to let me know that everything the transaction did go through. People call back and get back with me and don't ignore that I called and left a message. I like that.

The customer service was very good. They explained everything and they make me understand. They give me all the details that I need to know and the same time they explained how everything works, in the future and all of that. It's been really great. They explain to me how everything worked and how it was going to work. I was kind of skeptical at first because I've had bad experiences with debt relief people in the past, but that was way back in the 90s. She explained to me and in detail and after about 30 minutes I finally said okay, I'll do this because that really impressed me. You come to Americor because you're going through a hard financial time and the person that made contact with me was very knowledgeable about I guess what the services they could offer with their time to go over all the details with me I was engaging and and pathetic and I don't know just felt safe talking to them. If you are interested in getting debt consolidation I would definitely recommend Americor. I dealt with like two different people, both of whom were very professional and quick at understanding. They listen to the reasons why I want to see the debt consolidation so it didn't feel like I was doing like business. It was a pretty easy set up with them and then getting you know like everything squared away and uploading documents and stuff like that is has been pretty easy.

When I first started to call them I thought that it was a loan they give you to pay your debt and then you pay them back but it's more of they consolidate everything but they negotiate with your debtors to get that thing down like fifty percent. Settled all of my debt. Answered any questions I had. The settlements happened faster than I thought. I was so overwhelmed with multiple loans, and couldn't pay them. With AMERICOR negotiating the settlements, and then me getting the CREDIT9 loan to pay off the rest- it was such a relief. Hopefully my credit starts to build back up again. It was always easy to get a hold of somebody and they always explain everything going on. It was going to take over a year to get everything settled and it was going to cost a certain price and I paid a little bit more and it actually came in eight months and then the price was reduced. They used some of my money to pay off one of the cards that I had been paying rather than put that in the financing so they got it settled quickly. I got what I was expecting. They work good for me.

I would refer people to Americor if they were in a jam. In the next year, I'll be in better shape financially. I was pleased with the the very first agent, Mr. Mark I. I think overall Americor has been very professional and courteous with me, and have gone above and beyond to answer questions and provide useful information. The reason I am rating them a 4 instead of a 5 has more to do with the whole industry and process of debt consolidation, because I feel like I had to really press and ask difficult questions to get the full picture. Fundamentally, you are transferring debt from one place to another, and at the end of the day I am not saving nearly as much as it sounded like I would be in the orientation. If I had the means to pay the debt off quicker I would save more, but staying steady with payments essentially leaves me paying about $1000 less on a $20,000 debt.

They were really attentive because when they would call and it came up as spam, so I wouldn't answer it and then they would send you a text that they were trying to call you, so then I would answer because I know it wasn't spam. It's been awesome because I recently went through a divorce and got the credit cards so they helped me do all that. Don't be embarrassed just do it. I think americor does a good job of training their employees. Pretty much everything that the gentleman said would happen has happened so far, there's been no surprises.
