I would definitely recommend Americor. Every time I called there was somebody to answer my questions. They thoroughly answered and the people very very pleasant. There are articles on their mobile app that I could educate myself with. Each account that you click you can observe the progress from the beginning and can see the end goal and where you were at so it was very reassuring, I appreciated that a lot. I monitored it very closely. You need to be patient because it is a process. They are easy to work with, they explain everything to you in the beginning. And they have people check in with you every 6 months to ask how things are going. I liked my experience with them and I am pleased.

They were able to explain everything in a way that I was able to understand and they made me feel comfortable doing business with them. They've been very helpful, they are also on top of making sure I give them proper information so they can best help me when it comes to renewing my debt. I like the tips that are in the app because it keeps you up to date and informs you. Honestly I would recommend Americor one hundred percent of the time just because of the way that they explain everything and the way they break it down and the way they're able to work with you depending on what you want and what you don't want.

I mean, it's never easy realizing just how bad your financial situation has gotten. For me, after my husband lost his jobs going into Covid, I basically went into complete denial on how far we were sinking into debt. So when push came to shove and I finally crunched all the numbers, it was debt consolidation or bust. Americor made the process of debt consolidation accessible and straight forward. They handled all the communication with my prior financial institutions, and even took care of the relentless phone calls. They've always been incredibly professional, kind, and understanding. And much to their word, now that I'm over a year into the program, my credit score has gone up, I'm on the road to being completely debt free, and overall, things are just better :) 10/10 would use again. But ya know, I hope I never have to use them again lol

Extremely trustworthy, made me very comfortable. I trusted him, he was just like the average Joe talking to me, he didn't over talk me or make me confused with finance, so I trusted them a lot. I'm very happy right now because I was able to speed it up a little bit because all my payments were on time and I was able to pay for debt relief loan that they offered and we did all of that pretty quickly and I'm very happy how everything went. I've paid most of my debt all through Americor and it went pretty quick. It would have cost me twice as much if I had to try to do it on my own and they made me very, very comfortable. They answer every question that I had, they were always available and they kept alive the communications. I never felt like I didn't know what they're doing.

I have been dealing with some issues from the divorce. One of my credit cards was sueing me and the gentlement I worked with went ahead and did a refinance with my debt consolidation loan. He was able to work out that I didn't have to provide all the paperwork the credit card company wanted - because I went from a joint checking account to a singular checking account. So I thought that was fantastic. My claim was dropped as far as being sued by the bank. The only thing i was upset about was that they took care of the credit card with the lowest balance first instead of the highest (which is the one that was sueing me). And because we couldn't pay off the higher one, that's why I ended up being soon. So I wish they would have worked on the higher balance one first or all at once a little more patiently.
Americor keeps me up to date where I stand as far as when they make the payment for each credit card, how many payments I have left, and they have one paid off before they move onto the next one. I would recommend them. I personally didn't want to go this route, but I had to do something and they are wonderful to work with.

Taking that step to get help will relieve a lot of stress, but also knowing that others are in the same boat so there's nothing really be embarrassed about either. So far I've had a lot of good consistent communication, a lot of good tools and resources emailed to me frequently. I love that they have the app as well so I can go in and take a look at current standings and different resources available as well. I've worked with Sean and he was super diligent and thorough in looking through my actual credit report and then helping me to find the best plan of action to help decrease the overall debt.

I'm glad that I got the letter in the mail about Americor. I wasn't sure about the company before. I would definitely recommend anyone to call americor and just be as honest and upfront as possible with them about spending habits and what loans you have out there because regardless, if you do decide to go with them or not, they're going off to check your credit and that's going to help give you understanding of what's really coming out of your account of what you have to pay. So I would just say if you're really trying to get better financial ability for yourself in your household I would recommend americor. My agent's name is Derek and he was very knowledgeable and made it pretty simple. It was very helpful.

Even after the initial set up you expect excellent customer service members getting everything set up. Follow up care was exceptional. If I contacted them right now they would answer me promptly. The only issue we currently have a debt collector were the debt been settled but we're still getting calls and collection notices to we're trying to get that resolved right now but that's not through any fault of americor but the actual service itself. Americor got things taken care of it, it was exceptional what happened on the schedule. There were no hiccups. It's a pretty simple system, the portal was easy to maneuver. They have everything solid, I think it was a nice job. They were exceptional.

Everything moved very swiftly according to their promise. I was able to get on a payment plan in a relatively short period of time. It is all paid off. I am glad I don’t have to worry. I would recommend Americor. Often times the cost of the service is the same amount as the debt you are trying to get rid of but in the case I didn’t have to shell out a large amount of money. I am completely satisfied. It is a great service. I feel very comfortable working with them. I didn’t see anything to make me think they were untrustworthy. They built on their promises. It is thoroughly better than bankruptcy.

I have no reason not to trust them. They need to give clearer answers when customers ask questions. A couple of times and I felt like I wasn't quite getting a clear answer but otherwise everything was great. Just do it sooner rather than later and follow the advice of not making any large purchases while you're doing that negotiation that helped me a lot with mine. They were always good about communicating with me with any changes that came along they would try to contact me in any way possible. To make sure that it was clear what they were doing and why, say yeah I was happy with that. Everybody was always really kind and friendly.

They have always been really helpful. Whenever I need help, they are able to answer my questions right away and they are kind over the phone. They are encouraging and nice to talk to. The plan is really good. They do everything. It helps you in the long run to take of you finances. The company is very people oriented. They listen to you and care about your stories. American provided the best possible solution to my financial problems...they explained in detail what they could do and what I would be expected to do...there were no hidden surprises like special fees or unplanned expenses...everything was made clear for me to understand and followed to the letter...and to boot,, they resolved my debts long before the end of my payment schedule offering to arrange paying all debts off with a loan thus boosting my credit scores long before they would otherwise go up...and the loan was no more unaffordable or mysterious than Americor's original contract...can't recommend them highly enough!!!

Very very thorough. Everybody that works together has called me and and help me out with answered any question I had. The gentleman that is taking over my case has been ready to call me, he's available anytime I need him, if I send him an email he answers very quickly and has information and whatever else I may need. They were very honest and upfront with me and explained to me exactly what I needed to do as far as getting in contact with the credit card companies. It was easy to get signed up, it was very quick and very very simple. I would definitely recommend it to someone that's in the same situation that I'm in.

I’ve been working with Americor for about a year as part of my effort to get out of debt. They explained their process for lowering interest rates and managing accounts, and I appreciated having guidance during a stressful time. While my main priority was my largest Wells Fargo account, the team initially focused on some of my smaller debts. This wasn’t the approach I expected, but it did help me make progress on a few accounts.
Recently, I received a summons from Wells Fargo, which was overwhelming, and I learned I needed to add additional funds to my Americor account. Although this information didn’t come as early as I would have liked, customer service did explain the next steps and what was needed to move forward.
Americor has helped me better understand the debt relief process, but I think clearer communication and quicker updates would make the experience even stronger. They may be a good fit for people who want structured guidance, but it’s important to stay proactive and check in often to make sure your priorities are being addressed.

I just started my debt resolution with Americor, and I worked with Kristina—she was amazing! I had filled out an online form and she called me a few days later. At first, I wasn’t excited to get the call because another company had already told me a bunch of things that turned out not to be true, and I’m still waiting to hear back from them days later.
Kristina was the complete opposite. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and helped me finally understand how the debt resolution process really works. Because of her, my husband and I felt confident and decided to move forward with Americor. We’re very happy with our decision.

I did recommend a friend to Americor and she went with them. I can't remember the girl's name, but I usually talk to her and she, she's very understanding. She talks to me and she explains things to me as far as you know that this is going to go into effect. She's a very pleasant person to deal with. They're not out to overcharge you on your payments and stuff like that. I make two payments a month and it's reasonable to where I can afford it and not have to worry about how I'm going to pay. It's always been taken out with no problem and it's not too high.

I guess all I can say is it's been all right. I just wait to hear from my creditors regarding settlement. But I saw in the e-mail that I got today that those letters of settlement usually don't come until after six months. So I'm just being patient and making sure that all my money is always there if you go into the account. They're there if I call them - I get answers when I have questions and I check my portal. That's usually up to date and it's been okay. I trust what's going on.

I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. I wish they would communicate a lot more and try to get more from my creditors to help me out, in other words them paying my creditors I still have a fairly large balance to pay afterwards. Don't get me wrong I really like that they accepted me and offered to help me pay my creditors off but I'm disappointed because they're not getting more out of my creditors than I thought so it will help me. My two most expensive bills that would that would take years to get those paid off the way that they are going about it so that's why I had a relative that offered to help me pay two of my creditors off.

It's a good experience. They always explain everything to you. You don't have to ask them. Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.

Although I ultimately decided not to go forward with the debt resolution plan, every Americor staff person I interacted with (at least 4) I give each five stars for professionalism, program knowledge, empathy & kindness. Mariam especially, (who handled my intake interview) I would give 10 stars if I could. She is a splendid human being and a great credit to Americor.

Well I was under the impression I was going to b debt free in 3 years and it's going to b closer to 5 years now! I made payments to Americor for 8 months then was offered a loan to pay off all of the companies I enrolled in the program. I was told about what they thought they could settle my accounts for which was about half of what I owed. But what I didn't realize was the half they negotiated was how they get paid. So I now have a loan to pay off plus the interest rate is high! They say if I keep up with payments they sometimes offer to refinance at a lower interest rate, or I can seek a loan thu another company to pay off. But I don't think any other companies will offer a good rate after going Thu the long period it took to negotiate so my credit score went down by 100points! It's a hard thing to think about because I've struggled for so many years to get my score to b at a 700! I've been thu a lot and I will get thu this too it's just that I was depending on that 3 year mark and that's outa reach now unless I could increase the amount of my payments but I most likely can't do that because of the cost of living and being a senior we don't get an increase in our income! And I retired on disability so I can't work to make extra money. I know I have the peace of mind I will get there and the collection calls have stopped but it was constant for awhile!

They relived me from being a slave to my debtors and provided me with a choice to fight for my financial future! I am grateful they offer an option that allows me to enjoy my time and not spend it on a bank that is comfortable reclining and collecting everything I work so hard for….I am relieved and free and I’d take peace of mind over greed and contract binding hell any day!

It's been very pleasant. I was all stressed out when I first call, but the associate, I think her name is Amanda, she calmed me down and I decided that this was the best way for me to get out of debt. When I tried to call to change my deposit date, I left a message on Saturday and she called me right back today when they were open and available to let me know that everything the transaction did go through. People call back and get back with me and don't ignore that I called and left a message. I like that.

The consultant that I work with is very knowledgeable. He was very helpful, so I really appreciated all that. He explained everything to me where I could understand. It's been excellent. Everyone I've spoken with has been very knowledgeable and very courteous and provided all the information that I need. He made sure that I understood the different things that I could do.

Excellent quality of personnel, I had discussios with a few employees. They all shared knowledge of how Americor handles the process of helping people eliminate staggering debt with high interest rates. The program I was put on will save me over $25,000 and 6 years. I was doubtful at first but talking with numerous employees, my confidence was restored. I much appreciate Americor being available in my time of need.
