Guy patiently and thoroughly explained how the debt relief program worked; the differences between it and a debt consolidation loan; and the advantages, taking into account my specific circumstances. He was a very good listener, answering all of my questions and taking me step-by-step, clarifying any points as I requested. He was professional, friendly, positive, and encouraging. I felt like I was put back into the "driver's seat" taking the courage to repair my financial situation in a way that was most beneficial. Absolutely wonderful customer skills. To them it is not strictly a job but they actually care and are as thorough in their explanations. EXTREMELY patient. Great teamwork so you have to consider the whole business was that efficient...it was not singled out to one person only. By the time I was done, my spirit was elevated. It was difficult in that my landline batteries kept going dead but they were patient and persevered. Would be happy to spread the good news to others who also might need this level of professional help. Too often, people are swept out the door quickly but they listened, answered .

I was experiencing extreme anxiety and depression as I found myself in one emergency on top of another with my Granddaughter’s life in danger and her 8 month baby due in just four weeks suddenly without a heartbeat and no way to save him!!! I had to help. while still trying to juggle my own responsibilities and supporting her it just fell apart. I was too far behind to catch up. Americor listened and understood my panic. The representatives have been helpful on my journey through the program this far. My deposits have come out correctly with no issues. I have been in the program since December 2023 and I received my first settlement of five accounts in March 2023. Americor was able to settle with Lending Club which was one of my bigger balances owed. I received a call from Americor that I had an offer. I was so excited. I first got connected to an agent to help but because I was at work... I decided to sign into my Americor account and accept my offer. It was so easy. I am eager to see which account is settled next. This creditor was not aggressive in asking for payment. Given it was a few months of no payment. They sent me text messages and mailings reminding me my payment was due. Still uneasy not making payments but I am happy to have one settlement down and four to go. Thanks Americor!

I spent 9 months with another debt consolidation company and I certainly feel like that was a waste of time. Since I have something to compare it to... the onboarding process was incredible by comparison. Americor mapped out their whole strategy. They pushed information rather than have me pull it out of them (which was a relief-the other place had me feeling like I was bothering them with my questions). Big shout out to Riah Nessa who brought in my business. This woman definitely cares and she made me feel like so much more than just another bunch of numbers toward the bottom line. If she is a reflection of the atmosphere in this company I would say it must be a great place to work. I am so thankful they sought me out. Unfortunately, I have one credit line that reached a settlement with the other company, and they're already implementing their fee (and it was a big one), otherwise Americor would have all my business. I know it is only fair that this other company get compensated for their work in acquiring the settlement, but I'm hoping they cut me loose. After nine months of not being really considered, I'd say it would be an appropriate trade off.

I was skeptical at first when I decided to go forward with my decision to work with Anericor and its onboarding team . But it was time to get off the credit card bandwagon and take the plunge with a company that seemed to be competent and trustworthy with my finances and me. Americor’s people were very helpful to get my debt in order so I could define my outlook after I have committed with the contract to pay off my debt with my personal debt consolation plan . They helped me with the burden to deal with my creditors and finalize my plan with a realistic repayment plan I can live with for my future to rebuild my credit and be free from the daily calls to play catch up with past due bills . It seemed I was saying goodbye to my old friends that have caused me credit card anguish in my life but in reality I can breathe for the first time with out the credit card debt and burden I felt daily . I still have a few issues to manage with onboarding team but they are patient with me and extremely helpful to get it right . Thanks Americor team for your people and staff for your courtesy towards me in a very difficult transition for me as I am still on the path to success in my planned retirement years ahead of me.

very tactical, calculated protocol that americor follows. I think the % for fees is a bit high, but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I don't have to deal with the creditors, and I may be eligible for a consolidation loan in the future. It seems this process is better in the long run than bankruptcy or just letting your credit crash. So far americor has already arranged a settlement with one of my creditors, so I was happy and impressed with that scenario, and decided, after LAY, a nice americor rep followed up with me today, that I'm doing the right thing, with the right company, at the right time.

My agent, Heather, has always answered my questions and calmed my nervousness in how working with Americor would impact my credit score. I saw successful results from her negotiations with my creditors were evident within two weeks. I started receiving notices (emails) from my Americor portal to confirm the renegotiated amounts (approximately 50% less than previously owed!) and payment schedules.
I was more than amazed at how quickly creditors started coming to terms with Americor. Although I was technically only a day or week late on my original payment due date and amount to a creditor, they were calling, texting, and emailing me for payment. One creditor even called me at work and left a ‘personal issue’ message with the receptionist for me to call back. Needless to say I was embarrassed. Americor immediately stepped in and instructed me on how to respond to this illegal activity and the harassing phone calls to my work stopped.

Americor is the best. They told me my credit would take a hit, it did, but now it's climbing and it's getting good again! It's really important to make your payments on time, everytime. I can trust them. They call. They explain you everything good. They are good communicators. Everything is simple and same payment. They check with your income, everything and they do everything how much you afford it. But they try to give me the loan option and they should start with debtors, make sure everything done. Then they can give offers so that below less amount of loan that be easy for the people.

I guess all I can say is it's been all right. I just wait to hear from my creditors regarding settlement. But I saw in the e-mail that I got today that those letters of settlement usually don't come until after six months. So I'm just being patient and making sure that all my money is always there if you go into the account. They're there if I call them - I get answers when I have questions and I check my portal. That's usually up to date and it's been okay. I trust what's going on.

I like because they accepted me so quickly and that they have paid on my creditors but I'm dissatisfied with the amount each of my creditors are getting. I'm a little dissatisfied with the amount that they are paying my creditors on my behalf because I'm still left with balances that are not in reach for me to pay, it's just like putting a Band-Aid on a on a sore. I wish they would communicate a lot more and try to get more from my creditors to help me out, in other words them paying my creditors I still have a fairly large balance to pay afterwards. Don't get me wrong I really like that they accepted me and offered to help me pay my creditors off but I'm disappointed because they're not getting more out of my creditors than I thought so it will help me. My two most expensive bills that would that would take years to get those paid off the way that they are going about it so that's why I had a relative that offered to help me pay two of my creditors off.

I increased my deposit amount so hopefully I can be completed with the program sooner than they stated. It's a good experience. They always explain everything to you. You don't have to ask them. Basically they explain what what the interest rate you will wind up getting, how much you would have to pay out at the end. Anything basically that you ask them, they will give you your answer. They don't have hidden costs that you're going to have to pay them something, so they'll tell you what it is if you ask them. It's a good experience.

Well I was under the impression I was going to b debt free in 3 years and it's going to b closer to 5 years now! I made payments to Americor for 8 months then was offered a loan to pay off all of the companies I enrolled in the program. I was told about what they thought they could settle my accounts for which was about half of what I owed. But what I didn't realize was the half they negotiated was how they get paid. So I now have a loan to pay off plus the interest rate is high! They say if I keep up with payments they sometimes offer to refinance at a lower interest rate, or I can seek a loan thu another company to pay off. But I don't think any other companies will offer a good rate after going Thu the long period it took to negotiate so my credit score went down by 100points! It's a hard thing to think about because I've struggled for so many years to get my score to b at a 700! I've been thu a lot and I will get thu this too it's just that I was depending on that 3 year mark and that's outa reach now unless I could increase the amount of my payments but I most likely can't do that because of the cost of living and being a senior we don't get an increase in our income! And I retired on disability so I can't work to make extra money. I know I have the peace of mind I will get there and the collection calls have stopped but it was constant for awhile!

It's been very pleasant. I was all stressed out when I first call, but the associate, I think her name is Amanda, she calmed me down and I decided that this was the best way for me to get out of debt. Their level of professionalism is superb. Each representative that I have interacted with has been poised, extremely friendly and understanding to my needs. The biggest thing for me though was my initial contact with Ish O, he listened to what I was looking for, answered every question I had and when I told I wasn't sure that I needed time to think about it he didn't push back too hard trying to get me into something I wasn't sure of at that moment. You come to Americor because you're going through a hard financial time and the person that made contact with me was very knowledgeable about I guess what the services they could offer with their time to go over all the details with me I was engaging and and pathetic and I don't know just felt safe talking to them. I don't have to do any of the negotiating. They'll they'll do it for me, so that's fantastic. They've handled pretty much all that need to be dealt with, so I'm pretty happy. They're pretty good. Call them and give them a chance cause they seem to work pretty quick and they were able to save me couple dollars and get some some of my debt gone. If you are interested in getting debt consolidation I would definitely recommend Americor. I dealt with like two different people, both of whom were very professional and quick at understanding. They listen to the reasons why I want to see the debt consolidation so it didn't feel like I was doing like business. It was a pretty easy set up with them and then getting you know like everything squared away and uploading documents and stuff like that is has been pretty easy.

It's been really good so far in terms of organization and making sure that I feel comfortable with the company. If I got a call I didn't need to get, because I ended up getting a call back within 5 minutes of having a call already done, they were able to pull up on file that they'd already contacted me for the same issue and were able to resolve it.
