I had a payment for one of the credit cards that they said that they will take care of I had a payment come out of my account. When I reached out to them to possibly get my payment date pushed back because I had already paid the credit card. They told me that I wouldn't be able to push it back I would have to double up on the payments and that is not something that I can afford. The reference representative was saying that she would have to cancel my application all together because I can't go more than thirty days without making a payment. So she gave me a number to call to cancel it. I called that number back in on the phone number that you could push it back without making me double up payments and it'll be taken care of beautifully, but it could mean two phone calls to get it done. It wasn't a convenient program for me.

I was told if I have any questions I can call and they'll be willing to help me and if I need any more bills added to my to my account I can. They worked with me on my payment and payday. They made me feel that I can get my debt taken care of. Everybody is so nice and pleasant, they make you feel like you're somebody and I really appreciate it.

When I spoke to anyone they were always polite and professional. I Had problems with emails and phone calls going to spam. I was told that my credit score may go down, but I was not told that I would have to go months without Americor making payments on my accounts. I thought after I started making my monthly payment to Americor that my bills would be paid proptly. I was able to opt out of the program without any problems.

Every time I did have to call them about something they were very professional with everything as well as available to answer questions. Continuous communication would have been nice. I didn't know that they weren't talking to Wells Fargo until I was getting sued. I was told personally not to communicate with anybody, so it came as kind of a shocker when I was served papers. I just wish I had more information. They did provide the service in a timely manner. It was generally a good experience for me.

They are very nice, very kind and they hear me out and I appreciate that. They created a program for me to pay my debt off in a longer time frame with lower interest. When I first set up my account they took a payment from me sooner than they were supposed to, so it really set me back financially as it made my account overdraft $41.00 and made my account negative. But they actually gave me the refund of the $41.00 because that's the payment my bank took and Americor gave it back. They have given me stress relief knowing that I won't have to pay out all the payments that I have been making that have been so stressful and overwhelming.

This is a great company to use if you're really needing some help as far as controlling debt and getting that down. They work really fast so you have a good quick turnaround on being able to have a real idea of how much you can pay and manage a plan to get out of debt. It's a pretty good value. So far it's been pretty easy to work with them. Once everything got started and it was all set up I didn't really have to do very much. Just to approve the settlements when they came. I would certainly recommend Americor if someone was looking for something that works. It was pretty good Iand went a lot faster than we actually anticipated. It's obviously better than filing for bankruptcy but it definitely gets a little stressful when you start having people talking about charge offs on your on your credit reports, but that's just part of the deal which you have to go that route so other than that we've been happy with them. Everytime I reached out I got contacted pretty quick and a few times I had called them the customer service was good.

Everything's going great so far, they're handling all my settlements or all the debt settlements and are actually taking care of everything accordingly. They're always getting in contact with me once there's an update on any settlements or asking for additional information. They're very attentive to their customers so that's good. Even though I'm glad I was able to get all my debts consolidated, it was very nerve wracking because it took a little bit longer than I thought. But I'm still so happy with the results at the end of the day. Everything was negotiated down at least by 40-50%, so I'm happy with that. Every time I call, I get someone who is usually really polite and they always answer my questions. Anyone looking for a debt service has to be very patient and needs to try and stick with the program. And if they can do that, then it'll definitely work for them.

I haven't seen the funds released to me yet. When I first signed up for americor this guy was helping me and I had a question for him and he still hasn't responded a week and a half later. But the other times I called customer service I got a response within minutes. I recommend so far, I wouldn't recommend the customer service but I feel like what I'm paying every month is reasonable. Some of the processes are hard to understand and some of the tutorial should be made simpler. Because I didn't realize I put a deposit of money going towards some my monthly payment. There should be better customer service.

If you get in over your head, find somewhere that will help you without declaring bankruptcy - Americor or one of the other debt agencies. Or my advice is just don't get into debt. I've only been with them a month, but they got me set up right away.
