Always so helpful when I had questions going through the process. Every body was nice and friendly. The only thing I did not want to like about it was they really kind of ruined my credit but then my credit kind of started bouncing back as part of the process, but I really didn't like that. We also had a period of time where it was difficult to communicate with lots of missed cals on both ends.

They're very responsive when I call. Isaac fashionably he returned my call right away even if he's not available and I leave a message I get a return phone call within fifteen minutes. It's been a very easy process and very helpful. Isaac took his time with me. Don't be afraid to to reach out and when you get yourself to a point where you got to do something.

When I had to go to court a couple times they always had my back and made me feel like, don't worry we've got it, and so I felt very relieved to have them in my corner. Sometimes it's really hard to reach the customer service but other than that it's good once I reach them. It has been pretty helpful. My experience was pretty good based on help I had from one of the workers, Diego. He is very good at explaining everything to me and he was really helpful and nice. I didn't have any problems.

I had a payment for one of the credit cards that they said that they will take care of I had a payment come out of my account. When I reached out to them to possibly get my payment date pushed back because I had already paid the credit card. They told me that I wouldn't be able to push it back I would have to double up on the payments and that is not something that I can afford. The reference representative was saying that she would have to cancel my application all together because I can't go more than thirty days without making a payment. So she gave me a number to call to cancel it. I called that number back in on the phone number that you could push it back without making me double up payments and it'll be taken care of beautifully, but it could mean two phone calls to get it done. It wasn't a convenient program for me.

I was told if I have any questions I can call and they'll be willing to help me and if I need any more bills added to my to my account I can. They worked with me on my payment and payday. When I spoke to anyone they were always polite and professional. I Had problems with emails and phone calls going to spam. I was told that my credit score may go down, but I was not told that I would have to go months without Americor making payments on my accounts. I thought after I started making my monthly payment to Americor that my bills would be paid proptly. I was able to opt out of the program without any problems.

Every time I did have to call them about something they were very professional with everything as well as available to answer questions. Continuous communication would have been nice. I didn't know that they weren't talking to Wells Fargo until I was getting sued. I was told personally not to communicate with anybody, so it came as kind of a shocker when I was served papers. I just wish I had more information. They did provide the service in a timely manner. It was generally a good experience for me.

They are very nice, very kind and they hear me out and I appreciate that. They created a program for me to pay my debt off in a longer time frame with lower interest. When I first set up my account they took a payment from me sooner than they were supposed to, so it really set me back financially as it made my account overdraft $41.00 and made my account negative. But they actually gave me the refund of the $41.00 because that's the payment my bank took and Americor gave it back. They have given me stress relief knowing that I won't have to pay out all the payments that I have been making that have been so stressful and overwhelming.

Mr. Kennedy answered all of my questions, he answered all of my doubts.
