Every time I need something done, they are there quickly. I am almost all the way through it. I should have taken a little more time beforehand to understand it better. It was all in writing. It has gone how they said. They weren’t very flexible with payment dates. I really had to pay the day before the end of the month to make the payment on the first. It is a very rigid structure.

I just signed up not too long ago. Too early to say if this all works out for me. The representative that I dealt with should have the same engagement after I signed up and I don't think it's the same. They were very engaged before, called me to set up appointments. There was a lot of transparency but since I signed its pretty hard to get in touch with them.

I've researched quite a few companies and americor was definitely the only one that had the friendly costumer service out of all them and americor was the best in how quick they were able to get all the accounts put together and the structure with all the videos and seeing how everything works is just incredibly helpful. Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

So far its been working, but if they could bring the fees down and add that into what is being paid on the credit cards to get the credit cards down quicker that would be helpful and it would be helpful if they could really simplify the explanation.
