Answering her phone calls and updates of information could be a little smoother. I would definitely recommend Americor just because they kind of let it all out on the table. I'm still new to the program, but they give me updates and then inform me before the next payment is due and just keep me up to date with emails and phone calls is out there showing on my account. They did do everything they can to assess any issue that I had and were very friendly and knowledgeable.

So far everything is going well. We have everything set like we are supposed to. It is a pretty easy process. The person that has dealt with us has been very understanding and compassionate of the hardships we had going on. We had to spend a lot of time on the phone to go over every detail to make sure it was exactly right.

Although the process is pretty straightforward they I feel like there could be a little bit more transparency on the process in general. It did what I needed it to do, it reduced my debt much faster than I would have done on my own account. They're very responsive if you have any further questions.

Americor did exactly what they said they would. They were informative and easy to deal with. The only reason I don't rate them a 5 is because no one is perfect. I would advise anyone considering debt settlement to look very closely at the fees. They are (in my opinion) a bit high. But, you get the convenience of not having to deal with the negotiations.

I'd recommend them. I had trouble when I first got it that day I couldn't get a hold of anybody until I finally got online and then I got a phone number that somebody answered the phone. They may explain how their system works in covering my automatic payouts you know they left me hanging in there and I'm still still not getting it, I have one credit card company that's covered with the agreement and they're still they're sending me all kinds emails and I haven't been paid yet.

It sounds really nice and I like that it's interest free. It does take a lot less time than a credit card or a loan to pay off. Everyone that I've spoken to has been really friendly and help me with a lot of my questions and made me really you know better understand what the company and the program was.

I had a banking issue with a vendor taking a premature payment that would have caused my RAM payment to put my bank account in the negative and not only was Valerie sensitive to my situation but she was also able to successfully move my payment back three days which was enough to safely remedy the issue. Upon speaking with her she also was nice enough to explain specifics about the Advantage Law app and what state my account is in with my creditors. Ms. Baslee is DEFINITELY an asset to the Americor team and i hope she gets the due credit that she deserves in a business that can be trying with customers who are in financial hardship. Until now, I cannot give an opinion and what I have to say is that what they informed me when I signed the contract is that Americor would cancel the debt in 7 days and I would be left paying the debt to you, more than 10 days have already passed and The accounts are the same, it was not what was explained before signing the contract. I would like to talk to someone in Spanish.
