Everybody that I talked to was very understanding and communicative, not pushy. Very informative about the different benefits of the company. Service is pretty good. I have noticed calling in is a little hard to get in touch with somebody and then I did sign up for a call back but it was maybe two hours later so that would be one of my small complaints.

Explained everything well, very helpful. I never felt rushed when I was talking with them. They communicate about what is going on. I would recommend them because they go through all the steps to explain everything and then you get follow up calls or if you need someone to talk to they're all available. Very easy to get a hold of.

Always kept me up to date, very friendly, and very attentive. My advice to others would be to be patient. It takes time and you need to be in communication with your lenders or whoever you're working with because they are a great resource. It's a long process and people need to be patient, but overall, I'm seeing my credit score going up.

Everyone at Americore has been kind, understanding and patient with me and my questions. There is one exception and that is Monica wuth Credit 9. From the first phone call with me, she was very intimidating and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I almost made the decision not to go with Credit 9. I understand they're a part of Americore, but didnt want to deal with her. It finally "came to a head" on March 30th, when her supervisor, Alex, took over my case. Alex has been kind and patient as all the other Americore emoyees!!

They've been real good to me. I would advise that you call Americor and see if they can help you like they have been able to help me. But I still have not received documents that I left chronically signed and I feel like they are a little slow and could get paperwork back to the client a little quicker.

They work with me and are trying to help me settle. Americor will work with you. The only thing I didn't like is somebody called me up, affiliated with americor, and had me change to where all my debts are supposed to be paid off at one time and now I'm paying interest were I wasn't before. Otherwise I'm satisfied with americor.
