This is a great company to use if you're really needing some help as far as controlling debt and getting that down. They work really fast so you have a good quick turnaround on being able to have a real idea of how much you can pay and manage a plan to get out of debt. It's been pleasant, they are easy to talk to, and they have quick responses. We came up with a really good concise plan to get my debt controlled.

Use Americor because they've been very helpful, they've been taking all my calls when I had a question they've been doing everything excellent. There's nothing they can do better, they're doing the maximum. They stopped all the calls from everybody so they aren't calling me anytmore, they're doing beautiful.

It's a pretty good value. So far it's been pretty easy to work with them. Once everything got started and it was all set up I didn't really have to do very much. Just to approve the settlements when they came. I would certainly recommend Americor if someone was looking for something that works. They were always completely responsive to any inquiries that I had and were very helpful.

It's been great. They are easy to get a hold of and to make adjustment you have to need to with your payments . They handled everything very well. If I didn't get somebody at the moment they always called me back, I never had a problem with speaking with someone or getting correspondence back. They are transparent about what they do.

It was pretty good Iand went a lot faster than we actually anticipated. It's obviously better than filing for bankruptcy but it definitely gets a little stressful when you start having people talking about charge offs on your on your credit reports, but that's just part of the deal which you have to go that route so other than that we've been happy with them. Everytime I reached out I got contacted pretty quick and a few times I had called them the customer service was good.

I've been with them for about seventeen months now and they're easy to deal with somebody or you get a live representative whenever you call to speak to somebody and there I think they're doing a great job. Yyou get to speak to a real person and nothing is automated.

Americor was very good, they settled my problems for me. I was sued a couple times and they took care of that for me and they took care of all of the pay off that they needed to do. It took about eight months but it was worth it. They're doing everything they can the best they can.

Everything's going great so far, they're handling all my settlements or all the debt settlements and are actually taking care of everything accordingly. They're always getting in contact with me once there's an update on any settlements or asking for additional information. They're very attentive to their customers so that's good. It'll definitely be worth your time save you lot of money in the in the long run using Americor.

Even though I'm glad I was able to get all my debts consolidated, it was very nerve wracking because it took a little bit longer than I thought. But I'm still so happy with the results at the end of the day. Everything was negotiated down at least by 40-50%, so I'm happy with that. Every time I call, I get someone who is usually really polite and they always answer my questions. Anyone looking for a debt service has to be very patient and needs to try and stick with the program. And if they can do that, then it'll definitely work for them.

I haven't seen the funds released to me yet. When I first signed up for americor this guy was helping me and I had a question for him and he still hasn't responded a week and a half later. But the other times I called customer service I got a response within minutes. I recommend so far, I wouldn't recommend the customer service but I feel like what I'm paying every month is reasonable. Some of the processes are hard to understand and some of the tutorial should be made simpler. Because I didn't realize I put a deposit of money going towards some my monthly payment. There should be better customer service.

Americor kept me very up-to-date with what was going on. The interaction that I had with them was very good. The process was very clearly communicated, although it was a little bit faster than I thought it would be and I realize that can vary from person to person. But I was very happy that I could get a resolution as quickly as I did.

If you get in over your head, find somewhere that will help you without declaring bankruptcy - Americor or one of the other debt agencies. Or my advice is just don't get into debt. I've only been with them a month, but they got me set up right away.

I have noticed calling in is a little hard to get in touch with somebody and then I did sign up for a call back but it was maybe two hours later so that would be one of my small complaints.

It takes time and you need to be in communication with your lenders or whoever you're working with because they are a great resource. Everyone at Americore has been kind, understanding and patient with me and my questions. There is one exception and that is Monica wuth Credit 9. From the first phone call with me, she was very intimidating and acted as if she wanted nothing to do with me. I almost made the decision not to go with Credit 9. I understand they're a part of Americore, but didnt want to deal with her. It finally "came to a head" on March 30th, when her supervisor, Alex, took over my case. Alex has been kind and patient as all the other Americore emoyees!!
