They continuously reached out to me to let me know what was going on in every step of the process. The quality of the service was has been amazing, hopefully I don't have to ever use them again but if I do then they'll be who I'll contact. They were always very courteous and professional. I feel like maybe there's a little more that they can do to reduce the debts, but the experience overall has been good, they took care of everything. I tried to do everything that they asked me to do, which which wasn't really very difficult, it was simple and then they just follow through and did what they had to do but overall it was a good experience.

My advice is to just go ahead and do it because it does make a difference. I've got numbers and people to call if I need to call or have any questions, but everything's been going very well. They answered all my questions when I did have some and and they were knowledgeable and helpful.

They're pretty attentive. Every time I give them a call if they don't answer they call me right back immediately. There was an urgency to deal with my questions. They told me what was going to happen every step along the way.

Very very polite and very informational. If anything there's any questions or anything they are right there to answer it anytime. Go through americor for sure, they seem to really help and are very quick and non-judgmental which is very nice because sometimes it gets kind a hard.

They work with me and are trying to help me settle. Americor will work with you. The only thing I didn't like is somebody called me up, affiliated with americor, and had me change to where all my debts are supposed to be paid off at one time and now I'm paying interest were I wasn't before. Otherwise I'm satisfied with americor.

They answered my questions by at least pointing in the right direction. It was pretty good, they answered my questions and took care of the problems. I chose not to go with Americor as a debt relief program as some other problems occurred and I wasn't sure if it was because I opened up my account but I decided not to go with them.

We spoke to a lady and we were on the phone with her quite a while and she was extremely kind and courteous. We are kind of new to the program, so I don't really know wat's going on. Another person was extremely helpful, he was patient, he repeated thing,s he didn't talk too fast and he was courteous. I just was very comfortable with what we were doing.

The people that helped me at Americor were excellent. I was confused and they took time to explain the policies in the procedures to me which I liked. Do your research, I've had good luck with this company. They just they did direct deposit and I never had to worry about it. I didn't get to speak to the same person again so it was like starting all over with everything everytime I called in.

Whenever I have an issue, whenever I needed to get a hold somebody, it was pretty quick and easy and painless. They're easy to work with. I had very good experience. I had like fifteen thousand dollars in credit card debt and now I have none and I think that's took about a year and a half to two years so I'm just fine with that outcome.
