Almost immediately when I called, they answered all my questions. They have taken care of everything for me. The only problem I have is they said they were handling the credit card but that did create a couple of problems for about five weeks.

Although the process is pretty straightforward they I feel like there could be a little bit more transparency on the process in general. It did what I needed it to do, it reduced my debt much faster than I would have done on my own account. They're very responsive if you have any further questions.

Americor did exactly what they said they would. They were informative and easy to deal with. The only reason I don't rate them a 5 is because no one is perfect. I would advise anyone considering debt settlement to look very closely at the fees. They are (in my opinion) a bit high. But, you get the convenience of not having to deal with the negotiations.

I'd recommend them. I had trouble when I first got it that day I couldn't get a hold of anybody until I finally got online and then I got a phone number that somebody answered the phone. They may explain how their system works in covering my automatic payouts you know they left me hanging in there and I'm still still not getting it, I have one credit card company that's covered with the agreement and they're still they're sending me all kinds emails and I haven't been paid yet.

It sounds really nice and I like that it's interest free. It does take a lot less time than a credit card or a loan to pay off. I’ve been working with Americor for about a year as part of my effort to get out of debt. They explained their process for lowering interest rates and managing accounts, and I appreciated having guidance during a stressful time. While my main priority was my largest Wells Fargo account, the team initially focused on some of my smaller debts. This wasn’t the approach I expected, but it did help me make progress on a few accounts. Recently, I received a summons from Wells Fargo, which was overwhelming, and I learned I needed to add additional funds to my Americor account. Although this information didn’t come as early as I would have liked, customer service did explain the next steps and what was needed to move forward. Americor has helped me better understand the debt relief process, but I think clearer communication and quicker updates would make the experience even stronger. They may be a good fit for people who want structured guidance, but it’s important to stay proactive and check in often to make sure your priorities are being addressed.

Until now, I cannot give an opinion and what I have to say is that what they informed me when I signed the contract is that Americor would cancel the debt in 7 days and I would be left paying the debt to you, more than 10 days have already passed and The accounts are the same, it was not what was explained before signing the contract.
