I haven't been in it long enough to see any results. My representative with Americor has been very good about helping me. It's been kind of a mixed experience. It was very easy to set up. I'm a little leery of when my unsecured debt providers start calling, 'cause I don't totally understand that. And they said it would take three to six months, but they've assured me that this is what happens. The paperwork said it is exactly what happens, so I'll just wait and see.

The Agent was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, however, there was/is so much information to absorb over the phone and in the written information sent, I’m not fully comfortable that I understand what I’ve gotten myself into and what harm it might cause. The only reason I didn’t leave five is because there were times that I didn’t hear anything and because you’re so worried it would be nice for them to check in. I had the app I did go with Credit 9 and right now I am debt free except for the bill to them and just the weight has lifted off my shoulders so thank you.

I didn't like that it took so long to get the first settlement, but now they have been coming pretty regularily. The only real complaint I have is they don't seem to be very responsive to emails, just receive a computer generated response with generally no followup. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied with the progress so far

I was not able to reach most people when I needed questions answered. The only person I was able to reach was the person I spoke to the first time and his name was Eda and he was wonderful. He had to ask questions to answer to his supervisors to be able to answer my questions.
